Took the time to look in the shelves and since we couldnt find it, when the system said there was a whole case, he put in an order for merchandise to find it and restock it. By far the best selection of alcohol out there. But the best part about this location is one of their employees, he will not rest until hes picked out some delicious drinks for you. Last time I was there he turned me onto a brand of Bourbon thats simply incredible. Today I didnt want to take up too much of their time because they looked a bit short staffed, but he insisted so now I have another go-to bottle. Whatever they pay him, it isnt enough!

I dont think there is a better liquor store. Total wine is a much much better bevmo. Like its cheaper and it actually has what you are looking for.

I come here a little too often. The store has just about everything anyone could want for alcohol and the staff is friendly and helpful. What’s even more convenient is if you don’t find what you’re looking for and the store is completely out of what you want, BevMo is on the other side of 680, just a quick 5 minute drive.

Love this place when I need to pick up some wines or beers for my family and friends. As someone who doesnt drink at all, I have absolutely zero ideas of what Im looking at/for. People there are super helpful and helped me several times when Im looking for something. The aisles are far from each other which is big plus for me, since I always have anxiety of knocking bottles over. Not only wines and beers, they have good selections of gift wraps and cards, and some snacks to go with the drinks too. In 2020, they are doing a great job of keeping the store clean and they even provide face masks if you do not have one. Outstanding!

Great selection but customer service needs to be seriously revised. Had a defective card reader, tried 3 cards multiple times and the cashier told the manager I claimed it wasnt a problem with the cards. I asked for a different register, manager kept trying the same one. Eventually one of the cards worked on the 3rd try. No apology when I was proven right. He just said Well... and walked away. I will stop shopping there though I like the selection, I will not be subjected to customer service stupidity

Got kicked out by the manager after trying to buy my dad a gift card for being under 21. Doesn’t make sense wasn’t even buying any alcohol. Dad comes here all the time thought it would be a cool gift, guess I was wrong.

I’m not a fan of big retail liquor stores but they have a few things I would have to order otherwise. Their prices on some items are a lot cheaper and overall less expensive than alternative big retail beverage stores.

Every time I walk into this store I know I will have a great experience. Consistently the place is clean and abundantly well-stocked. The employees are all very friendly, and willing to provide input on any product. On top of all that the prices are very reasonable. Total Wine is store that will receive my business for as long as I remain in this area. I recommend this store most highly.

This is my go-to liquor store! They have wine tasting almost all the time. And they have beer tasting frequently. Prices are great and selection is huge!

This location is laid out a bit differently from others. Its a minor organizational gripe, but chardonnays and cabs should not be adjacent, and the pinots are a whole other story. Despite this, the customer service experience is way above average for any liquor retailer. I would also add that they have 5 vertical layers of unsorted overstock that is begging for me to rectify it...and yet nearly every panel of wine has at least 1 empty shelf. Recommending this location to others.

Purely from a whiskey perspective, it’s really hit or miss. I also don’t need staff telling me about some sourced juice that isn’t any good. They definitely get told to shill for brands that frankly are pretty poor. Otherwise you can sometimes find hitters for MSRP that are 3-4x on the secondary.

Maybe restrooms need more care or even upgrade, or at least paper towels at the sink and working soap dispenser. The store sells like some fancy $$$$ liquors, must be having some good looking restrooms imho.

Great location with a wide variety. You always greeted and if you have your usual, then you can go about your shopping efficiently. If you are looking for a gift or your next favorite, there are tons of knowledgeable and friendly staff to help you.

Love love love this place...only recently started trying wines etc..had done some research on sweet red blends but was at a loss when I came to the store..I asked a lady for help with a list of like 7 different wines and mead and she took me thru and picked everyone out and answered every question I had about them..great experience..highly recommend

Always a good selection of wines, usually at a fair price point relative to other wine stores. I definitely prefer the well priced wine to the buy one get one for almost nothing pricing scheme.

I came in with my 14 year old brother to get some wine for my fathers 55th birthday. After walking around and finding the wine we wanted, we got to the register, and they said that you had to be 21 to even enter the store, and because my brother was with me, I couldnt purchase anything for 24 hours. I am furious. They said it was marked on the door, but there were so many signs on the door, I wasnt going to stop and read every sign. Its absurd. I will never be going here again. The employee and manager were so rude about it too. I am not ok with that.

Went there this evening for some peach vodka. To the purist, I do love the plain vodka, but needed this for some cocktails! I am always surprised by what they can fit in this store! Ended up buying single malts scotch, frangelico, countrau, baileys, and a bottle of Sancere..its named total wine, so gotta get some wine. And a 12 pack of beer.Good service, were asked twice if we needed help finding something. Considering what we ended up getting, Id hate to see what our basket would looked like if we said yes, help me find something to drink.

I highly recommend asking an employee for help on the wine or liquor youre looking for. They are incredibly knowledgeable and more than 90% of the time their recommendations are great.

Big selection to choose and most of what I went for was in stock. One item I was looking for was not where the app said it would be and I couldnt find any staff willing to help. Was either ignored or dismissed. Dont know if it was just a bad day for them because usually the staff is very friendly and more than willing to help out. But 9/10 last times visiting everything was great.

I had to call Total Wine & More, very nice customer service and I was on the phone for a total of 4 mins tops. Great service and my order arrived on time. The delivery person was very helpful. I definitely will be doing alot of my ordering thru Total Wine & More in Pleasant Hill.

The best place with the broadest selection of alcohols anywhere in the U.S., with the exception of State-run liquor sales (e.g., Virginia). Its a shame really, because a full-up Total Wine (e.g., Arizona or California) makes a Virginia ABC State-run store look like a Third-World ghetto selection of common alcohol selections. Total Wine makes a trip across the Border (away from Virginia) Totally worthwhile!

I could spend hours wondering the aisles but it is holiday season so a quick up and down the aisles of spirits, wine and beer completed my holiday shopping and table. Great place for last minute ideas for that hard to shop for person!

Today was the first time I have ever visited a Total Wine & More and I am very happy that I made the time! The location I shopped at is very neat and organized, I did not need to ask for help finding what I was looking for, and saw a few very hard to find small batch bourbons among their wide selection of spirits. The only staff member I spoke to was the cashier, but she was very pleasant so high marks for customer service as well. I will definitely be shopping there again and recommend this location.

The place to visit for your beverage needs! So many wine and beer choices. Was instructed the wine is place alphabetically per each type. Example should you want a Merlot they will be placed from left to right Alphabetically in that section. Easy to find what you like. Plus they provide picks as recommendations from staff. All staff are very knowledgeable and wealth of information. Don’t be shy to ask about flavors. If you purchase several wines, boxes are provided free of charge for transporting.

Ordering wine online for pickup at the store was easy, and when they couldnt find a particular bottle, a phone call and the staff found a replacement. Be patient, though. Ordered online the evening before, and it took until the next afternoon before the order was filled. Good value, good service, overall, highly recommended.

Amazing place! Very classy!. They have wine tasting for 1 penny! They also have a very classy store, very clean and organized. They best part is that they have a much larger selection that their competitor (Bev-Mo) and they are CHEAPER! Ill be back many times. A real find!
