I told you I didnt know how to take apart that washer but than after what appeared like a good interview you asked me to take it apart and before I even had a chance to try you told me instantly it would be too hard to teach me. Very disappointed this time with wilsons been buying from them for over 60 yrs my family plus myself. Just bought another 5 new appliances for the 2nd time in 10 years. This time our new stove didnt work they claimed it was bad sent another new one 3 days later same thing said better get a electrician. They brought stove to shop it worked then brought it back. The technician came back tried to get recepticle off but could not so he left. Next day had ectrician come took cover off took 1 min only 1 screw noticed that the would of put the right whip on it would of worked. Tells me they better get some real technicians. I pd 50 dollars for a 10 min job. I approached the owner had no time for me said come back in a hour. Told him about the 50 dollars he basically said you got it fixed. I wont be back for more appliances i will go to champlain see Ray.

They came to my house and fixed my dryer in less than half an hour. They had the part in the truck even though my dryer is and older model. The prepare man was very personable and wore a mask for our protection.

We bought our appliances from Wilsons Appliance in Plattsburgh, New York as we wanted to stay local and support the small businesses. It took awhile to get all of the appliances but that was due to the COVID virus not Wilsons Appliance. Our salesperson was Peter Zeske and he was informative, always informing us of the status of our appliances and also very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend that you use them the next time you want to buy new appliances. Prices were very good too and they have an excellent delivery staff. Thank you Wilsons Appliance.

We have had a broken down washer under a 5 year warranty since July 7th. Today is September 10th. After 3 service calls still no fix. They told us we just needed to purchase a new machine. After arguing about the fact we are still under warranty, they said they would pick it up and fix it at their location. They did pick it up and they kept it for a month only to return it back to us today still broken..I am so disappointed with their service..and left wondering if we will have a working machine before our warranty expires next year.. I definitely do not recommend this company .

After walking around Lowe’s to check out refrigerators, I thought to myself how much more good I would be doing for the community if I purchased from a local business.. so I went up the road to Wilson’s. Our fridge had stopped working, and I have a toddler, so clearly in need of a fridge fast. As far as the salesperson, Peter, he was great in that first interaction. I told I’m I’d pay full price, had no budget, and planned on purchasing the rest of the suite from them as well. First I wanted to see how the fridge would go. I did have my toddler with me as daycare had closed unexpectedly and he was very patient with me/friendly with the baby (I know how frustrating it can make your job to have a toddler interrupting, even a well behaved toddler). Even though it would be a week or more to receive the fridge, I decided I could make it through with a cooler until then. I decided on a Frigidaire Professional, and I paid top dollar. I didn’t even try to negotiate the price, and I paid the full $2450 including delivery (which was $40- Lowe’s is free, and $40 to remove the old fridge- Lowe’s charges $20). No follow up calls or emails to confirm a delivery date or time, or thank me for my purchase. Fast forward a week to date of delivery, which I had taken off from work to be available for, and I received no updates or phone calls with my delivery window. I waited until noon, at which point I physically drove to the store to find out what was going on as I had to plan around naps and other errands. I was frustrated (who wouldn’t be) but there seemed to be no concern that I hadn’t been contacted and I was told unapologetically I was on for 2-4 pm. I wasn’t asked if I needed anything, etc. 4 o’clock comes and goes, so I call back at 4:05. I’m told “they just loaded up and are on the way”. 4:30, no delivery yet, so I call again (because I had plans for 5:00). I’m told “whoops, they should have gone to your place first but it looks like they went farther into Peru first, so you’ll be last one the lost today.” Really? When it was made quite clear I NEEDED a fridge, I wasn’t just updating for looks. My son needs cold milk. Not only that, but they treated me as if I was a nuisance to even call and follow up. The fridge gets delivered around 5:30. I get a call from the driver that they are sorry for the delay, but their other truck broke down and they had to switch trucks. I feel bad for him and the girl that delivered it because they didn’t have the proper tools and had to carry the fridge in on their own. They were nice and it’s not their fault but this whole experience was awful. I felt as though the company has forgotten about my delivery and just kind of winged this together at the last minute. The fridge was not leveled, and I don’t know how to adjust it.... I tried... and surprise, no one ever ordered a kick-plate. Way to take an exciting delivery and kill it by sending me an incomplete fridge. The doors are completely uneven, and there was a dent in the freezer door. The delivery driver said they’d let the store know to order a kick plate and be in touch. No one ever called, or touched base, so my husband called about these items several days later and all of this was a surprise to them. They said they’d have to order a kick plate and it would be in within a few weeks.I’m soon going to be buying a stainless steel convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, and range hood... paying cash... but it won’t be with this company. Complete lack of concern for such a big purchase. Very disappointed. I’m in sales and would never treat a customer this way. Was not worth almost $2400. I could have gotten cheaper at Lowe’s with better service. I have pictures and call logs to prove all of the statements included above. I’m a very nice and reasonable person but this was all too much.

8+ phone calls, 6 Weeks, 4 visits, 1 still broken fridgeBigger things going on in the world than not having a fridge, which is why I trusted them for >6 weeks and wasnt too worried about how long it was taking. Next time I wont be so naive.Polite folks but super ineffective and in the end, they werent concerned at all about following through and actually providing the customer service.Lost business with a local who just purchased three new major appliances from another company instead of this one.

Everything after the sale was terrible. My washer is scratched. They ruined my new floor. They had to return with the correct hoses. When they did, they were late. They left them in a tangled mess. My washer was never put back in place. I will never go back .

Peter Ziske at Wilson Appliances really saved the day for me! I had ordered an oven from another store which had arrived damaged and desperately needed a new one in within a few days. Peter jumped on the case, sent me several options by email and helped me pick the best one for my home. The delivery was on time and went off without a hitch just before my guests arrived the next day! I am so thankful to Peter and the rest of the team for getting me back up and running so quickly and really making the process easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new major appliance. Both the customer service (Peter especially) and the installation were top notch! Thank you so much!

Sales staff was pushy, but overall not horrible. Delivery team was some of the worst service I have ever received. I spent over $1000 on a brand new washer dryer set and was promised installation. They showed up late on 2 separate occasions by several hours, had no respect for us, gouged our wall and scratched the appliance, and never set up anything saying it wasnt their job. If I had to do it again I would go somewhere else. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
