Absolutely satisfied with the office team. Receptionist very professional and helpful with questions not to mention her bubbly good attitude. I was also very satisfied with Chastity the hearing aid specialist, very knowledgeable and professional, very clear in explaining how the ears work. I highly recommend this office.

I went in for a visit and Chasity was the best! I’ve never felt so welcomed! I’m normally extremely nervous at any kind of doctor visit and she made me feel so comfortable! I normally don’t leave reviews but this girl needs a raise! You should be great full to have her working for your company! Hire more like Chasity! 10/10

My experience was beyond great as soon as I walked in the door the Receptionist welcomed and treated me like I was one of her own very helpful. Also the Hearing Specialist Chasity Wheeler was extremely patient with me, I was in and out within 20 minutes.

I came in with my wife for hearing aids, shes been telling me I needed them for years. Chasity was so patient and made sure to include us both in the conversation. She explained the rehab process and that you hear with your brain. I didnt know how much hearing loss impacts your brain. She walked me through the options to find one that fit my hearing loss, lifestyle, and my budget. Ive had my hearing aids for 3 months now and Im very pleased with my hearing aids and the service she provides.

Took my grandfather, 87 years old, here who said it is cheaper for you to repeat myself. After struggling to get my grandfather through the door, the staff were amazing. They put my grandfather at ease and I was finally able to talk baseball with my grandfather. They take pride in there work at the Plant City Miracle Ear.

Jacquelyn Walsh was super helpful over the phone with me. She went over the ins and outs about buying a hearing aid and also talked to me about how I can discuss it with my mother. My Mom has been very hesitant to get one so the conversations have been a bit heated. She took time out of her day to really help me and its greatly appreciated.

I was very impressed with Dr. Teresa Parsons -- both with her knowledge, and how she administered the testing in such a clear, caring, and professional manner. She took plenty of time after the test to make sure I understood the results and what recommendations would be best for me. I look forward to my next visit when I need another hearing consultation.

I went in for free hearing test for work. Loved this office. The office manager Tayler is a sweet little southern thing. She is from the south as am I so we connected over that. Sweet as baked goods! As soon as I walked in today I knew that I was welcomed. She met me with a smile and was knowledgeable of Miracle Ears services and products. I didn’t get my hearing tested here because they didn’t have an opening on their schedule today and I needed one like last week for work but I would go back and I can honestly recommend this office. Not sure about the doctor though as I never met him. Side note: I had to park forever away and walk in the pouring rain.. they need more close parking spaces.

I got my hearing aids 4yrs.ago with Miracle Ear & IM Hearing a whole new world.. Ive been very happy and have always received excellent service & the staff has always greeted me with a smile & have been very polite & very helpful with what ever I need when I walk into the office. Amazing ladies!

Have had Miracle Ear hearing aids for 2 1/2 years and go in once a quarter for cleaning and check up. Recently the right one quit working and Tracey promptly sent it in for repair/replacement. In a short period of time I had a brand new hearing aid. Tracey did a new hearing test and reprogrammed both aids. Great service, great attitudes as always.

Husbands visit last week with Tracy exceeded all aspects of service. Her professionalism and expertise were obvious from the beginning. And her winning personality and sincere concern for hearing issues are qualities rarely seen today. The Plant City location is a real asset to the Miracle Ear company.
