Frustrating experience with unhelpful staff. I initially called this FedEx office to make sure that they could print 2x2 photos on photo paper. The employee on the phone confirmed that this was possible. However, upon arriving at the store, the staff there said this was not possible, that they could only print on regular paper. They then informed me that I could print out photos at their computer stations in custom sizes.The computers were frustratingly slow, but once I had the option to print a photo, the custom sizes turned out to be a small selection of 4 or 5 different photo sizes. I chose wallet sizes, which arent the exact size I needed, but close.I checked in with the same employee again to ask if he could print the photos I needed on regular paper in my 2x2 format, at which point he informed he could but it would cost $7.50 for a resizing fee.Im very disappointed with this experience for a number of reasons. First, the employees there do not seem to know what they can or cannot do for their customers. Then being given the option to print out my photo in custom sizes that actually turned out to be only a few select sizes. Then being told if I wanted a print out on regular paper it would cost $7.50 for a 2 inch picture...That information would have been very helpful on the phone when I called before arriving...How does a FedEx office not have the ability to print out a 2x2 on photo paper like they initially told me they could? Thats such an easy task. Either they gave me bad information when I called, or the employee that I spoke with when I arrived doesnt understand his job.Save yourselves the trouble, and just stick to using this facility for mail, that is, if the staff can handle that task better than how they handled mine.
Dismal customer service, every single time i am there if i need assistance its a regret and time waste. They either nickle and dime you for every little thing, or give you non-sense about not able to help you due to being busy. This time i had an issue with self-service print job showing clear color streaks, i stood in line for customer service and advised them that i would like a quick reprint. They could not help me to reprint due to other orders, they directed me to another self-service printer for which i had to wait 20 more minutes in queue. Total time to print 5 pages = 40 minutes wasted. Would not recommend coming there!!!
My college age daughter needed a small number of booklets printed for a college research project. She was stressed and waited to the last minute. She emailed the file to the FedEx office in Pleasant Hill and they were able to format and print her booklet with color graphics in about 1 hour. The assistant manager helped us and had them ready upon arrival. We were so very impressed by their prompt and great customer service. They gave her a student discount when she asked. She will use this store to have other research projects printed in the future.
They get busy at random times, so dont come too close to the pick-up time.The customer service is always wonderful and they are always attentive.
If I could give negative 5 I definitely would, however I was helped by Steve and first of ALL his services were beyond HORRIBLE he was slamming the tape gun he had as putting my box together, I was only trying to get 2 bras packaged up for a return he literally tried to give me a box that would fit a cereal box, which was obvious I did not need such a big size. He looked and made me feel like if i was bothering him CLEARLY its his job however he definitely did not look happy to be helping me, he could not give me yes or no answers to my questions, seems like he really was just there to kill time and not PROVIDE great services to Fedex customers. NEVER in my life will i return to THIS FED EX in PLEASANTHILL, and I have definitely shared my experience so i hope others do not get treated like i did. His name tag states hes been with the company since 2005, however its obvious he has had ZERO training on customer service.

Ask for ROBERT hes amazing he knows everything He will help you with whatever you need. he was the most helpful person at this location he was walking around asking if you need any help greeting people when they walked in. I hope he gets a raise for being such a good hard worker.The reason I rated this location GOOD was because the manager of this location was very unprofessional, she was talking about a issue in front of all the customers with her co-worker, she shouldnt have handled the situation in that way. she needs to do some management training or something. Besides that I would have rated this place very good, but the manager tumbs down.
12/7/14This Fed Ex location is conveniently located in pleasant hill, not far from DVC and College Park HS. Im sure they see lots of students come through their doors.I stopped in here to donate my time and notary service to two women. An open workstation with chairs around a long table was a desirable nesting spot. I had room to set up and comfortably spread out.Around me were calendars and Christmas ornaments. There are lots of computers that can be used/rented as well. Printers were on the other side of the store.No employees came to see if we needed any assistance, but there were a few visible in the store, so if we had, it would have been easy to find one.
I literally stood in line right in from of them (their was 3 people behind the desk) just waiting for some help nobody at any given time even acknowledged me! So I just left and figured it out myself. But it’s so frustrating very unprofessional!
Used to be good place then went downhill new mgmt. Real problem with internet, picture kiosks, and especially fax lines.. Insecure doesnt begin to describe it.. Fax lines breaking FCC law that requires display of sending number..SD cards being copied.. Passwords stolen.
I dont know what happened with the others but they have always gone above and beyond for me. One time I even left my Visa there and I wasnt sure at the time where I had lost it. I blew through the doors in a frenzy and the guy behind the counter looked at me and turned around nonchalantly. I thought nothing of it b/c he didnt know that I was in a crisis. For all I knew he could have been going on break....Nope! Not him! He turned right back around spinning on his heels with my Visa in hand!!! It was so magical like a movie! I will never forget that and will forever love this little Fedex Office!
It doesnt matter what time I come, it will always take way too long to get out of here. One customer or twenty, the employees move like molasses without even a hint of urgency. No sorry for the wait or Ill be right with you. Just avoiding eye contact until they can mumble at you next. If where I shopped didnt require FedEx labels Id be at UPS.
I come here to print up poster size pictures twice a month on Fridays and no matter how many times I come in here and tell the lady to print in color, it is a guarantee that the first one is in black and white. Im here today And guess what she printed the 1st one in black-and-white and then she printed the 2nd one in color but 4 sizes too big and then she tells me she cant print it up at all. I dont know how difficult it is to train someone to print paper but fedex has done a horrible job of screening for incompetent people and a worst job at training them.
Brought to Fedex Office some odd sized items that I needed to be boxed. Brought them in on a Monday Evening and was told that at most it would take two days. Called on Wednesday evening and was told they had not gotten to it yet but it would be either later that night or Thursday Morning. Called Back Thursday Mid Morning to confirm and was told it was not done yet. I stressed I was on a short time frame and needed it done today. I was told it would be done today. I asked if I come in by 3:00PM to pick it up would that be ok. I was told no problem. When I came in at 3:00PM it was still not done. I asked if I could wait and they said they could not get to it. Totally let down..
Unbelievable this place ships every single package through their fedex account. So... when I moved 3200 miles away they asked me to go back to this location and have then file the claim For my smashed TV ... for property they do not own and with financial incentive to deny my claim - they are the gate keepers....Can not believe this and they tell me it’s legal, even common no less.ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE IN ANY REGARD!!!!!!!!
Only 3 PC stations have scanners and one device was offline so I had to wait a little while.
Called for general info, caught expert on the phone in less than 3 minuteshe explained why it cant be done, what a screwed company, after the conversation I REALLY do not want to do business with and OUTFIT thanhas such EXPERTS to say I CANNNOT !
Went for plotting ARCH E size drawings. The plotter was not working. So the fedex employees restarted the plotter, after waiting for 40 mins to restart, the plotter was still not up. I lost one hour in order to get a print out, which would take less than 10 mins elsewhere. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place to go. All the equipment and the paperwork they have is outdated. How do i know, i went straight to FEDEX location in willow pass rd in sutter street, they have good plotters as well as updated forms to create mailing receipts. I am done in 20 mins all in all, but wasted more than one and half hours coming and going to the other FEDEX location.
Let me start by saying that I have been using this FedEx Kincos for nearly 12 years. The customer service most times was always impeccable. I have spent thousands of dollars here using their services and internet, copy services, shipping, etc. However my last 2 visits this month have been less than desirable. 3 weeks ago I had an item shipped from here to to go ground. The customer service person behind the counter asked me 2x if I wanted the package to have a signatute upon receipt. I said no. Despite this a required signature was put on the package and receiver was not home. When calling Fedex to have signature taken off they could not do this. Package delivery was severly delayed bc each attempt for delivery no one was home. That was a few weeks ago. Then today I go into Kincos Fedex to print and while waiting for computer to boot, I asked if I could use the restroom and to get a key. Something Ive done 100x before. The manager Matt (older gentleman) said no pretending as if restroom was our of service giving vague reasoning saying he didnt know what was wrong with it, then he told me to go next door to McDonalds. I explained I would have to shut down computer completely and walk 4 doors down to McDonalds to use restroom then reboot. He didnt care. Now I am a paying customer and have been here more times than I can count, spending thousands at this location. But all of a sudden paying customers can no longer use the restrooms as before, per management and I was highly inconvenienced had to close out of my computer, leave Kincos, go to McDonalds, then come back bc this manager had a bug up his a** and didnt want to offer good customer service to a loyal customer.Think twice before coming here. Service is getting terrible!!! It didnt use to be but it is now.
Ive never experienced any wait here and there hours are great, theres plenty of printers for those making copies and photos there are plenty of options.

Was here for a printing job, no one is helping although there were 4 staff in store. I can only figure out how to print myself. Poor service.
This store is absolutely terrible. Not only are the employees unprofessional, they are rude and unsympathetic. All I wanted was 2 pages printed for a menu project due tomorrow. Somehow, the online order never got through to them. I put the order in around 2:30 and wanted to be able to pick it up at 6pm the same day. I go down to the store, only to have them say they never got it and unfortunately the servers are slow and are having trouble with the online orders. THEN PUT IT ON THE WEBSITE!! Anyway, so I called customer service to see if I could find my order, and after waiting 10 minutes, he comes back and asks me for the location, and I get disconnected! So I call the store and ask if I can bring in a flash drive with my pages to be printed. Of course I can! Oh, but I will be charged again! WTF?? I want my money and my 5 hours back! I have yet to get my prints. I am NEVER going to any of these stores again.
In a rush to Send a fedex package? Dont come Here! Every time I come here its a 20 minute wait to get the package sent even with a preprinted label and the line isnt even long!
Very helpful, employees went out of their way to help me get my documents printed when the machine was giving me trouble! I made my deadline thanks to them!
