I can walk around this place for hours looking at all the really neat stuff. I always leave with something extra. I needed a new scale and bought a few other things like bathroom mats and some deodorant. At check out I asked for a spare coupon and the cashier had one. You know the 20% off that always comes in the mail. Oh they also have the refills for the soda stream machines. Ill be back to see more fun gadgets

Maile was super helpful at checkout. She helped us look up a coupon to be applied to our purchase, saving us some money. She engaged and made contract with my daughter who is in a wheelchair. We mentioned that she is having a hard time finding a job, and she encouraged her to apply with Bed Bath and Beyond and discussed various accommodations the store makes to include people with disabilities. We really appreciate the extra attention she gave us.

My husband waited in line to pay while 2 cashiers were chit chatting until I came to ask him why he didnt approach them. He thought it was one cashier and one customer together. 👎

Bed Bath & Beyond in Pleasant Hill should be called BB & Beyond Amazing Customer Service! Debra and Adam provided such a great customer service experience!!!! They answered all my questions and were very efficient! Added bonus was the store was very clean and organized.

I went in today looking for a deep tissue massager, they did not have any on the shelves when I looked. The employee who was helping me I believe her name was Shelley went above and “beyond” to do her job. She went to the back and found one for me, the employees are nothing but sweet and polite when I go in. While I was waiting there was a older woman who was being very rude to the workers, I had to say something myself because no one deserves to be spoken down to like that. Thank you Shelley and the employees of this store!

Really not happy when I got home to find the iron I had purchased was the wrong brand. When I took it back to swap it out they were pretty unhelpful. The inside of the store looks like they are closing, the lack of product on the shelves is sad.

I bought the Hot tools blowout styling brush on 11/20/2020. I picked It up from the store because it said that it was ready for pick up. I had to wait 15 minutes because they couldn’t find my order, they were very disorganized. When I got home I opened up the box and the brush was already used. The bag had a hole and the brush had blonde hair on it... this made me very upset. I will never shop here again. So if you shop here, open up the product because they might give you a returned product.

Helpful staff. An employee who was helping someone called over another employee to help me and on the way to what I was looking for, another employee gave directions to a second location where my item was located and offered to go to get one in back if there werentin either spot.

Generally a great selection of products. During COVID there is noticeably less merchandise and what was there seemed a little picked over but we were able to find a good quality knife set at a decent price. Plus they frequently send out coupons which helps, especially with the more expensive items.

The variety of trash cans was almost nonexistent. They only had simple human brand and for the average person, $250 is a lot of money just for a trash can. There was also a really long line with only 2 cashiers (one being the customer service clerk as well as cashier).

This store just feels and looks really run down. Its almost impossible to find prices, items are not always where theyre supposed to be and more than once, Ive bought something only to get home and realize that its an incomplete set. Very irritating, the employees are mostly nice but the store itself just feels weird.

Staff is so super awesome, it’s what really makes the visit 5 star. Pre-civic, they were super helpful in person. Post-vivid, they’re still extremely helpful by answering questions, asking if there are questions and doing curbside delivery. As for Michaels, it’s our one stop shop for all things crafts...they have everything!

The.... slowest.... checkout.....you.....have......ever....seen.Every single time. It was irritating, then comical, and now its just mysterious.My wife and I battle over whose turn it is to go to this store. Even with one item, its a fifteen minutes ordeal to pay. So unbelievably slow. I cant imagine how they make any money if they cant check people out fast enough to process more than a few customers per hour.Bed bath and beyond will succumb to Amazon soon....

This rating is for the helpful service. I was on an errand for a pickup and as usual, I didnt know how to do it. I called from within the store and they sorted it out and had me on my way in minutes.

We did not find a great selection of trash cans. We generally like the store and variety and quality of products.

Store not very clean..carts all over parking lot and not clean... lots of supply product racks in the aisles in front of shelves...LONG lines in mid afternoon 2 cashiers and NO BAGS...not a very pleasant experience!!

They have almost anything one could want in the store. However they did not have the size baking pan I wanted. After checking their website for me and still could not locate it, the associate recommended that I try Michaels which was helpful.Then I returned to Bed Bath and Beyond and purchased a 7 spoon measuring spoon set. Saved me from getting it from Amazon.

Got almost everything you need for your house hold decent prices

Used my coupons from items already purchased and got money back- now you need to do it within 2 weeks. They took back a mirror that broke even Thai didn’t have the original box but had receipt- replaced it. Parking is definitely an issue if you are not there weekday mornings with all the shops around.

Always clean always have about 10 employees chillin in customer service area but have only two registers open for a line no one knows where to stand... always find a good deal and great merchandise

I like the variety of household items they have. Including towels cookware and gadgets for making prep work for meals easier and hallway rugs is another interest I filled at BB&B.

I went there for a bridal registry. Had someone at the register that didnt know what she was doing. It took me over an hour to get out of there. From them not being able to find what I needed, to, the girl at the register not knowing what she was doing.

I’ve been going to Bed Bath and Beyond for years. They have a great selection of household goods and I love that they added the personal care section a while ago. The staff is hit or miss. I was in there this past week and a woman cut me in line. I politely told her where the line started and that I was next; she had a fit. The cashier was right there and decided to ignore the situation.When I was checking out at a different line, the cashier came over and gave me a 20% coupon (which I already had) and apologized for how I was treated. I told him he should have said something earlier. Part of the job of a cashier is to make sure the customer line runs smoothly, not coward away when there’s a bit of confusion.

Best part here at BBB is: you can use all coupons, even expired one! Make it one of our best shopping spot. We can always get 20% off, or $5.00 off.
