I have Mortons Neuroma on my right foot. It started out feeling like the balls of my feet and sometimes heels were on fire. Then it turned into a swollen lump in the ball of my foot. The swelling got so bad I couldnt walk or stand without pain. Since I got my custom Good Feet orthotics I can walk and stand all day, even in heels with no pain. They should change the name from Good Feet to New Feet cause that is exactly what they feel like. Thank you Good Feet of Pleasant Hill.

Absolutely terrible experience. I walked into the store and no one was there. I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. The sales clerk, whom I later learned was the manager, was not helpful when I asked about shoes. I asked if I could try on some different ones, and she told me she didnt know if they had them in stock. I asked if she would check for them. She showed me two pairs that were overpriced (above MSrp). She did not bother to check to see if the shoe was the right size and fit. When I asked if I could get written information about the shoes, she asked me if I had a piece of paper so that I could write it on a paper myself. I asked her for a flyer about the shoes....didnt have one. She did finally write the information on a brochure for me. As I was leaving, I asked if she was the store manager and she said yes. I was appalled. Unprofessional, unhelpful, negative and made it clear she didnt want to bother with me. Go someplace else.
