I brought in my car here for a simple oil change and AC check. Turnaround time was supposed to be three hours max. I got a call three hours in telling me they didnt have the equipment necessary to check the AC after all. After another hour without hearing back, I checked back in and they told me it would not be ready until tomorrow. Apparently oil changes are a multiple day job... Dont bring your car here if you want any work done in a reasonable amount of time.

Should be no stars. Nothing but ripoffs at this location. 5 hour wait for an oil change. I was going out of town and noticed my front light and brake light were out. Since again I was leaving I had no choice but to let them do the job. $85 to replace the bulb in the front. Part price was $14.99 $70 to put in in. I was told the Brake light was replaced. Nope!! As I left I checked it. Called over a tech he took off the cover and 2 bulbs were in the container just sitting there. Oh I almost forgot. They wanted to change me another $80 to add brake fluid to the car.

Ive been here twice.... The first time was to fix a flat tire. The service was great and the price was good.... They fixed it quickly and the man at the counter was very nice. The second time was to get my sons tires balanced. This time the price was good and they did a good job but the man who helped us was not very friendly. He wanted like we were bothering him. I would go back there again but if Mr. Unhappy is still the same, it will be my time.

DO NOT GO HERE - GREEDY! They will upsell you. They tried to sell me 3 new tires instead of 4 to save themselves money when changing 3 tires is terrible practice for a repair shop. They also completed an expensive service I did not agree to and then tried to charge me for it.

I came here to get all my tires changed along w a new cabin filter. I worked with Billy the whole time and he was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They even checked my brakes and alignment! Ill definitely be coming back to this location for more help.

Came in for a much needed oil change. Anthony up front was great. There were a lot of people and phone calls coming in. He was able to provide great customer service and explained everything to me before I handed over the key. Solid shop to go to.

The service has greatly declined at this location. We have been customers here for over 10 years. In the past year, weve spent over $3k on AC replacement for my vehicle and Im not including new tires, over $600 for a pair. On May 11th, My husband and myself tried to drop off my car, Toyota Sequoia Limited, to check the AC; considering we just had the AC compressor replaced in March 2021. Bob, the Manager, yelled at us and told us that we can go to any other store but we wont get service today. We filed a compliant and went to the Davie store for assistance. DO NOT Take your vehicles to this location until management has changed. I couldnt rank them with a ZERO but thats what they deserve.

Went in to replace the two front tires. Got it done in two hours, great. Except when I get the car, the alignment is a lot worse than when I dropped it off. Its really bad. The guys messed with my alignment. When I went back to ask, the guy at the desk said they could also align them for like $80. No thanks, going to a mechanic I trust.

Took the afternoon to take my work vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped off the van at 2:30pm. I was told that I would have my vehicle by 7:00pm. I was like “no problem” . It was 6:45, and I had not heard anything from the shop, so I called. I was told by Dale (A manager who can care less about his job and even less about your car) “oh your car isn’t done, it hasn’t even been brought in, can you leave it? We close at 7” my response was “ No I can’t, I will be picking it up” when I got there the lot was almost empty, I took photos of the Bay Area (no cars in one whole side) so I ask Dale “if you knew the car wasn’t going to be worked on by 5pm, why was I not notified? Was I to just leave my vehicle until you called me to pick it up” Dales response “oh”This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Dale and the stores lack of understanding of the fact that we have lives and need our vehicles. All we are asking for is some form of communication is that to much to ask for? Why is it so hard to find a corporate run shop that is honest and has the customers interest in mind. This is unacceptable, I will be looking for another shop to do business with.

Left my vehicle for Oil Change and Tire rotation. They did not listen and only did tire rotation, but did their due diligence to call and try to upsell me on additional work. Waste of a weekend and now I have to go another week without an Oil Change. Unbelievable

Front office took over 30 minutes for a drop off and exchange of information as the lobby filled with other customers in line which overexceeded COVID-19 regulations. The front office clerk also took mask off to talk on the phone. Terrible customer service will not be going here again.

I was completely unhappy with my service today. They told me it would be an hour and 3 hours later they tell me it is going to cost 5 times more than they initially quoted and was gonna be another hour. 2 hours later I go to get my vehicle anf they tell me they cannot fix it.

STORE #308521 Plantation, FL. I made an appointment on Friday July 12 2019 for the purchase and installation of 2 tires the following morning Sat 13 2019 at 10:00 AM. I dropped off the car at 9:55 AM. According to the paperwork, the car would be ready at 12:00 PM (2 hours after drop-off). Having received no call by 2:00 PM (4 hours past drop-off and 2 hours past estimated completion), I called the store and was told that my car was next in line. Yet another 1 1/2 hours (5 1/2 hours after drop-off and 3 1/2 hours past estimated completion and pick-up), I walked back to the store in 90 degree weather only to find my car still sitting in the original customer parking space that I had used when I dropped off the car 5 1/2 hours earlier. The car had never even been moved to a repair staging area or inside the garage to be worked on. There was only 1 lift out of 6 being used and only 1 mechanic working on a car. The other 2 mechanics and the customer service manager were in the front office casually speaking to each other. There were no customers waiting in the office waiting for their cars. The customer service manager didnt even bother to make an excuse or apologize. I asked for my car keys back and drove off without new tires. The only thing I could think of is that the huge sign on my back window condemning Donald Trump for recent atrocities being committed down at the southern border to migrants made me ripe to be subjected to discrimination by Firestone solely based on my political views. While I can understand the business decision that Firestone Corporate has made to not offend the majority of their customer base (Trump supporters), IT STILL APPEARS THAT THIS WAS DISCRIMINATION BY FIRESTONE SOLELY ON THE BASIS OF MY POLITICAL VIEWS. My first time at this location and had a great experience. Just came in for a couple of tires their staff was very helpful and friendly.

This place is great for walk ins. But not fast. I scheduled an appointment in hope of getting my car done in a timely manner and was added to the list after those that walked in. Took over 5 hours to change 2 tires!

The absolutely worse place. I am beyond frustrated with the employees here. I brought my car at 2pm on 8/29/19 for a regular oil change. It is now 7:27pm... the employee told me that it would be a (couple-2) of hours. I was fine with that. I left my car and went back home. I didn’t get a phone call at anytime. I came back at 6:45 because they close at 7... I come in and they never touched my car! If they are so busy, you could of just called and said we can’t get to your car... but 5 hours later and nothing. No apology, no explanation. Like I rather would of been told my car can’t be worked on. But not 5 hours later, BECAUSE I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING, THEY THEN ASK WHAT CAR IS MINE. Whoever management is or the owners, you need to maybe teach what time management is.

These employees do not care about customer service and would rather chat then gain a customer. My husband told me not to go here because he had the same experience but it is so close I thought it would be easier. We ended up taking our car to a Firestone in Coral Springs, about 13 miles away from our home just to find some decent people who wanted our business.

Bought tires online and had them sent here. They installed them for about $20 a tire. Took a little over an hour with a same day appointment.

I have been a LONG TIME customer of Firestone. On 2-25-2020 I took my car for an oil change and Tire inspection to the Firestone located in Plantation 9000 Cleary rd. At the time of drop off I locked my trunk and glove compartment. I advised the clerk that my rim lock key was located in my center console. When I picked up my car my glove compartment box lock had been broken and my things were rummaged through. There was ABSOLUTELY no reason for them to go into my glove compartment . What a gross disregard and disrespect for them to pop my lock and rummage through my property. Now my glove box wont lock and is broken and I will be following up with them to see how this issue is gonna be resolved.

The staff was absolutely useless. They diagnosed my car yesterday, then gave me conflicting BS excuses today as to why my car hadnt been worked on; also took walk-ins BEFORE me despite me having a scheduled APPOINTMENT. It took over 3 HOURS for them to tell me they ordered the wrong parts & hadnt done ANYTHING to fix the car. An entire day was WASTED waiting for these idiots to finally deliver the news.It takes LESS than 5 minutes to pop the hood & check the parts. If they KNEW HOW TO READ A BOX this wouldnt have happened. There is NO LOGICAL REASON for them to FORCE me to wait for OVER 3 HOURS just to BS around & have the AUDACITY get rude when I finally got fed up and called them out.COMPLETELY INEFFICIENT SERVICE & INCOMPETENCY ALL AROUND. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIXED. THEY CANNOT DO THEIR JOBS PROPERLY. Disappointing experience. Brought my car there to check certain issue. Since they were busy that day, scheduled an appointment in couple of days, so they can at least check it and find out what needs to be done. When brought it in for the appointment again, was told they cannot do my car now, they are busy and don’t know when they can get to my car. No apologies, no phone call. They said few mechanics called in sick... Not the greatest place to work either I guess..

I have been using these guys for as long as I have had my car (for everything from oil changes to new brakes to changing out my whole steering mechanism), and they always do a fantastic job. I refuse to take my car anywhere else, and they are always accommodating no matter what. They always ensure that everyone is done correctly and stand by their work. I highly recommend this store.

My mom took her car to diagnose an electrical problem and the mechanics told her she needed to rebuild a transmission when there is nothing wrong with it. Guys just want to make money don’t care about the customers.

I recently visited this location to have my brakes checked after being told by a quick oil change shop that my rear brakes were completely worn down and needed to be replaced very soon. They were professional, helpful, and advised me that my brakes are fine. They even personally showed me the condition of the brakes. I will definitely be back at this location in the future.

I was early for an appointment at 10 am for wheel alignment, no problem! I was greeted very friendly by Brandon. They took my MBenz in no time, they even advised me of a lug nut that was looking bad. They picked one from the dealer at no Xtra cost to me. In and out in less that two hours. I will not take my SUV any place else. Those guys are an excellent asset to Firestone.

I had dropped my car off at 10am, and was expecting it to be done sooner than it was, but when I went in to check on it they apologized sincerely, and informed us that they had been short handed due to an employee having to leave for a family emergency. Even though my experience was a little longer than expected, they had fantastic customer recovery and very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this Firestone location, the manager at the front desk is excellent. I will be a customer there from now on !

Terrible service... I have been coming here for years but today will be the last time. Dropped my car off at 9;45 am was promised it be done by 1 hour. It’s been two hour Inam still waiting on a simple oil change. I complained to the Manager Lincoln and he offered to give me a $4 discount this is unbelievable. Synthetic oil change costed me fifty bucks last time this time they raised the price to $80. This is not the way to keep loyal customers. I will be taking my car elsewhere for service from now on.

My husband has been bringing his car to this place for a few years and they never try to oversell him on services. A month ago we compared prices of tires from this place with Costco and other auto companies and this had the best price (we were kind of shocked). They have always been professional, courteous and fairly quick. Waiting area is small, free coffee, TV viewing and offers free wifi (but not secured).

Staff is very unhelpful and rude. If you say something they dont want to hear they just ignore you. They also will tell you something is wrong with your car such as tail lights being out and there perfectly fine just to charge you more.

I took my husbands car to get a tire patch for a nail in the center of the tire tread, which should have been an easy- no brainer patch. They gave us a call after a few hours saying that the tire is too worn, and they feel that a patch wouldnt work well, so we gave them the OK to install a new tire. After picking it up and driving down to Miami the next day, we realized that they somehow screwed up the entire alignment and the car now pulls sharply to the right, to the point where its virtually impossible to drive. After bringing the car back and letting them know about the issue. We received the oh, that wasnt us response.Riiiiight, definitely had nothing to do with the work done on the car even though it was perfectly fine just before.I used to be a loyal customer, but this is just ridiculous. You wont keep your returning clients if you ruin their cars and dont own up to it.

The best Firestone Ive been. Recently lowered my car and the Firestone I usually go in Hallendale said the car is too low to go up on their ramps. Came to this location based on a recommendation from my friend. They aligned my car with no issues. It took them less than 1 hour compared to the other branches Ive been taking 2-4 hours.

I’ve been going to Firestone for over 5 years. I usually go to the one in Hallandale but decided to go to the Plantation location since it’s next to my house. After trying for two days in and then being understaff I just decided against my better judgment to just leave it there and come back. I’ve been using high mileage oil for years and my record shows. My friend drop it off for me and they put standard oil in my car. Why not check my record so you can make sure the right oil is being pull it. I won’t be returning and if anything happens to my car Firestone will hear from me and my lawyers.

I have been using firestone over 7 years now. if you want to do oil change use synthetic oil. it costs a bit more but keeps your car engine healthy. once i was out of lease and couldn’t get free oil change, i only trust firestone auto care. drop your car, enjoy free coffee or drinks and car would be ready in an hour.

Dropped off my car at 12:00PM today for an oil change got back at 3:16PM my car was still parked in the same spot I left it in walked in and the was a employee sitting down on his phone texting I asked him what’s the deal with my car he didn’t know walked to the back and told me there was one car ahead of me got my keys left and definitely not coming back. I would say one of the more pleasant places to get anything mechanical done. Usually in past experiences in other places the first thing I would notice is an air of me being unwanted, and also pressure to get the most expensive thing. This is why I usually dread taking my care to get anything done.Here however is a good experience. I had come in needing new tires. I was helped by Deryl. Very pleasant discussed with me my different options, and with not only me but all the other people i saw working with him giving great deals. I did wait a couple of hours for my car but i came in without an appointment and got it same day on a Sunday which is a great surprise. I also had left my bag there and deryl took the time to call me back to let me know to come get it back which was amazing. Even though i only work near here I will be taking all my car needs here.

Use only because of convenience. Somewhat rude. they replaced 2 tires approximately 2000 miles ago, taking car back for brakes. Why didnt they notice brakes when tires were replaced? What about my safety and time?

I would not take my car to this location. If there is a problem they claim its always two of whatever is broken. I take it somewhere else and its always half the price and not at all what they say was the issue.

I visisted here and took Car Care Package for $10, they screwed my happiness with there careless vehicle inspection check, which lead me to fix new brake wheel Cylinders. If you need an oil change or something this place is fine. But I did the AC check and they told me I needed a new valve. The price they quoted me was a little high so I took it to another mechanic who found out the REAL problem with the AC and it had nothing to do with valves.

The absolute worse place ever. I have been to this location 6 times and everytime it is something. Now the rotors they put in my vehicle has rusted. I asked them about it told me they would put a prortectant on it. I dropped my car off at 1pm and they never called I rushed up there before 6pm when they closed the guy telling me my vehicle is done I am like it has the same rust it had on before and asking me to bring it back tomorrow for them to do what they were supposed to do. I will be calling the corporate office cause this complete unprofessionalism. I wasted my entire day everytime with them. Never ever ever go there ever

I would give zero if I could. Took my car there in September 2018 for oil change at which time according to my receipt I received a new air filter and paid $24.99 for same. Today, 5 months later I took my car to a different company all together for an oil change and was shown my air filter which according to the mechanic there, hadnt been changed in 2 plus years. Obviously, I paid Firestone for an air filter I never received..have to wonder whats going on there.

People are rude like they are doing you a huge favor in fixing your car. Went in for an oil change. Was sent away twice because they were too busy. Finally I said I would not return so they agreed to change my oil. I was charged for high mileage oil when my car has less than 50,000 miles. Was charged for 7 quarts of oil for my trailblazer. I can see 5 or 6 but 7...where did they put all that oil? I think folks should keep looking for a better place, I know I will.
