I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Camary SE and had Greg check it out for me. He said the car was in great shape and should provide years of service. As with any used car, there are bound to be things that need to be repaired. I replaced the battery, and the front brakes. The work was done competently and professionally at the quoted price.After researching information on this model car, I came across a video on YouTube indicating that the 2012 - 2014 Toyota Camary had a problem with their torque converters and the car was subject to shuddering. Greg researched his automotive library and located the technical service bulletin from Toyota outlining the problem and how they were going to fix it. They had a150,000 mile warranty that I did not know about. Had it not been for Greg and his research, I would have never known. Greg suggested going to the local Toyota dealership and showing them their technical service bulletin. I did as he suggested, and the dealership agreed to replace the torque converter at no charge to me. I’m convinced this business is hiring random individuals to write good reviews. I had an appointment, was rudely greeted with a “What do you want?” - proceeded with “I have an appointment for an oil change and air conditioner repair” - his response was “$90 for the oil change, $60 for the air” - in which I stated I had a coupon on my phone for a $60 oil change. I was told (no bull) “Can’t help you” as he WALKS AWAY FROM ME. Called customer service. Never going back.

The person who attended me was nice, but ultimately I booked an appointment for a standard oil change and mentioned online that I would be using the Meineke coupon. The attendant said they dont carry standard oil at all and only do synthetic.My regular Meineke in Newark has no problem accepting these coupons and using standard.

Such a great experience! I have a wheelchair van, which makes almost every repair a daunting task. This time it was my exhaust system, which my regular mechanic wont touch because of the vehicle modifications for the wheelchair conversion. I called Meineke, Greg told me to bring it right in, and I was out in less than 2 hours! I could not have asked for more! Greg was super friendly and helpful, too. Very pleased and I will definitely be back again!

Guy who runs the place was very cool, and friendly. And it seemed like it was gonna be a good experience, like Ive had in other trips at other Meinekes. (Vineland NJ) (Elsmere DE). I have a 98 c280 Mercedes-Benz, so yes I know any work is pricy, but the car has sentimental value to me. So my windshield wiper stopped working, you can push it forward, and it will then go, and swing back on its own. My neighbor whos a mechanic said it was the transmission when he looked at it. But the guy came back in and his quote was $1,210!!!! $299 for a motor $289 and like $500 some for labor and said its a big job??? Its one!! 1 wiper blade, so to change the motor and transmission for a wiper over $1,000??? Idk call me crazy, maybe Im wrong but Mercedes or Lamborghini over a grand for fixing one wiper mechanism seems off... If Im wrong, my fault but well see when I go somewhere else.. but the guy was nice, just a little pricey$$$

I have been going here for about 2 years. A piece that kept my muffler attached to my car broke, causing my muffler to drag. It was a Saturday and I was leaving on vacation the next day to drive states away and needed it fixed ASAP. They were the only shop that said they would take me. I left work early and it was much cheaper than expected! I have since gone for brakes, rotors, mysterious rattling, tune-up, and oil changes. They have always given me a great deal and I love that they offer coupons! I will continue to go here for as long as I live in the area.

I came to get my exhaust delete with dual tips and they allowed me to watch and tell them how high and position I wanted it and I was really happy the way it came out, recommend for other people to get it done here J.A

Wished Id read these before going there. I was told my Y (cross over) pipe was bad and would have to be fabricated (I have a 1982). Once they got the pipe down the pipe was good it was the flanges (on the motor side) and studs that were bad. They cut my Y pipe up stating they had to use it as a model for making a new one. I was told the studs would take sometime to come out. I watched the guy heat the studs up and take less the 15 seconds to remove each with an impact gun. I had my own CAT that they put on. This was a $460 mistake. The sad part is they came recommended from Pepboys and AutoPartsworld.Never again13NOV15My car now has noise leak (there was no problem with sound when I first took it in) around the Y pipe area (where they worked).. I will not be taking it back for corrections.

Called these guys asking if they could expand the end of my 2 1/4 pipe to 2 1/2. They said sure, bring it on down. Get there and now its no, no ill have to install it for you - $80. What makes them think Id trust them installing an exhaust for me if they cant (likely wont) perform basic exhaust work. I even brought an extension to be welded if need be... Had it marked and all. Nope. They wont do it. Well guess what, someone else will. Ripoffs.By the way, Monro on Tilton Rd. Northfield behind CVS did it for me. They did a great job too on the cheap. Id go there for exhaust services. Forget this place.

Overcharged me.. And would not answer phone.. My car sat for 2 days finished. Stay away from this place bad busine$$ practices... Just a add on., picked car up and drove for bout hr... Car still has same problem.. So after being overcharged work is still not done correctly... Ok, its 2 weeks later after being told the part for my car was defective... Have not heard from them, everytime i call tereasa is on the voicemail... Nobody answers... I paid $600 car still acting up... I WANT A REFUND, or i will have to take further action... Bad communication and rip offs. I took my truck to this location for a converter/muffler tailpipe when the job was completed the first time around they failed to mention that they place a California converter on my vehicle causing the converter to get damage because i needed to fill it with plus gas with this converter. Not only i have to spend more money on gas but i ended up paying half of the cost of the replacement converter. We live in the east cost not the west coast why would my vehicle purchased in Jersey need a California converter? The owner of the shop claims because my vehicle was made in the west coast he placed a California converter. When i purchases my vehicle it did not required me to fill it with plus gas because it was made in the west coast. I found out about this California converter the second time @ the shop because my engine light and Vsc track and Vsc off lights came on. Very bad communication. 2/13/2018(Today) Two years from this post and i was still having issues with the engine light and the VSC track and VSC off lights and i just found out that my Truck carries two converters Meineke did a horrible job they modify my truck muffler system without consulting me causing another $2066.62 in repairs to bring my truck back to its normal working order. Not recommended at all.

Just went to fix the ac . I told the guy I need to make ac colder . he told me its $150 I told him can you check the ac pressure . he told me to check its $150 rip off and right outside it says free ac check. He had no interest in doing the job. Very rude guy I think he was the manager.
