Great store. Friendly and helpful staff. I just started golfing. This store offers a membership for lessons and hitting balls indoors. I had my first lesson today. Very educational. Frank pointed out several things and helped me understand how those will improve my golf game. Looking forward to future lessons.

Went to this store on Oct 17th to purchase a few items. During the visit I took off my IWC watch in order to hit some balls on the simulator. There were 2 employees - one dealing with me and another closeby. To date they have not located my watch and the superstore is not claiming any liability in this. Camera footage shows me coming into the store with my watch on my hand and leaving without it. I would be careful when shopping here

This is a great store, membership is a great deal. I recently had lesson with Frank Fix Your Golf swing Russo. This man is a golf swing Guru. Had this issue for a month, driver was leaking to the right. Frank fixed in 20 minutes, now hitting them dead straight and gained 30yards.. thank you to all the good people at the PGA super store.

Loved the indoor putting green area to try out new putters - or to kill time while your wife shops as was my case. Some very good sale items at the rear of the store. Great selection of golf clubs and clothing. Pretty good selection of tennis clothes as well. Helpful, friendly staff. Cool store all in all.

Amazing service from multiple employees on August 18th and 19th! I recently took my golf clubs out of storage after quite some time, and they were a complete mess. I was able to get my clubs all re-gripped for a great price and same day. I had assistance with finding the right golf bag for a good price, and I had to help finding every single thing I needed to be able to play this weekend. I regret not making a point to remember their names, but I hope a manager reading this review would reward all of the employees working on those two days for such an amazing job.

I entered the Plantation store for specific purpose of purchasing a new set of golf clubs, gift card in my pocket. I guess the 2 sales consultants using the putting green were to busy putting with each other to even ask me if they could assist me. Absolutely the worst customer service!!!!!

Tyler and the team at this store are amazing. I bought a pair of cleats that unfortunately had a defect, but the associates here went above and beyond to find a solution and ensure I was taken care. The staff here is why I’ll never shop at any other golf stores, they’re top tier in every capacity.

I went to the store to have my tennis racket strung after my strings broke. The entire staff were incredibly helpful. Particularly Howard and his female colleague took their time to educate me on tennis stringing, recommending the best options and over exceeding my needs. I truly appreciate the white glove service and attention they provided. Thank you so much, this is definitely the place to go for all tennis and golf needs and wants.

Great products, but terrible customer service. Youre better of going to Golf Galaxy or TGW if youre ordering on line. I purchased two of the same hat and they only sent one. I called customer service three separate days to notify them of the error and for them to send me the second hat.When you call customer service they make you wait for ten minutes on hold before sending you to voicemail stating that they will call you back. They never call back. I then sent two emails to their customer service email address and I didnt receive a response. I had no choice but to dispute the price of the second hat with Amex. Just a total waste of time.

I will never buy any NikeTennis sneakers from this outfit!Can in a regular shoe box it wasn’t a Nike box.I think they might be replicas, not sure!The box top was broken on one side.Very unhappy at this point, it was a gift.I did forget to mention and I apologize that I didn’t get it at the store, I ordered online. Also, the security alarm was left on the one sneaker.I did called the online number, and they will resolve the issue.Anyways, Thank you so much for the response from the store. Amazing store, amazing staff. Everyone very friendly and informative. High tech equipment for fitting and swing analysis. Definitely reccomend a visit. Lots of equipment to choose from. The store is very well laid out and clean.

Dave supported me in a very friendly and Professional way to pick my new Ping Fairway Wood which is a great club. Then I went to Tyler whom I have met before. Not only that they put a new Grip on the Ping Wood in a very short period of time but they also have been very helpful with the other products which I purchased. Hard sell for the moment you walk in. told the sales guy Ive never held a golf club before and he starts trying to sell me $1,000 club sets. If youre an experienced player Im sure youll enjoy touring this place, but if youre a newbie, dont.

I would go out of my way to come back here because of how good Austin Broady is. This place is outstanding - and it is primarily because of their people, Austin, in particular. Nevermind that he has a complete mastery of all the equipment, technicals, options, and experience at the highest level. What matters most is that he treats you like you are the only person in the world during your time there. Someone who is as good with people as is Austin is a rare thing. If you are in need of a fitting, want to learn about yourself, your swing, or need the best possible advice about equipment, look no further. Austin is your guy.Honorable mention: Howard Hamilton for top-shelf service and hospitality as well.

One of the sales people took their time and gave me a quick lesson while he was fitting me for my driver. Had a really good experience. The place is huge.

My wife and I stopped in.. we only come to the states every five years...today was a good one. Paige helped me pick out my golf outfits to hold me over for the next five years. She was very helpful considering I didn’t know my American size. Hopefully we will be back in another five years and get to see her again! Thank you for making a lovely end to our trip!

If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and that will put you on the right set of clubs, go see Tanner. He spent time analyzing different ball flight, speed, spin patterns to help with fitting me with my new irons. Throughout the whole process I never felt pressured or like I was just trying to “be sold” but in fact that he truly cared and wanted what was best for me. Thanks again Tanner. First time coming in on Sunday, very friendly place. But mostly writing this review because of the associate who helped me. Paige is the sweetest person, she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect golf outfit. You would of thought she was a stylist. If you need help picking out some things she’s the one to go to..will be back soon!

Lots of selection for everything golf related. Was impressed with customer service - they did a price match although not obligated to. Saved me from having to order online. Would return to shop there for sure.

Great shop, it was Miami area needed... sorry but the galaxy is small and customer service is not that good... here there are like 10 associates walking around and helping out people... the guy at the repair shop is very good at what he does and very knowledgeable as well as customer service driven. Thanks i will be using this as my golf store now!

Called the store around 11am to inquire if they would be able to re-grip 9 of my clubs (I already had the grips) before 4:30pm the same day, as I was leaving for a golf trip the next morning. They told me the earlier I got there, the better chance I had, so I headed straight to the store and dropped them off around 11:30am. I went across the street to the mall to grab lunch and then pop into another store shortly after. As I was walking into the other store after eating my lunch, they were already calling me to advise my clubs were ready for pickup. Very nice employees and they streamlined the process way quicker than I ever expected. Will definitely return here for club servicing.

Great experience today! Forgot to ask her name but she has blonde hair and wears glasses! She was organizing the hats and showed me all the great deals on them. Picked 3 up for myself!! Amazing!!
