I love smart and final they have a different selection of stuff that i dont usually buy in the grocery store

I love shopping here but today they were out of a lot of items. Everywhere you go, they need more help!

Im a fan of this place. It has a mix of everything from restaurant supplies to home kitchen supplies, at a good price too.

I love Smart and Final for the bulk food when I want to load the freezer its one of my favorites!

Always have a good selection and bigger quantities, like Sams or Costco but no member fee.

Decent prices. Limited produce selection. No butcher or bakery.

Management and store employees are awesome time I need help always patient and make sure how to find the items I need for my instacart

Super deals on bulk foods. Many veggies and not bulk. Brand names that we know are tasty in that store as well as the first street stuff that is very good

They have a lot of different name brands that you dont see in the regular grocery store which is good

Good selection if frozen / packaged items. Produce is a little light. Fairly long line but moved quickly.

Smart and Final is very under rated by most folks I know. It has great deals on bulk items, fresh produce, and top notch meat.

It is a good place to shop. Very kind people that work there, and they didnt rake you over the coals financially when covid hit.😊

This particular store block the entrance with produce making it very difficult to push the big cart thru when theres ppl there and therell be its produce! Took one star out. The workers can also be more friendly like TJ...

I’ve been shopping at store #447 in Pleasant Hill for a number of years mainly for there great pricing on meats and poultry.Even during these trying times the staff remains pleasant and helpful.Today I took the time to mention this to the manager and checkers— you could see that just a little positive comment meant a lot to them. Pleasant Hill Smart and Final has variety of good stuff to shop. It is the right stop n shop store. Although very tight space, they have more selection than other S&F store in the bay area. Staff are polite and service oriented.

Nice ez shopping lots of items only place to get a giant box of pretzels or large salami stick

Well-stocked grocery store. This place is a hybrid of a regular grocery store and a restaurant supply. They have both normal-size and huge packages of most staples. This location is clean and has friendly staff.

Out of all the smart and finals I hav been too the Sun doesnt have a huge inventory

Great place with honest workers! I left my phone in the bathroom. A worker found it, and turned it in. They even allowed me to come after hours to pick it up. I really appreciate it!!!!

I was not seeing what I was looking for so I ask a worker which was an old guy for help, he was very rude he even roll up his eyes, but he went with me once we got there he even said see I told you that was here so I answer okay thank you for being so kind, so my question it is, Why these people even go outside their house? they should stay inside so nobody can see them.

Good store for a small S&F. Usually well stocked and great prices.

The staff are really helpful and the store is clean. This is a small store, so the variety of items and restaurant goods is not as plentiful. The produce selection is small. They do have a weekly featured produce large quantity item. Todays was 25lb of tomatoes, as well as 20lbs of bananas, and 50 lbs of potatoes. I was looking for Boom Chicka Popcorn, but they do not carry specialty brand popcorn. They have plenty of 20 lb buttery popcorn. Overall great if you need to pick up a quick item. They had plenty of Halloween candy.

I went for a few specific items. As I left the store I saw a great price on the turkeys. I immediately went to my car to unload my purchases and returned to the store and bought a small Turkey which was only $.39 per pound because my first order was over $25.

11/19 @3:00pmTwo steps out the door and I overhear my cashier Derek talking about me to the next customer?!?!I re-entered the store and he was in fact talking about my quiet demeanor to the next customer in line.Question: Is this appropriate?Answer: Never.On top of that nonsense, checkout has become so slow here. I was in a rush today and unfortunately had to endure a personal conversation between Derek and a coworker talk about borrowing Android phone chargers while we all (customers) waited to get checked out. Maybe this conversation is best left for the break room?

Great store to do grocery shopping. prices are great and service is great aswell.

TheCashiers as well as the managers were and are very helpful appreciate the the knowledge of where everything is and if theyre ever going to get any more in stock and when exactly where the item was looking for and I only pointed me in the direction but took me over there it was very helpful and very kind and sweet people people should come more often here to shop you save tons of money

Always find something I need in this store and I have always had helpful staff if I am looking for a speciality item.

Not sure what I expected, never been to a smart and final before. Cant say I would go here for fresh produce, but there selection of brand name groceries I needed were available, and in super size too.

I wanted to buy a cabbage, frozen pizza crust, Raffaello and pork. I did not find anything except pork 2lb - $ 8. But there are so many different, inexpensive disposable tableware.

Best prices and dont have to buy large quantity.

Cheap groceries, but service isnt the best. Not enough employees.

We bought party supplies here the late July. They sell out of date items. The dip turned out to have expired Jun 21 and we purchased late July, whats worse I didnt even notice until after the party, I hope no one got sick. The vegetable platter had things that started to rot two days after we bought it, again very old. Theyre cheap but looks like they do it at the expense of being old stuff.

The employees seem to be unhappy working there. Not one single employee asked me if I found everything okay, let alone greeted me while I was shopping. Nor did they thank me for shopping at their store.
