Couldnt say enough good things about my experience today purchasing my new Jeep. From the moment I stepped foot into the place Chris Robinson gave me exact 💯% of what I asked for at the number I asked to be at. I told him I had to be out of there by certain time and he jumped through hoops to make it happen. By far this has been my most pleasant car purchasing experience, worth our hour trip and will highly recommend not only Chris, but the entire establishment 👌💯
Great services always. I appreciate that they review the service order with me so I can understand what I may need to address first. Always a quick turn around as well. No more than an hour wait.
I had been wanting the new VW Taos for months. My dad had checked in with the dealership numerous times for it to come in. To be clear, I am not giving the dealership 5 stars, Im giving my dealer Ahmed 5 stars. He wasnt pushy and gave me the exact car I wanted for the exact price I wanted. He was attentive and made the experience as seamless as possible. If you head into this dealership, ask for Ahmed.
Zach the parts manager was the best! He and his staff are very attentive and always willing to work with me and help find difficult parts.
Id taken my car here for an oil change previously and recently traded that car in with them for a 2019 Jeep. Overall I have had really positive experiences with them! While test driving new vehicles, we worked with Ahmed who was both kind and knowledgeable and displayed professionalism at all stages of the process. He was absolutely delightful to work with. Only reason for 4 stars is that once you do get down to the numbers conversations, they can tend to have that typical pushy car salesman vibe that can make you feel a bit rushed and uncomfortable. Still very happy with my purchase and payment, but you definitely have to advocate for yourself a bit during the actual sale portion!
Its relaxing/ great food, after a hard days work, the bartender was great.
Run.....Repeat Run Away from this dealership!!Ladies and Gentleman....Welcome to a Dealership where All the Employees Look Miserable and like they came from the Land Of Misfit Toys!! Yes!! Made drive 1&1/2hrs after I told them on the phone before I drove there to not waste my time by telling me they will only sell their vehicles for sticker price and above then try and steal my trade in? They still did waste my time with offering me half book value of my car and charged me sticker price on their car. Maybe thats why they have 30 grand cherokee new sitting on their lot right now??? Plus all their outside of their cars are caked with yellow pollen filtgyboutside! Ever hear of washing your cars guys? Plus inside of car I test drive with 10.miles on it was dirty all over inside?? Wonderful to see during Covid-19 times right!
I messaged them to see if they had a Cherokee that was on their website. No reply, so I drove there instead of calling because I didnt want them getting my number. No surprise when I get there and the cherokee i went to go look at wasnt there.
I saw the other reviews about the dealership but Kyle K. and the rest of the crew were a great help in finding me the best deals and my dream car. They took the jeep out of the showroom for me to test drive. They let me drive it by myself and told me to take my time and test everything out. I test drove for more than 15 mins. The only problem I had was there were scratches on the car. So they said they will fix it for free. I would have gave them 3 stars before they fix my jeep. But theyre hooking me up so they deserve a 5 for that. They took care of me, Bob even called my bank to help get the title for the car I was trading in. They were military friendly! Helped me find a lower APR and monthly payments. I had a great experience with them.Update: I did the companys survey after purchasing the jeep, and I gave them 7s (outstanding) for the most part instead of 10s (excellent). Bcos the experience was good but it wasnt perfect. There were a few hiccups that happened that day. First, the roof of the Jeep wasnt secured right and it flew away when I was test driving it. Having to ride a jeep for the first time ever and experiencing that, was scary and a little traumatic. That is where the scratches came from. I came back to the dealership and told them what happened. They said they would fix it for me, and apologized for not making sure everything was secured and ready to be test driven. Fast-forward to the end of the day, the jeep didnt have a full tank when they gave it to me. The front plate mount wasnt mounted. These are just a few reasons why I gave them the score I gave them.A few hours after doing the survey, I got a call from someone to see why I gave them 7s. The person I was talking to reminded me that they said that they would fix the scratches if I give them a 10 on the survey. I told them that I forgot that they mentioned that exchange. I took the responsibility that I forgot about that conversation. I felt bad, so I did this google review to help this company out. And another reason why I gave them the 7s is to have a leverage to make sure my jeep gets fix. I told em that I would change it after they fix the problem. They told me it is a one time survey and it couldnt be changed. I apologized for my mistake.I guess they were upset that I didnt hold up the end of my bargain. So they told me that they wont fix the scratches on my roof. The only reason why I need them to fix the scratches on the roof fix is because they didnt make sure everything was ready and secured before letting me test drive the jeep. It was on them, not me. After I heard that they wont fix the roof, I just felt sad because I thought they cared about me as a customer. I guess I was just another transaction to them. Very disappointing. I just hope whoever is reading this can have a better experience than I did.
Just bought my 2nd Jeep with Atlantic. Ahmed was a pleasure to deal with and provided knowledge and professionalism, unrivaled. CJ did his magic with the numbers. I got the best value for my trade and they met and exceeded my expectations.
Very unprofessional ran by couple of mad men that will yell at you to buy a car ....30 years at the tower and they still dont know what there doing
Sales team seems a little chaotic, but Joe Q did a great job completing the sale, despite the busy and distracting environment. First time buyer and I felt taken care of, though. The team walked me through everything and I am very satisfied with my new jeep!
Thanks so much AD for your service 🙏❤😘 loving my new 2020 Jeep compass trailhawk...I appreciate all your help and will be sending friends and family that in a need off a car your way..
If you like to be talked down to, mansplained or just plain interrupted, walked away from or eye rolled to, definitely do business here. Misogyny is free with every deal - no money down. Only YOU get put down! Buy now if you can - we may not give you the time of day unless your husband is doing the talking. No husband? No time for you then. Hurry in! #truestory #inandout #infiveminutes
Very disappointed they are not up front about cost. They call with price and its different at pick up. They tell u that I knew there was a fee to look at it. If I know that I wouldnt be calling to complain.
Both sales managers David and Bob where amazing!! They both fought hard to get me to my payment. Got a new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee!
I had an excellent experience buying my car here, thank u Ron DeMarchi, Bill Haines and sales rep Bob!!!
Just did my first car purchase with Atlantic Chrysler! Will was very knowledgeable about the car and made me feel comfortable during the experience.
This place is horrendous worst dealership in south jersey! Went here to buy a vehicle and had the worst experience buying a car I’ve ever had. They Use such old and pushy sales tactics. Left after 20 minutes and went to Matt blatt and bought my dream car a 2017 VW Beetle! Go to Matt blatt if you want a good deal not here.
Thank you for helping my husband & I purchase our new 2021 Jeep Compass! We love it!
Insanely over priced, found a Grand Cherokee with all of the same features, and more, at a Jeep dealer near Cherry Hill for less, and a couple years a few years newer, clean history, and the person I deal with wasnt a jerk, unlike here.
It was horrible. The tech pulled my bumper off with the lift and now there is a clicking noise. I never would have known if i didnt see him putting my bumper back on and asked about it. Also had to ask for it to be put in the notes that this happened just in case something was wrong. Did i mention i only took it in for a oil change. I was told when i called its probably my shocks even though the clicking noise wasnt there before i took it in. Beyond aggravated
Gotta say that Wynn was great!! I checked in with him to get my routine oil change and rotation.. And there was a recall as well that I hadnt known about.. All went smoothly.. And when it was done I got a wonderful message on the phone (Did I mention hes got radio host voice?) 😊and as I checked out all was explained to me they checked tire pressure etc.. Then when I got to the car a note of thanks.. And today a text to be sure all OK.. Ive been there before and these may seem like small steps to some but I think they are huge.. All fine with the car though I wouldnt expect oil change on a 2017 would make huge changes.. Keep up the great work!!
The customer service was good.
Great service from them regarding my Jeep recall
Very frendly and knowledgeable staff. Service and parts staff really saved my butt today had a issue with my new Ram on my way to my aunts funeral. I gave them the truck they shuttled me home so I could get my other car and make the funeral. They fixed the issue and got me back on the road same day. It was awesome that they dropped what they were doing to help me out. Best service and parts department in Jersey hands down.
Started my search here for my last three Jeeps, but ended up purchasing at another dealership. Even gave them a chance to meet or beat the other dealership price, but could not.Service department is a joke. Over the past 20 years of bringing vehicles in for warranty work and regular service I must have been told my throttle cable was broke 10 or more times. Lost my skid plate doing an oil change. Told me it must have ripped off somewhere, even though the bolts were all there and nothing bent.Parts department is terrific. Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. The rest of this dealership should learn from them. Five stars for the parts department.
Very quick to listen to us and what we were looking for in a vehicle and budget. We felt no pressure. Once we made a decision, they all worked hard to meet our needs. Our next car purchase will definitely be here. Chris was a fantastic help and made us feel comfortable.
Horrible dealership! Total liars- they will say anything to make a sale. Do NOT go here!!
Purchased a Beetle on 4/14 from an excellent sales person named Joe Quaranta.( the following story is why we mentioned excellent ) The Car developed an issue on 4/16 which was Easter Day, missing firing and shifting odd. Sent a message to Joe and he set-up the vehicle for service on the next day. (It was a minor repair completed the same day ) Now the other part of the story, Management never contacted us or offered any thing for our inconvenience, buying a brand new car and having it break down after two days seems like something that should only happen once in a while...... Overall Joe was excellent.
Matt was helpful, friendly and quick - the purchasing process took a few days. Overall, I am impressed with the Highlander I purchased for my business and would come back for future purchases should the need arise.
Just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Keith Richman and Bill Haines for all your help. Those guys went above and beyond to help me and my husband during our car sale. And I cant express how grateful I am to Keith for having so much heart and patience while dealing with us.Thank you again!!!!
The young woman who helped me was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful! My oil change and recall work was done on time and the price was right!
I have purchased four cars here over the years. Joe Quaranta in Sales and Al the shuttle driver are the best.
Walking out the door with the best price I could find online and locally for a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan. Mike Baumert and Joe were very accommodating and friendly. The whole experience was very nice.
It took them 4 tries to replace a motor and was still done incorrectly. Then when I got upset and told them I didnt want them to continue inconveniencing my life and I wanted to take it to a professional and I wanted them to pay for what they did wrong Jim the manager told me they dont want me as a customer. Worst auto shop and customer service on the east coast.
The salesman was very nice and convincing. The finance specialist not so much. I got the impression that he didnt want my business. Instead of trying to persuade me to buy and explain the process to me, he acted like I was bothering him and wasting his time. He seemed to have an issue with the salesman because he defecnectly didnt talk to him in a nice tone. Im sorry to say that it wasnt a good experience for me.
Bought a preowned jeep here in 2013. It was a 2012 wrangler sport with under 10k. Since I bought it the Jeep was nothing but trouble. I bought in September and when Igot the the heat didn’t work. No biggie. It took them 3 times of ripping my dash all apart and not putting it together correctly to “solve” the problem. Well they never did. The engine block was obviously cracked and they wanted nothing to do with it. Lucky I was able to go up the road and trade it in somewhere that gave me a fair price. It is now November 2018 and I still get harassing phone calls from sales people at this dealership 3 times a month. I continue to tell them I will never do business with them and ask why they still call me. The response “well because I like to call you” if you keep track of this dealership you know they have gone through a revolving door of sales people an general managers. Somebody should put the nail in the coffin and shut this disgrace of a dealership down. 1970 called and they want their business practices back!
I saw a subaru they had for sale, and I wanted to buy it but went I got there, he was getting late they were about to close, they say you can take the car with you, and ND i say no.,but before I go i, left the $.5000.00 as a down payment on the car,now since the car was a 2006 no bank wanted to finance the difference, they called me on a Friday I went to pick up the car the nest day on a saturday, but still without knowing wich bank going to finance the car on Tuesday my wife was driving the car. For the second time and there a noise coming from the transmission p.and I told her to return the car, I ask for my money they dont want to refund me my $5000.00This is Atlantic auto group on Tilton road,People Review are there to warn you...this people will give big welcome you, after you buy the dont even care anymore.Stay any from theme
Please avoid this dealership at all costs. They will smile in your face, lie about everything, and charge you all the hidden fees in the world. Jayce, young car salesman is a thief and the Sales Manager Joe Spadaro will brush everything under the rug because he does not want to lose money. We bought a Jeep Sahara 2010, car was all messed up when it was time for the test drive. Jayce, was saying the car was fine and nothing was wrong. After he noticed we knew about What was wrong with the car, he promised us the car would be fixed for FREE MULTIPLE TIMES! Long story short, we were not given the right price, paperwork was switched, prices were tweaked, and I called Jayce and he told me we charged you for labor. I know you feel deceived. Horrible Place. We are very hard working people and at the end of the day, they ripped us off big time. Joe Spadaro did absolutely nothing but make me wait almost two weeks for a response, in which I had to call HIM! He said word of mouth did not count the second time I talked to him but during the first call he was on my side and said Jayce was incorrect!! Nothing was done and I paid for an overpriced car and its labor. They also did not give us a receipt to what was done to the car. There was more to the story, but at the end of the day, they made their money and they do not care for anyone. Please do not go here, save yourself the trip and the headache. Everyone will smile to your face and they are just money hungry thieves. Will definitely be going further with all of this, they will definitely not get away with being scammers.
Fast turn-around on my Jeep, friendly and knowledgeable staff
Me and my wife went there too get a vehicle they gave us alot of bs went there 3 days in a row the manager try to put us in a car that was a 4 cyc instead of a 6 cyc and they keep saying get a brand new car will give you a clean slate they try to stick it up our ass trying to say they took $5,200 off the price they where trying to make $10,000 extra off of us never go back again then we look at another vehicle and they say oh we dont qualify for it since its $1,000 bucks more and all bad sales manager at atlantic auto group
Nice workers
Lousy service and support
Bought 2 Jeeps here!
Absolutely horrible
