This is a suit trailer that advised he had the equipment to tailor a thick leather motorcycle vest. Only listed businesses were saddleries to perform a shoulder alterations. Decided to give Escobar a try, leather is a one try alteration. The shoulders fit very well, he advised to take less material than I wanted and he was right. Amazingly it was done with one fitting and fits perfectly. A touch tight, which will stretch in cause leather forms to its wearer. Skilled craftsmanship, knew he could take a risk he wasnt necessarily used to performing on a daily basis. Wasnt cheap but this isnt a cheap suit, it is forever.

My jaw is still on the floor.... I attempted to sew in a side zipper in my new motorcycle jacket with my ancient sewing experience and while it worked, Its pretty darn ugly and sketchy. So I looked up tailors in the area and and found Escobars in Pleasant Hill. I was welcomed by the warm and friendly family staff. They were very conscientious about my jacket and wanted to make sure that there would be no damage to it from their work while attempting to fix my horrible work. Prices were more than fair for this level of expertise, the zipper looks so good, you cant tell the difference between their zipper and the manufacturers zippers, absolutely amazing. This is my new go to place for any tailoring or alterations from now on!!! Once again, Gacias to you guys!!!

A bit pricey but very worth it. They take their time and the quality is top notch. Ive had pants hemmed, tapered and even shirt sleeves shortened. My go to tailor in the East Bay!
