We recently had our carpets changed. They did a great job installing it. The tech came out and showed samples and recommened a carpet that would fit our families needs. The only negative thing was during the time we wanted our carpets changed they were really busy. After the home visit we were told it would take 3 weeks to install but it was about a month. They do the installation in one day which was good. I would definitely recommend and if I ever needed the carpets to be changed I would go back.

First of all the store was so organized, that was a bonus in itself. Bryan was so professional, helpful and really new his inventory. The install of our carpet was seamless. We could not be more pleased with Juan and Jose they moved all the furniture and installed the carpet in all 4 rooms. Just an outstanding job.We would highly recommend them and a carpet purchase through S&G Carpet.

If you want to get a great deal on flooring this is a great place to get it. Our sales person, Taylor Vang was absolutely fantastic in helping us pick out which floors (hardwood & LVP) would go with our home. He was very knowledgeable of the combinations that go with which flooring which made it easy for us as we knew nothing about. Taylor was very patient with us and would get back to us quickly when we had any questions or concerns. I think we may have asked him a million questions and still not sure how he put up with us....lol.

I am very happy with every aspect of S & G carpets. From the salesman, Justin to the manager, Taylor to the installers and last but not least the customer service person, Larissa that called to see if everything was good with the carpet. I couldnt ask for anything more. Thank you all.

Working with Bryan and his team in Concord, California continues to be a positive, honest, and fair experience. I am a landlord in the East Bay and I am upgrading my units. S&G has a well trained staff that is professional, caring and helpful. They take the st and another s out and add a t at the end of the word stress which is why I can “rest” and relax while the team helps me make informative and wise decisions.

Taylor Vang is the Bomb! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The showroom was busy, and he was able to juggle multiple customer priorities without missing a beat.

Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our flooring adventure began 14 months ago when we started shopping and taking home samples. Before S&G, we dealt with pushy sales people and cluttered home improvement stores. In June last year, we visited S&G in Pleasant Hill and met with Rai. We were unable to decide on things for nearly a year, but S&G was so supportive in allowing us to take home sample after sample, and letting us know when new products became available. In May this year, Bryan and Mario help us decide how to proceed and made all of the arrangements. We even decided to add carpet to our master bedroom based on the recommendations by Mario when he visited our home, and may ask them to do two more bedrooms after seeing the results this team can accomplish. The carpet was installed very quickly and easily on a Monday morning, and two weeks later, our laminate was installed by Luis and his professional team. Luis worked quickly yet his attention to detail yielded the most perfect installation. Dollar for dollar, this has been the best improvement we have made to our home and can only hope future projects turn out as well as the flooring services provided by S&G Carpet in Pleasant Hill. I came to S&G pleasant hill to speak with a manager about my flooring issues. I was very upset about my carpet seams coming apart! Although there was only one associate in the store at the time and 2 customers. Sheila greeted me as soon as I walked in and explained that they are currently understaffed then went on to ask me to have a seat at a table and brought me a bottle of water. She explained she would like to give me her undivided attention then proceeded to ask if I wouldn’t mind if she continued assisting the other customers and get their things finalized so she may have an uninterrupted conversation with me. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes and she was very helpful. Sheila is very sweet and patient even though I was very upset. In the end she explained why this happened and how it could be fixed. When I came to the store I wanted to get my carpet fixed ASAP but when I left I had arranged to speak with Sheila to have my flooring replaced with laminate for more of a durable floor. I’m not sure why she was there alone although I am grateful for her wonderful customer service.

I had came into the S&G store to find out about a remnant carpet. Sheila Greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions. She informed me that they were having a sale and I would benefit from having S&G install my carpet instead of patching up my old carpet. I was comfortable working with Sheila Because she was honest and showed that she genuinely cared about my project. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, this is what led me to purchase from her. The installers were wonderful and the communication from Sheila was excellent throughout the entire process. If you need flooring call S&G and ask for Sheila.

We contracted S&G through Costco to do our home which is just under 1,000 SF. Noelle came out to our home, measured and showed us what she had in terms of flooring, after we told her what look we were going for. Noelle was the best. She was all smiles, she was friendly and extremely professional and NEVER pushy. The floor that was installed looks amazing and it was done in about 4 days. We did have some issues with the installers scratching our new custom cabinets as well as damaging our new by pass shutters. We contacted the company and it took a couple days for someone to contact us back but once they did, everything was taken care of. Mario who supervises the area we are in came out to our place, took a look at the damages and told us to get an estimate and that S&G would pay for all damages. He really came through and took care of what needed to be made right. We really appreciate his efforts.

My wife met Noelle Battaglia at her sales station in COSTCO.We finally replaced our 31 yr old carpet with laminate flooring because my wife and daughter wanted it and it was needed to make it easier to maneuver my power wheelchair.Noelle was punctual for our in home sales appointment and very knowledgeable in presenting information and answering all our questions. Noelle presented us with a great value in price and quality along with making us aware of the many incentives and rebates.The installation was professional and the installers were polite and keep us up to date through the installation process.

Sheila is absolutely amazing and very informative! My husband and I purchased some flooring material from Sheila. Ive never met a flooring associate whom would rather give the honest truth about the flooring instead of up selling the material. If she did not have the answer she was quick to do some research for us. Very helpful! Not only did she make sure that a found something that stayed in our price range, she also made sure we purchased floors that will be long lasting/pet friendly for our dog Scuddles!

I had Justin the estimator from S&G carpets out to give me an estimate to replace my tile entryway with laminated flooring. Julio and his helper installed the flooring and did a great job. Very seamless and easy procedure from start to finish by S&G. Would highly recommend and well definitely use them again in the future

Brian, Mario, Dixie, and the entire crew make customers feel as though they have known them for a long time and as if they are part of the family and that we really matter. Visited many carpet vendors and found the selection at S&G, in Pleasant Hill, superior. Lexy was professional, kind, perceptive and informative at the store, taking over an hour to answer all of our questions, which gave a good indication about working with S&G. We took home several carpet samples. Justin was a delight when he came to measure and helped us work within our budget to get the Karastan, and the installation crew was considerate, hard-working and extremely accommodating. To have strangers working in ones home can be unnerving but these guys seemed to care about every detail. Highly recommend them.

Three jobs in 2 years, always competitive with superior products to the competition. Installations are clean, accurate and generally do more than you expect to make it perfect. Great staff all around - Jorje, Mario and Kevin make it a pleasure to work with them, every time.

The sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful. We came in looking for carpet to cover some shelves for our cats to sit upon and they had pieces that they were planning to donate to a local cat shelter, and they were able to give as much of it away for free. Definitely a good place for carpet fragments for small projects.

Mid of Nov 2017- Did a walk- in visit to this branch @ Pleasant Hill with my husband to check hardwood, laminate etc at their showroom. Mario pleasantly greeted us at the door show us the entire selection from their showroom. Mario was very knowledgeable to explain to us the different kinds of flooring. After showing us -Mario asked us to bring a sample laminate home so we can check the color shade we want since we just had our tile done in our kitchen. After 3 visits we finally decided to pick the flooring shade we want.Yes! We chose Hardwood for our formal, family room, hallway and stairs. We got a very good deal! The transition process took about 3 wks total ( from deciding what shade to installation) because they were booked up !!! Wow! That’s how busy this store was. No wonder they have 5 star reviews.We were really very lucky and happy, satisfied and proud on the outcome of our hardwood floor.Jorge and Saul ( installer) were very accurate, on time, very efficient absolutely knows what their doing! Great 👍 installer! Floor measurements -very accurate, hardwood, baseboards had clean and detailed result. They even polished our floors with Bona sweeper during their last day 😀 to summarize from staffs to the installer they are definetely recommendable!They care about their customers was a PLUS.
