Very honest mechanics that communicate clearly with you in words you can understand before, during and after the repair. They compare and explain any scheduled repair with your owners manual. Expect easy to understand written estimates including parts, labor, and other supplies.A good mechanic is who you can trust with a certain job, how to solve problems quickly, and how to be completely honest and transparent when dealing with customers and solving tricky problems. Problem solving skills are also a must. If this is what you are looking for in a mechanic then Factory 4 is your place.When I purchased a bike recently I leaned on Factory 4 for advice in the purchase. Once purchased I brought it in for a full tune-up. New tires, oil change, brake fluid bleed, new chain, new tubes, and an all over inspection and lubrication. My bike has been running perfect until I crashed it. But, after a quick trip to the Factory I had it back up and running like new. Factory 4 is owned and operated in the heart of Plant City, skip the big box store and choose these guys for your repairs. They are small enough to get the genuine customer care you need but large enough to give the utmost professional care your machines need.

Guy right here is legit. 100% old school vibe. Took care of my tire issue and even ordered the right one, had it sent to his shop and made sure I was riding by the weekend. Highly recommended.

This place is a perfect example of why you should always deal with independent shops. Reed is honest, sometimes brutally honest but he won’t let you waste your money on something if it’s not worth it. When my son’s 50 CC Polaris quit starting, I took it to him and he let me know up front it might not be worth the money to fix it because of low compression, however once they checked it out they found it needed valve adjustment and the carburetor tuned and now it’s running great. He has worked on several ATVs for me and is also great on getting parts when I want to do the work myself. I send everyone I know to these guys and they have always been honest and taken care of them. This is the only place I would ever use for my ATVs and I highly recommend them.

I had Dunlop D606 knobby DOT tires with rim locks installed on my DRZ 400S. What a great job! Absolutely perfect! No spoke wheel weights at all. Wheel weights were installed on the inside of the rims! No shake or bounce even at 75 mph on the road!

Brought my 15 y/o Suzuki Bandit with 50k miles to these guys. One cylinder not firing, gas leaking through #4 carb, and I stripped the oil pan during last oil change. Overall running like crap and weeping oil. Cody expertly rebuilt and re-jetted the carbs, found/installed a used oil pan, and replaced cracked hoses, all at a reasonable price. Bike is now running like new. I was very pleased with the service and will be back.
