Beware! Ordered two steak bowl today and it was literally rotten. Not just a little off where maybe the people making the food might not have noticed. The rotting smell was very strong and unmistakable. Perhaps they had a refrigeration failure? They refused to refund over the phone.

Super expensive, payed extra for a topping and it was put on my girlfriends bowl instead even thoughwe payed separately. I threw mine away, It didn’t have any flavor and it was barely half full. Upsetting considering how much I payed for it. Friendly cashier though so that’s why it deserves the one star

Great location and easy to notice from a street view. Great spot for for a healthy alternative, but also pairs well with 5 Guys next door. Balance, 🍟😉 Highlights: quality and convenience.My go-to orders are the Vitality Bowl and Dessert Bowl with Pineapple (in the picture below).

Wonderful creamy texture of soft serve, soo good on a hot day. Not too sweet so you dont get sick of it. If anything I wish the taste of Vitality was stronger

I come here almost everytime before I go to the movie theater across the street... everytime I come here I get great customer service also the food is great... I went here last night and MAT an employee was there to assist me with whatever I needed he was great! Thank you team for doing great work and employing great employees!

I love this location!! The employees are always super friendly and I havent had a problem with my food taking too long like I have heard is the usual. Good things take time right? I prefer to wait for the fresh food. I always see them hustling back there! My fave is the tropical or warrior with PB on top. I really recommend this location :)

Honestly food is mediocre, but I still wouldve given a much better rating however both the employees working at the time were sick. The guy that rang me up claimed he wasnt and I made the mistake of eating there anyways. I spent the rest of my visit in the area sick and miserable. So much for healthy eating. Stay away.

35 minutes for a smoothie & bowl. Ive lost all vitality for this place.UPDATE: ordered on door dash, said it would be ready in 30 minutes, arrive at that time and hes like another 5 to 10 minutes. Is this normal for a Vitality Bowl?

Yummy stuff! Really good soup. Husband rcvd gift cards from boss for Xmas. Id never heard of V.B. But i didnt know the main ingredient in their bowls is cold (but tastes so good) & went on a rainy day. Brrr! But the soup made up for that & I felt great after the Bowl for all the good things that had gone in my body. A very user friendly way to eat well. Thanks*

Wait times are WAY too long! This acai bowl place is the closest one to my house but I only go there if Im desperate. I have tried ordering in person and calling ahead and nothing seems to help. I once waited over 20 minutes for an order I had placed by phone - and I had already waited 20 minutes after placing the call to head over! The bowls taste fine but Ive found the service at the Walnut Creek location to be much faster.

I personally didnt love it, but I dont like fruit or granola in this context. My friends live it though! Two of us ended up getting pressed sandwiches instead of the bowls. They had gluten free bread!

Wow. It was the most overpriced, underwhelming unflavorful smoothie ever. I was so looking forward to a refreshing drink and it fell short majorly.

This place is really yummy. Their paninis are small and not memorable at all. I ordered their warrior bowl and that was amazing. In reading the description it said it had broccoli. When I inquired about it, they stated that it was blended in and you dont even taste it. Well, tell me why I had 5 frozen full stalks in my vitality bowl. Very gross and yucky. Everything else was good though

Worst experience ever waited 20 minutes to make 2 salads and a sandwich. They forgot my Turkey on my kale salad, went back and they barely put any on. Did not look nearly anything like the picture. Waste

I really like VitalityBowl. However, this one is weird. Online ordering somehow creates havoc; with food lot being ready...and having to wait additional time. Once there was no call back after they were out of an item... They waited until I got to the restaurant to tell me. One time I had a to-go order... And the guy literally handed me my 6items individual without a bag. I stood there looking at this guy for awhile until he finally said..do you need a bag? Really?!?! I urge the manager to get his employee in check.

Its good and filing. I had the oatmeal bowl but I want to try their sandwiches next. Yes they have sandwiches.

The key to success here is to order ahead whenever possible. Even ordering 30 minutes ahead makes all the difference as those orders are prioritized and will be waiting for you while those ordering in person can wait 20 minutes for a single smoothie.

Great variety and quality of food, however, in my opinion, I found it to be leaning towards expensive, when you consider how much you dont get for the money. The wait was also relatively long, considering my small order, and not appearing to be busy.

A little expensive, but it is worth it. Leaps and bounds fresher and better than any other competition I have been to. I hope Vitality bowl continues to grow.

I have been here several times. Recently they had a management change and have really turned for the worse. I drive 45 minutes to get here and they always seem to jack up my order. Today they brought it out to me and it barely had any fruit on it even though I paid for extra fruit. I asked for some more goji berries because it literally only had 5. The guy went and brought me 5 more..SERIOUSLY!!!! Then he proceeded to argue with me about how they were the most expensive berry and that was the serving size. I told him that it didnt even have the fruit it usually has. It literally only had 10 blueberries and 15 banana slices. He kept trying to argue instead of at least apologizing to me. He was a complete jerk. I ended up saying could you please leave me alone and stop talking to me like I am a piece of crap. He argued a bit more and left only to go grab his computer and sit right beside me!!!! Glaring at me while I ate my food. It wasnt like I asked for handouts I paid for extra fruit. Done done done will NEVER be back to this one.
