I ordered and got a price for an 8 leg 10x20 carport canopy of $340.20. Went to pick it up case of sorry we didnt have this sheet of paper so you only get a 6 leg canopy. None of this was my problem. The two women like to argue to much and arent on the same page. You try to tell them the the Length of perlings doesnt add up right I was told to go sit in my truck.. they did make it right but something I was supposed to get at 8am took all day

We bought a very large structure in late February/early march. Paid cash and picked it up. The tarp has been ripping in the seams and I called today for some assistance in getting this replaced and was told there was nothing they could do to help us . The tarp is expensive and I had saved to purchase this for my husband as we bought one from this location many years ago and it was still not broken after 8 year . So very disappointed with this product wish I could post pictures of this tarp ripping at the seams

Was a good family bussiness bought many times from them in the past but the ladies in the office have become rude and condisending. They talk over the customers dont listen to the costomers needs and have been messing up orders because of this. Tried to get my order and estimate for 3 weeks but each time I called to get update and corrected they got angry with me for their issues. Sad because they have the best price around but I will pay a littel extra to get better supplies and better service.
