Been coming to Pagoda for years for my jewelry and never had an issue. I bought a cross for my boyfriend for our anniversary and it broke while he was working out a couple days later. Bad quality? Yea, you’d think the store would return it or let you exchange for something else or even a store credit but because I didn’t have the bottom half they didn’t help me at all. He didn’t notice when it broke and he wasn’t lucky enough to find the piece. How do they expect that? The manager had an attitude and was no help. Called corporate and they were no help and told me I had to speak to the district manager. Well where is the district manager? According to the manager there’s no way of getting ahold of them. Won’t be coming back again.

Im really upset. I purchased a pair of loop earring screw on for my daughter birthday and I got the extended warrent all for $83. The next day my daughter earring was lost. Now mind you the earring were screw on and my daughter does not play with her ears. I called and no one can help me all they can do was return my warrent which was only $10...so Im out of $83 and earrings. They stated that the warrent only covers lost of back of earring. Im sorry but if you lose the back of the earring of course youre gonna end up losing the whole earring so that makes no sense. I got my daughter a pair of screw on earring from Amazon for $20 that shes had on for a year. Never again. Ill just stick with Amazon I guess. ⁹

At the mall today, my wife decided to get a pair of matching 10 carat gold earrings advertised as 40% off. She should have been given a bill of about $33 from a supposed original cost of about $55. Instead, the saleswoman presented her a bill of about $42. When we asked why it was no longer $33, the woman said she added on a $9 warranty, which we had never requested. We cant prove that she did it hoping we wouldnt notice because we were seniors shopping on Black Friday, but why else would she do that without asking us whether we wanted the warranty? This was clearly not an accident but a way to inflate our bill. We wont ever shop at any Piercing Pagoda again.

I went to Piercing Pagoda at Westfield Broward for the second time for another ear piercing as a birthday present to my self. As it was years ago when I first visited at Coral Square Mall, the customer service and selection were excellent. The rep was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

This store has cheap jewelry with over-priced sales value. I purchased two anklets (with an extended warranty), they broke within a month. In my opinion, I was better off going to a pawn shop and/or the flea market.

First to start, I had purchased a bracelet for my wife here and after only 1 week it fell apart. I just went back today and the customer service was horrible, they made all types of excuses to not try to help me. I bracket is only 1 month old and it broken 2 times. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

They discriminated me because I wanted to pierce my child ears because I had her at 10 years old and she didn’t believe she was my Child I am hurt and extremely Disappointed

I really had a bad experience with this store. When you go shopping they treat you well. But I went to make a change. They treated me badly. Totally different mind the person who attended us at the beginning. And I went to two stores and the service was the same.
