I called ahead of time to platteville walgreens on waters Street. I needed help, so I didnt have to bring my 2 babies inside store. The manager told me I had to shop online because she refused to help me by bringing them at drive thru. And she was chopping her gum into the phone. Horrible customer service.

Quick stop for last minute shoping to pick up something for dinner, dessert, birthday card, present, household needs, etc, etc, etc.

Pharmacy is terrible! My son needed a prescription filled and the automated system told me they were working on it for 3 hours and advise they would contact me when complete. I had to contact them after I got off work the next afternoon. They first started they didnt have it then they did but it would cost a certain amount and then questioned if they needed to call his doctor. Smh !!!

Worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with.When kmart left I switched to Walgreens.I was to get a text message every month when my prescription is ready.To date the last notification was April 28th.Not sure what thier problem is but obviously no one there is smart enough to figure it out.kmart never missed.

Walgreens it’s self is wonderful but the pharmacy department they are rude they hang up on you they’re disrespectful and that is why I started to change pharmacy
