Everyone is so helpful and the doctor is very informative. He makes sure you understand what issues you may or may not be having with your eyesight. I’ve been to this place more than once and I strongly encourage anyone to make an appointment. The place is clean and well kept. I got assistance with picking out glasses to make sure they fit my face. Selina was wonderful when checking out. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Chris Hamilton is excellent! You can tell he really cares about his patients and the work he does. We need more docs like him. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this optical outlet branch specifically.

I highly advise against receiving any sort of care or service here. While the doctor himself is very nice and informative, you will get awful customer service. I have been told on multiple occasions that someone will contact me or send me a document I need within the next few days, and they have still failed to provide me with this. Each time I call about this, I have to sit on hold for up to 30 minutes just to speak to someone.Additionally, I have waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen at my visit. They have additional fees for things like contacts that they are not up front about. Dealing with this place has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences Ive had in a while. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Everyone was so friendly from the beginning. The eye doctor was so helpful and helped me out a lot with the contact fitting and eye exam. He was also just very nice and personable. Selina was very helpful at checkout as well. She helped me get the right contacts that were completely covered by my insurance.

I never got a confirmation for my appointment until I was on my way to their office. The morning of my appointment I called as soon as they opened nobody ever answered the phone I never got a call back either. So when I walked through the door 2 minutes late passed my grace period, they still wouldnt give me a pass, nor did they care about the difficulties trying to reach THEM! They wouldnt answer their phone and they didnt send me a confirmation until I was already on my way to their office. Very poor management, poor phone service and no concern for clients who are trying to reach THEM about appointment reminders, times, etc. Ill go to Riverview, they seem much more concerned about how they treat people.

The worst products and customer service is rotten!!!!!!I purchase a pair of glasses in January, I have had my frames replaced 3times, on the 4th time I picked out new framespaid the difference and was to get new pair. Now over 3 weeks later and no new glasses, they wanting more money when it isheir product failed. Plus since January I have spent enough to buy a very expensive frames.Oh yes 800 customer service number rings and disconnects you.

This has been the best Optical experience that I’ve had, and Nancy was fantastic with my grandson who required three pairs of glasses that can also transition into sunglasses. She was very patient and kind with a very high strung eight year old, who loved to share his stories, LOL. I also use them for my needs and they’ve always been fantastic. The doctor (Hamilton) is great and the staff is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. 😊😊😊😊✅

My husband had an appt recently and we were blown away by the service staff at this location. There is an employee, Nancy who was knowledgeable and courteous making our visit awesome. The other employees were also polite and easy to approach. We will be sure to return! Outstanding Ladies!

Honestly as I’m sitting here waiting. I’m just disgusted. There are dead roaches laying near the wall to the far left of the waiting room. And there’s a couple alive roaches that an employee looked at and just kept walking.

Was very fast and easy to get both my glasses and contact exams done and ordered, the doctor was very knowledgeable and Tiffany was extremely helpful as well as beautiful

Employees are nice. But they made my glasses wrong put the lens lines in the wrong spot. I complained four times and not being able to read and they recommended by reading glasses. Went to another place and had my lenses remade. Now I can read with new lenses from another place Ive complained sent an email and they never returned my email or phone call

Best place you can go to check your eyes. Super nice doctor and the staff is really helpful, they don’t pressure you to pick something or to do it fast. I really recommend it. 10/10

Dr, Christopher Hamilton was Awsome !!!Not overly happy with the eye glass associates product knowledge. They seem eager to help but are not the brightest apples on the tree !!!!! ........... Updated :I originally gave this a 4 Star Rating.I should have included that this was the NEW Plant City Location.I visited this location on March the 19th of 2021, and was told I would receive a phone call in 2 to 3 weeks when my new glasses were ready.Today, April the 6th I called the Optical Outlet Automated Service 2 1/2 weeks into my wait only to find out my glasses were already there waiting on me.No call to inform me of this fact.How long were they ready?How long would my new glasses just sit there before they took the time to call me?So I revised my review to downgrade my 4 Star Rating to just 2 Stars because these people are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!Finally got my glasses, they are the glasses Ive ever own, so revising my Rating one more time to a 3 Star Rating.New Store, New Staff, may just need more time, but Glasses and Doctor were Awesome !!!

Place was great. Staff friendly. Dr Chris didn’t rush you, actually took his time. Well definitely again andrecommend to friends. Covid-19 guidelines were followed which was great for me.

Some of the staff have little to no experience, and if you want your prescription fast then go somewhere else. Took them 4 weeks to get my bifocal glasses and then they were wrong. Took another 3 weeks to get them and total of 7 weeks...will never go there again for anything...

The doctor and staff were extremely nice and all my concerns were addressed. I would recommend them

This place is horrible! I went in as a walk in and the lady with the short hair was extremely rude. It was busy so I let it go. I made an appointment via website, with a confirmation text in hand and again the short haired lady was extremely rude. Said I didnt have an appointment and talked to me like I was a 5 year old child. I will never ever go back to this place!!!! I get that people have bad days but geez!

Great experience my son had a great first time visit.... Sherri was great helping us find glasses frame and made sure everything went well the Eye Doc was amazing had us laughing and learned about the eye...Thank you so much cant wait for my visit next year.

I paid cash for my glasses and was guaranteed that my glasses would be done in two weeks. I am a OTR trucker and was promised that they would be ready before I left for a few months. I was told yesterday that it was going to be another week. Unacceptable. I requested a refund. The district manager has not returned my call or email. Good luck with this store. There were 4 people in the store when I got there. I had to wait outside in the heat of Florida. Very rude staff unless your buying. I still want a refund or my glasses by June 3rd.

Its not the best place its not the worst place but its probably the best place if you have Medicaid or your share of cost has been met for the month you should go to this place

Terrible experience. Call center doesn’t communicate with actual store. Store accepts insurance but the actual Dr doesn’t?????? After speaking to 3 individuals plus my insurance and driving 40 minutes for my appointment they tell me that the Dr doesn’t accept my insurance. What a joke

Very unpleasant place, I never visit it again, bad work, delay, I had a bad experience, 3 months to get my glasses made, they never called me, I had to go and ask, and in the end I asked for my money back, which your total was not returned.
