I called, received quote and set up an appointment for a Friday. All was good. Then, Thursday at almost 4pm I get a message to call them with no details as to why. I call and am told they dont have my windshield. So, I ask, when will it be in? Im told theyre canceling the install because they cant get the glass. Really? Its a newer chrysler mini van, not anything exotic. What kind of company is this?? Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This was by far the best experience I have had replacing or repairing a windshield. They were professional, courteous and extremely cost effective. They by far surpassed any other company on the market. A 5 Star rating.

The installer did not know what he was doing,He broke my back door on my vehicle that works perfectly fine before and I have to take my vehicle to Chrysler and get it fixed that is going to cost me close to $1000 now to get fixed. The installer wanted me to give him five stars and lunch, as he was working, even when he broke my perfectly fine vehicle beside the broken glass window. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone at this time.Thanks Richard Goltsch

My initial call was very pleasant and the guy who came to fix my window were were friendly, quick and made sure to vacuum up all broken glass in and around the vehicle.I hope to never have to use this service again, but if I do, I would call this place in a heartbeat

Not happy with the person that I made my initial contact with and with the rescheduling of my appointment. My appointment was reschedule twice. However, the person that came to replace the windshield was prompt, courteous, professional and knew what he was doing. I recommend Auto Glass Fitters for two reasons, first is the person that came and replace my windshield and secondly the price cant be beat.

Ive try to contact twice and first call I was intentionally hang up on I guess the guy didnt want to look up a quote since they closed in 10 minutes.Second call straight to voicemail.If this is the type of communications this company has it doesnt deserve my business or yours.

They came to my work and were really good about not taking up much of my time, as I am a teacher and couldnt leave my classroom. Also, when I received a better price quote somewhere else I called Auto Glass and they gave me a better quote on their end! Hopefully I dont need any glass replaced in the future, but if I do, I know who to call!

We were in from out of state for a baseball tournament and had a baseball shatter my windshield. Had it done in 2 days and would have been one but for the weather. Dave came out to our hotel and had it replaced within 35 minutes!! He was very courteous and ga e us the peace of mind that it was done right and prompt. Very good job and made it back home without a hitch!!

Dont waste your money!! Owner was rude and does not stand behind the work!! I had a problem with my windshield whistling and leaking. The owner stood me up twice before he actually showed up. Then he never fixed it and drove away without even telling me. I tried to call to get someone else to fix it but was treated very poorly. Now Im stuck with a windshield that whistles!!!

Being dependent on fair weather caused some unavoidable delay, but all ended incredibly well. Kris knew his stuff and did a great job! Would recommend for excellence in workpersonship and price.

Safe lite quotesd me 2 1/2 times the cost for installation of the window, plus there is no charge for home call installation through auto glass(although I went there in person and had full installation in 45 mins), safe lite charges around $40 for house call on top of more than twice the price for the window

Showed up at my job as scheduled. I was able to communicate with the installer prior to his arrival. The installer was professional and courteous, and installed windshield in less than an hourand the windshield looksngrelo

This place is terrible. My first appointment was rained out, perfectly understandable considering its a mobile appointment... I call in and ask if there is a shop i can bring the car to...Kelsey tells me no, we dont have a shop, we are mobile. OK great we will have to reschedule, someone will get back to me. Waited and finally sent an email since I didnt hear back from them... I wrote in the email that i needed a Thursday because it was the only day i would be in that area. I got an email back telling me I had been scheduled for Wednesday... really? she obviously did not read my email...I then called in and by this time was really starting to get frustrated, spoke with Chris who seemed really nice and trying to help out with things. Scheduled me for Thursday, (today) and all was well....or so i thought. Thursday comes and its noon, i still have not heard anything from these people... so i decide to call and find out whats going on .... i get told that due to the storm, they are unable to make my mobile appointment. WHAT??? There was not even an inch of snow fall the previous night and the roads were clear... i get asked if i would like to bring the car into the shop...uh what shop? I question Kelsey about this shop that didnt even exist last week....she was very rude and continued to talk over me not listening to anything I was saying. Im starting to believe shes the same one whom replied to my email.... Needless to say, I cancelled and asked for a refund. I called Diaz auto glass in Absecon and he is coming out Monday to replace my windshield....no upfront payment, and at a discounted rate. I suggest before going through what i did... to just call Diaz auto glass. William was very helpful and did not mind about having to drive out to Wildwood Crest. Auto glass fitters will not travel to that area. Save your money and your sanity and just call William.
