The ability to see the Battery Back up unit in person and discuss the advantages of the various battery styles in different units. Even though I could purchase similar and more modern units at Amazon, I still had older style batteries with the F2 terminal I had purchased earlier in the year which were only usable in the foreseeable future on the unit that was still available at Batteries + Bulbs. Ive been purchasing from this company for years and find the personal, helpful and friendly personnel at B + B well worth the prices I pay! Thanks again.

They professionally replaced the battery in my aging Samsung Note 8. Back case even had a crack in it that extended from the edge to the camera area. They figured out a way to not have that crack grow further when they went to remove it. Nice work! Ill definitely come back here.

I dropped my i phone and the screen broke into lines and circle shapes. I remembered how, years ago, I took a friend to have her screen replaced by Batteries Plus Bulbs. So I made an online appointment for the next morning, dropped off my phone without any questions or concerns, and took a half-hour walk and returned to the store. The young woman who repaired my phone saw me and brought it over and showed it to me. It looked good and worked perfectly. The store also carries accessories for cell phones. The cost of the repair was $79 with a coupon I found on their website. I recommend this solution if you break your cellphone screen.

Batteries + Bulbs stocks many items that are just uncommon enough that others dont have them in stock.Ive shopped here a few times for a variety of items: motorcycle batteries, a HI-LED bulb kit for my 6-cell MagLite (now its like a 1000ft light saber), and odd-sized fluorescent tubes, and theyve always had what I came looking for. Browsing the website or in the store youll find yourself thinking, They have replacements for THAT? Cool! Theres stuff you own that needs odd batteries, or lamps that arent in-use everywhere, and the local hardware store doesnt have them in stock. Look here, instead.

Was once satisfied with Batteries Plus. Today ended that. Ive been here twice about the same battery to replace it and their response is that the battery is good. I explained to them that the battery tests half of a volt less than the others and that it matters. Hed like to keep it and load test it with a light bulb for a day and a half. The cart isnt for fun Tom, its for work so that we can continue to shop at establishments as this. We cant afford to leave it nearly 2 days a probably still told that the battery is good. A battery store that does not have a load tester? Ill have to find some place better.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Absolutely awful. By far the worst place to get your device fixed. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, (this is actually the first bad review I’ve ever left on a business), but we are so outraged that I have to speak up to save future buyers time and money. My boyfriend’s phone cracked, as well as his mom’s.They looked up a phone repair shop close to us that would replace their screens. His mother got his phone and dropped it ever so slightly and the screen shattered. When they tell you it only costs under 100 dollars to get your screen replaced, it’s because they use the cheapest, flimsiest screens they can possibly get. His mother’s screen went completely black for no reason shortly after It shattering, but because it was a first time time and she had dropped it, we didn’t suspect that there was any fault of theirs. Shortly after this, my boyfriend decided to go to the same place and replace his. The first issue we ran into was after he had gotten it (seemingly perfectly) repaired. Once he had gotten home, he got on snapchat and saw that his front facing camera was blurry, no matter how many times we tried to clean it off. He had to bring it back the next day and have it fixed, which didn’t bother us much because we know everyone makes mistakes. Only a week after he got the screen replaced, he realized there was another crack that had somehow shown up. Three days later, his phone screen turned black out of nowhere. So he called and told them, thinking they would fix it, (since they had replaced his screen with such a thin screen that it cracked out of nowhere and turned black for no apparent reason) but they said we had no warranty after the screen was cracked. So please, take my advice and find another phone repair business that will give you your money’s worth, because within a week or two after replacing your screen from this scamming place, you’ll find it shattered and worse than before you had gotten it repaired.

It is a real joy having a Battery Plus store near us. We recently needed to replace seven emergency lights at our church. Their web site showed they had three in stock and the other four would be ready the next day. It was so easy and we also enjoyed the 10% discount if we ordered on-line and picked up the items at the store. While at the store I even purchased two personal Christmas gifts. This place is great. Car battery died. Called four auto shops: 2 were closed, 2 werent sure if they could do it + said it would take 60 minutes plus + quoted high prices. I ordered on line for in store pick up of six (6) eight volt golf cart batteries. As soon as I hit enter on my order within minutes I got an update that the batteries could be picked up at my local store. The clerk was very courteous and loaded the 320 + pounds worth of batteries in my car.

Arrived day after online order with confirmation email that the order was ready including the order number but that apparently wasnt enough. Unfortunately, someone who just had a tooth-extraction was waiting for me otherwise wouldnt have felt so imposed upon -- but then whats the use of online ordering if it takes 20 minutes to find the order?Suggest BPB review either its computer system or better train staff to use existing. Why isnt staff able to search by ORDER NUMBER as is included in email?

I’ve had my iPhone screen repaired here a couple times when the screen has broken (on different phones). The guys are nice and the repair only takes an hour or so.....but the last two times I have gone I’ve had to return the following day because the new screen wasn’t installed properly....which took another chunk of time out of my day. I had my phone fixed there last week, had to return because it wasn’t done correctly - and even now the screen isnt correct. It feels “loose” and even clicks when I touch it. So I will have to find somewhere else to take it to repair it - hopefully they get it right the first time!

Just tried to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced. The guy said he couldn’t guarantee he wouldn’t destroy the screen while replacing the battery. I thought it was weird since I’ve replaced the battery myself before and the screen is pretty easy to remove. My screen was cracked and I think he was trying to sell another one to me. He could have simply suggested I replace the screen too. I thought it was very dishonest of him. So I bought the battery and replaced it myself with absolutely no issues taking the screen off. Last time I came in there for a battery & screen he tried to tell me I wouldn’t be able to replace it myself. Overall I don’t trust these guys to not rip me off and I’ll never have them repair stuff for me.
