I havent been to this location until recently. I was looking for some Christmas decorations and didnt find what I was looking for. I did find a few items after Christmas. I was trying to also purchase items online, but it seemed like there wasnt much in stock either after Christmas. I was happy with what I purchased. 40% off Christmas items the day after Christmas. Slim pickings, but there was still costumes, some ugly sweaters, decorations, and stockings. I would come back again or look to purchase online and pick up in store or curbside.

Soooo many ideas for all occasions here! The back wall has ever color of party items/accessories organized ready for the picking!! So many things to choose from. Tons of candy with pretty colored packaging/wrappings. Seasonal items too, to look forward too! I love what they have here for Easter so adorable yet chic! Prices are good, lots of items here to created your own party themes & decorations! I was surprised they have different colored chocolates to go with party themes. I had came here to pick up some items for my coworkers work anniversary I hope she likes it!Parking is free & plentiful.

I shopped in store so had a little wait to get the balloons inflated, but they had what I wanted for a reasonable price.

I absolutely hate this location. I dont like using the word hate but honestly I have given this store multiple tries, multiple different shopping methods - around holidays or not - and I have NEVER had an even OK experience. Today was just the final straw and why I am writing this review.In my past shops, before and during Covid, I have been told things (to my face!) like we dont have it and Im not going to help or I think we have it but you can find it yourself. Needless to say, my expectations for this store were already very low from the precidented customer service.This morning, I put in a curbside pickup to be picked up at 3:00pm PT. I showed up, parked a little earlier and called the noted curbside pickup number. I explained that I was a little early but can also just wait until 3 when they stated they could have it ready. After speaking to 2 representatives and then sitting on hold for another 15 minutes, I finally figured they were not coming back to the phone. So I get out of my car and go into Party City, possibly exposing myself to the virus - exactly what I didnt want to do and what Party City offers curbside pickup for🙄. I go inside and find the exact 4 items I had ordered online. I make my way to the checkstand where I ask them if my order is ready, now well past my designated pickup time, and that I grabbed the items but wont need them if they have the exact same order already packed. The woman tells me theyll look and that she can start ringing up my items🤦‍♀️. I reiterate that my cart items are not necessary if they have already fulfilled my order. Once thats clear, she goes over and starts talking to another PC rep who then comes over to me.PC rep: Hi we actually dont have your order, it never came through to us.Me: ok...then why did I receive a confirmation email and number? *showing him the phone*PC rep: Well it just never came through on our end and everything was back ordered so we arent going to fulfill itMe: *my jaw literally drops* How? I chose only items available in store then just now, after my pickup time, was able to find these items in your store as a public customer. Additionally, I think if this was the case I should have recieved an email letting me know that I dont need to drive all the way down here if you arent going to put the order together!It basically continues from there with his justification being that it didnt come through on their end so it doesnt matter and that they dont and arent going to have it. He was somehow able to find and cancel the online order though, once I said just start ringing up the cart 🤔. Hm seems fishy to me, like another case of Party City doesnt want to do their job.So overall, another unapologetic display of incompetence and lack of organization.Additionally, upon reluctantly entering Party City, I find no Covid Shelter in Place regulations being followed. No one is counting at the door, workers are hugging each other and the aisles have people arm to arm!I am so frustrated that Im not even going to return an item I dont need anymore and I assure you I wont be spending $100+ there most months anymore. Its called Amazon and it has the exact same items delivered right to my door. Their best feature too is not having to deal with bad attitudes and low intelligence.Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.

They never have that much in the black section as much as they do with the other colors. My daughter can never get the black fishnet gloves.

The line can be long but it moves quickly. If you pre-order and pick up, its slick.

Rude and horrible customer service. Called to check if they carry an item (because party city is widely known for letting you buy online for in store pickup and the order gets cancelled because its actually out of stock) 1st call: I asked if she could check for an item, never got to tell her what the item was before I was placed on a 15 min hold. 2nd call: same employee rudely telling me she was by herself and couldnt go check for items and then hung up in my face. She could have KINDLY said that when I called the first time before she placed me on a long hold.

Went in to get a huge batch of stuff for a work party. The initial cashier was fantastic and let us know about all our options. As we shopped around we made our decisions and went back to the desk there was a new cashier who had far less patience for our questions. The team on the floor let us know our options for getting what we needed and even opened a new shipment for us! The cashier was extremely rude when we went to get rung up though over our balloon order but the manager stepped in and was extremely great!

Great spot for party supplies. The displays were very well organized which made shopping there easy.

Had 20 balloons filled in record time. Balloons were for a 70th birthday. We purchased the balloons elsewhere, but were filled at Party City for a small fee. Staff is excellent! Quick service. What I like the most if the customer service and HUGE selection of party supplies for everyones needs, if you need just about anything for a party, for people from 1-100, this is your place!!

The service is always good even if they are attending a lot of people they are not upset and treat you good. They help you with any questions and find anything you want. The quality is really good.Will always come here if I need to buy anything for a party.

Customer service was good. the stores was organized and easy to find what i was looking for.

We thought this page had everything you need until we tried to get balloons. We were told we had to call on the day of my sons party to order balloons to pick up that day. We have just called to be told they dont take orders over the phone any more. We are in the middle of setting up for my sons 2nd birthday party. We do not have time to go online especially when we were just talking to someone in the store. Needless to say we will not be getting balloons from party city and will likely never shop there again or recommend them to anyone. Add to that, the lady in the phone didnt seem to care or try to help.

Ive gone to this store a few times and Ive had good experiences, but Ive also had not so good ones specially with their online in-store pick up. Last time I ordered online to pick up in store, there was no notification that they did not have an item in stock. This time, I order online to pick up in store and it shows availability of the item is 13 in their store. After the email that they are processing my order, I get an email that they cancelled it. When I called, the gal I spoke (which was helpful) said that it was cancelled because they were out of stock, which is funny because I checked online while I was on the phone with her and it shows they have 12 in stock in store, I mean when I ordered it said 13, then a few hours later, the next day they are out of stock? I feel that sometimes, the employee(s) that handle the online orders are just too lazy to look. I understand that what online says is not exactly what they have actual in-store but for heavens sake, I placed the order at 11pm and then I get the email at 9:35am the next day, 5 minutes after they opened? and I highly doubt that a customer came at 9:30 to pick up all 13 of the item. Pathetic

The store has a large variety of party supplies, but the staff is oblivious to what customer service is. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes for balloons until it was my turn, when I asked for balloons the clerk told me I needed to purchase balloons first. Remove the register from the balloon station if you’re not going to inform the customer that purchases can’t be made at the balloon station!Tip:If you are going to purchase balloons, pre order online or have a really good memory since you have to tell the cashier each number of each balloon you want to purchase.

The staff is inattentive and rude. I placed an online order then went to the check stand with the pick up online orders here sign. I waited 10 min and had 4 different staff members walk by me without being greeted. I finally asked if someone was going to greet and help me and the lady said what do you need? I said I need some service she then told me she was sorry and that she thought one of the 3 managers that walked by me were helping me already. I usually purchase all my party supplies here but now that this has happened to me twice, I dont think Ill shop here again. How can 3 managers walk by a waiting customer and not one of them ask if I needed help or even so much as smile at me? Seems like this store needs new managers that are customer service oriented.

I purchased some items for Halloween from this store on Halloween. I didnt use everything so I went to the store to return them with receipt. One of the store clerks said that this wasnt possible. No one told me this when I made my purchase.They didnt even offer store credit.If you want better service, shop else where.

This store irks me! They are overpriced and rarely have the theme that I am looking for. Look online before coming here as that will basically show you what themes they have, they carry nothing more (theme wise) than what is online. Their helium balloons are not a bad price though and they have a good selection.

I dont like to leave bad reviews, but Ive had negative experiences here more than a couple times. I give the store itself 5 stars because they have SO much stuff. 2 stars for the staff. I dont come here often, but when I do it is the same story. There is no greeting, no offer to help you find something, and you are guaranteed to wait awhile even though you are the only person in line,as the case today. 3 employees behind the counter, none made eye contact or acknowledged me for at least five minutes. I have seen people just walk out and leave their stuff because the wait got ridiculously long and only one employee to check out 10 people (around graduation time this happened). Unfortunately this store has the best selection, but the worst customer service. As a side note I mentioned going to Party City to someone and they agreed about the customer service.

Feels like the store hasn’t been the same since their remodeling. Always running out of items and the atmosphere in there feels more depressing. In other words it feels like they took the Party out of Party City

Looking at the wall to pick a costume I wanted then had to wait for a man(one of the workers) to go back and forth to the back to get their customers costumes one by one... He was the only one on the floor who could help... aint no way I was going to wait for him to do that to a full crowd for each individual person... SMH there was only 2 cashiers... Line long as heck... The online said my item was in stock... When I got there it was no where to be found on the costume chart on the wall all I found was wings itself handy... SMH what a disappointment... Drove out to concord for nothing... 2 stars is because the employees were very friendly and working hard thank you for your services

Cant take shopping carts out of store. And they wont help you out. So, you have to make 2 trips if you buy more than you can carry. I only go here to purchase stuff for work, otherwise I buy my party stuff elsewhere.

Customer service is lacking, everyone is polite but no one has a sense of urgency, took 15 mins to pay, another 15 to have a dozen balloons filled. One person was answering questions while managing multiple orders, good amount of choices for several items, pricing is so so

I shop here for open house supplies. Candy and well priced toys for the kids. Lots of choices come here with a list!

Placed an order online, received confirmation that it was in process. Was headed to another bday party for my cousins son and stopped on the way to get some last minute things and inquired about my order. Girl at the register radio-ed to the back to ask if they had started my order, to which I was informed that they had not yet started but that I could go ahead just get the stuff I needed....I said no, that I would wait for it to be filled and come back..... needless to say they never completed my order and I went in to get it myself....the Brentwood location is much better. Better staff, better everything.... why advertise the convenience of placing an order online and picking up in the store if you cant hire people competent enough to do so? 2 stars only bc the store itself had what I needed.04/04-Update- I literally JUST now got an email letting me know my pick up order has been canceled 😂😂😂 how can you cancel an order that was never ready for pick up!? WOW.

I went there to quickly pick up a birthday sash, and was frustrated when the line was moving slowly. there was only one cashier and 8 people in line. after 20 mins, the only way i had moved forward in line was that 3 people in front of me gave up and left. the cashier ignored our questions until i specifically addressed her by name. the line was now 12 people long, and she was still working on the same person she had been helping since i got into line. finally 2 more cashiers showed up, not sure where they had been hiding in the store before. the entire experience took about 35 mins. definitely wont go again.
