They are the winners of the worst service award by a mile, i have been calling literally all day, no answer, at least 30 times Ive tried, then you get an answer machine that states leave a message and we will definitely get back to you, but guess what, all mailboxes are full, its absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent customer service by Max and the entire team, i bought a new lawn mower and snowblower the past two years and have been very happy with my purchases, always have parts in stock and at a good price.
