Terrible. I walked in to 3 deep at the counter and one Rep. Manager more worried about scanning in inventory than jumping on a 2nd register. Bad manager, I been one, you jump in where needed, inventory can wait. Manager apologized, said 2nd rep was on lunch( this was at 3 pm ). Manager then asked only rep if they had been busy that day, obviously they werent there.... then the two got busy worrying about takeout, then Manager left to go get some, despite not having been there all shift. I wanted to change from a competitors account and bringing 2 lines, unlimited, maybe extra for a hot spot and new phones.... this how you run your stores, Cricket?

I bought a phone yesterday the rep asked if I needed a case for it. I said yes she went into the back and came out with the case. I paid for the phone, activation fee and case. I asked her to please put the case on the phone for me she took the case and tried to put it on the phone. It was not the correct case for the phone did not fit. I told her no problem just put the charge back on my card.she told me she could not do that because they were not allowed to refund accessories. I did not leave the counter, I did not touch the case. I insisted to talk to her manager she told me the same thing and I could talk to a rep at 611. I called them it really did not do any good. They would not give me my money back, its the same as stealing from me. I will not be using this store any longer. Corporate office needs to check this store out. Very rude reps and they steal fro the customers.

I had an issue customer service could not resolve and kept giving me the run around. I went in to the store and the ladies who work at this location are amazing! They were very understanding and helped me resolve the matter. I will be recommending this location to my family and friends in the future.

Not cool. They make you stand 6 feet from the counter and then you cant touch the card machine so now they want your 4 digit code so they can punch it in for you. They never did it before. Even during covid. Weird.

Dont buy their protection plans, My charging port stopped working on my nokia, I went in expecting to pay a up front insurance fee to get my phone replaced but that was not accepted, I use this phone for work, And it was a manufacturers Issue that caused the problem, so if your phone breaks dont expect them to help you out immediately with the new one, you will have to send in that phone to the manufacturer and you will be left without 1 until the other 1 comes back from the repair shop - so in reality... the real insurance is to get to get 2 phones (one for backup) which is just ridiculous and my eyes, Since I had to buy a new phone anyway because of this I just went to Best Buy and got the S10 plus, cricket will never get any of my money ever again for a phone I will just use their service because it is dirt cheap 🤷‍♂️

I would give them zero stars if possible. The customer service there is terrible and they force you to buy the bundle package. You cant just buy the phone and the service. I dont like what they have for choices of cases. I do not believe that they are worth $50. I ordered a phone and and my own case. I went in and they told me that I had to buy theirs. Well you lost another customer. I am now going to the location in Poteet. Thanks for nothing.

The sales lady was trying to resolve my issue. She gets an A+...the tec lady on the other hand was an idiot. Sales person did everything she was supposed to do. The tec tards acted like idiots. She explained everything to them. They kept saying there were no service issues. Sales lady honestly couldnt give any of the customers an answer to why there phone service was no good. I still cant make a call from my phone. Everything was checked on my phone by the sales lady. But i still cant recieve a phone call or make one. If i drive 10 miles from 78064 area my phone works great. Tec people say there are no issues but is a bunch of BS. Several customers arrived after me with same issue with a tec person saying each phone needed to be checked. I lost work from my customers over this yet issue still hssnt been resolved. Had to perchase a verizon phone to handle business calls. Thank you for not resolving my issue. Thank you to the sales lady at the store for doing everything in her power to help me. At lesst she tried. She needs better suport. Please help her

The girls in there were nice. But the manager wasnt trying to help out on a situation that one of her workers did. I had proof of everything of the mistake the worker did., and she still didnt budge. She made a comment its just $10....well if its just $10 then you should waive or pay it your self! Because this is your employess fault! This store in particular, has made a lot of $ off me, do they see that no! So will take my business to another store! Since poteet is just next door, Ill start going there.

We have had Cricket for over a year and love it. However, the people that work at this store are liars only looking to boost their sales. We went to upgrade my phone and they said that Progressive leasing REQUIRED you to buy a bundle package with their phone. Well, we have upgraded 3 other phones with progressive and this has never been the case. When we told her that she said, well its always been that way. We went to the store in Floresville and they said this is NOT REQUIRED and they are always getting complaints about this store. Needless to say, lying doesnt get you very far and we will never go to the Cricket in Pleasanton again! Go to Floresville or somewhere else!

Went inside with my wife and kids. My wife has an IPhone but service on her sim drive is with cricket and she wanted to change her phone but since she had an iPhone they said we would have to go to Wal-Mart up the street to have to buy another iPhone for her to change a phone out...HER SERVICE IS WITH YALL... Stupid and I think the ladies that work there were rude and inconsiderate, but its ok the Cricket in Poteet gave excellent customer service even though it was a little Cricket shop...
