This toysrus is pretty clean its closest to me so we go here alot. Most of the time things are organized. Customer service is kind of slow. Lines get pretty long and crazy if not enough staff are on registers. Staff arent always asking if you need help finding anything.

Toys and Baby Toys are like a millions of Toys how are they have some games, toys, paw patrol, lol surprise, hot wheels, and cars 3. And more things I have to be a best behaviors, any toys for tots, but a while like to play with toys.

Awesome toy store

This location isn’t the largest in the area but they have most items or are willing to order it for you. It’s not set in a location where their is a direct entrance so you would have to know to enter before reaching it. The prices are the same as any other location but the convenience is that it is right across the street from the Broward Mall and in front of West Side Regional Hospital and the Bennett Medical Building. If your in the area and looking for a child’s toy this is a great place to get it.

Great selection of toys and games. Considering the child traffic, its very neat and organized! This is the closest Toys R Us to my location so I always come here. They usually have really good sales, I just wish they sold my daughters formula. Its the only one they dont sell 😑 but overall the employees are very nice and the store is clean.

5 stars for great memories growing up. That and my son asked me if there was a Toys R Us when I was born. :)Fun place for kids to lose themselves in so many cool toys. Prices not bad, the especially considering the competition from Target, Amazon, eBay, etc... It is the whole experience for the child.

I love this store. I am certainly saddened to see that they are closing their doors for good. But I feel as if they are trying to get rid of all the merchandise, then they really need to bring all of the prices down for real!!

I guess you could call the store clean. Toys were stocked in their proper places. The store itself is just old, and could use a remodel. Low ceilings in one place, high in another, dirty A/C vents. The Toys R Us near Copans road is nicer.Only had one checkout lane open and there was a fairly decent line of people waiting.

This particular location has some of the best customer service Ms Cherry has always accommodated my autistic children & goes out of her way to make sure our experience is a pleasant one. My kids especially enjoyed the LEGO events held there.

What a store great service. Incredible inventory! Its a shame they are going out of business by next year.

Jake Paul merchandise didnt lead to their downfall but it didnt help that they continue to sell it after all of his scandals.

Omg! I love this store, other than the great experience I have taking my children there, the unbeatable prices and the wonderful staff! Especially Debbie, I went there recently and she went over and beyond in terms of service for me, very helpful and very welcoming!

The best Toys R us i have been to and i been to everyone in broward, the manager Sherry bends over backward to make sure her customers are happy, i think she makes the difference cause i love shopping at this location...thanks sherry for making me have a great experience

Love toys r us! This store is a classic for every child growing up. However it is pricey

They have a pretty good selection here, but the standout is really the incredibly happy and helpful staff, who helped us wrap a birthday present in the store. Top customer service marks!

Nothing was 40% off yet despite the advertisement, all the bikes were already sold out, there was hardly any staff, and they have an absolute 0 return policy even if your purchase is missing parts or defective. Definitely disappointed I couldve shopped from home on Amazon :/

Worst Customer Service !!!! I placed and order online for store pick up. When I went to the store to pick up my order, I was told that the order had been cancelled. They did not offer any way to solve their mistake. I then called Toys R Us 1-800 number, one hour later they were also of no use. To add insult to injury, hey put a hold on my card which will take 5 days to clear. So I am out of my money to buy the gift for 5 days and I have no gift !!!!!!! If there was a similar store to Toys R Us, I would never buy from Toys R us again !!! I gave them 1 star because the system will not let me post without at least 1 star.

Makes me wish ibwas a billionaire. Id get everything. I think i wanted to play more than my 2 year old son.

Well stocked and helpful staff. I was unhappy with their unorganized Lego event though. Kids were allowed to pick out pieces themselves which led to them running out of some parts.

I dont want to grow up! I hope a miracle happens and they stay open.

Went into store attempting to buy a toy chest for my daughter. Back in toy section lays a Sofia the First toy chest ripped open, bag of screws opened and mild scratches on panels. I went up to the from to ask if any discount would be given considering ( all things I named above) and the manager Sherry just stood there...No response, just looked at others for them to answer for her. So the other girl said 10% and LAZY Sherry nodded her head...still no response. I then replied u can keep it for a 3.50 discount. Let it sit on it shelves and collect dust. By far the RUDEST customer service! Especially by a so called MANAGER!

Very few of these left. Bikes and outdoor toys as such are over priced but u can usually find good deals on tous for smaller kids and boys. The girls section is small in comparison and does not have many options. Large selection of sporting goods. Electronics are available but you will come out better going to Wal-Mart or gamestop.

This toys r us is the best I remember going to the one in Fort Lauderdale but unfortunately it closed like 4 years ago

They have pretty much all bases covered when it comes to kids. Great selection.

Good place to buy all the toys and games for the kids and the prices are pretty cheap.

Wish they had more funko exclusives tho. good selection of action figures.

Theres always a line but this store is always in order and well laid out to find what were looking for quickly. Could use updating or sprucing up exterior and parking lot and entrance.

Great store.Went on day before Christmas.. Shelves almost cleaned out! LOL!

This location did not follow their own rules during the holiday of one voucher per family. I showed up at 6am and didnt get anything. They handed out the vouchers to young individuals and Scott, the store manager said that anyone that appears to be age 12 or older is considered a customer. This was against their policy and Scott was not appologetic, nor willing to do anything in regards to this.I will never shop at this location again because of their actions during the holidays in regards to the Hatchimo and the SNES system. What the store manager decided to do is wrong and not appropriate when it pisses off so many actual customers.

Going out of Business due to bankruptcy. Signs in the window say up to 30% off but on 3/26/18 only thing 30% off were birthday cards. Books were 20% off everything else was only 10% off. Lego sets 5% off.

Place us only offering 10 percent off on there over priced toys.go to walmart...

I remember going here long time ago when I was a kid and I bought my first remote control car now I have a remote control car from a hobby store it was a good experience as a kid I can see why Toys R Us finally had to beat the bug not a lot of people go to a particular toy store anymore thats more of a choice and people tend to now go for more convenience

Just bought the Recoil multiplayer player set for 2 one of the guns are not working trying everything other one is fine this one just wont turn on, i went to go return the product get it exchanged the staff was unhelpful and didnt care, yes everything is 30 % off but if the products are broken whats the point ? Extremely disappointing that they wouldnt change my product waste of 70$.

We came for a merchandise pick up. We waited in line, at customer service, for about 10 minutes. Then we were told to put information in this check in, which is on the other side of the customer service desk.It should be at the other side of the he customer service desk, where you walk in.We were not told to-do this first.

Much bigger than the Sawgrass location. Theyre closing down and claim to have up to 30% off right now but the most I saw was 10% off.

Its a toys r us so the inside is what you would expect. So why does the mens room look like the bathroom at a dive bar at 2 am? This is a kids store and I risked getting my little kid filthy in there. I hate to say it but go to Amazon, at least your kids wont get hepatitis

So now Toys R Us is stealing from children! My son has $165 in gift cards from Christmas that they will not let him redeem.

Very spacious and the selection is very nice.

This location is advertising UP TO 40% MOST items are 10% and a lot of the items like diapers etc are not discounted. A little deceiving. Also when Toys R Us sent out publicly all stores were closing down I asked an employee about Pokemon cards. I was advised they were removed by the vendors immediately..Was dissatisfied with my trip to this particular location.

Not much left there, but if someone plays skylanders they can have a field day at 70% off.

The store is a little outdated and there is never enough cashiers available. Its the only toys r us around. They always seem to have the toys my son is looking for.

The expressions on my daughters face was priceless, but not being able to use her gift card was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

In the end of toysRus they become greedy on the price, they should not reopen in the future anymore.
