My MacBook had a major problem that Apple representatives themselves told me could not be fixed. They said my only option was to wipe the computer clean and start over again and that my documents could not be recovered. I took it to this place at a friend’s recommendation, and they not only fixed my computer but restored all of my documents. Very professional, reasonable prices and really know what they’re doing.

Walked in and got exceptional service. Andres had a great attitude and I was lucky enough to get my battery in my iPhone replaced within 30 minutes! Andres and I talked the entire time while he worked and he had great personal skills. I enjoyed my time there and did not leave until the full check was completed. Very helpful. Stopped by with my son’s phone that we were having a charging/ headphone issue with and he figured out the issue and got us taken care of in a few minutes. I appreciate him being honest and not overcharging me on what turned out to be an easy fix.

Stay away from this place. $200 to replace my screen, screen went black after 12 hours and they did nothing to make it right. Claimed my phone had damage and it never was out of the cover. Take your business somewhere else.

Called ahead of time and spoke to someone who said 3-5 hours. Walked in and the teenage looking employee told me 2 days. And when I walked in, he was playing on his phone, not even doing a repair. He told me if I wanted a fast repair to go somewhere else. I hope this reaches his manager.

Just had the best experience here. I’ve cracked my phone screen before and had it replaced but never received the quality of assistance that I have here. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and I’ll for sure be a return customer if I have any technology issues in the future.

I came in to get my moms iPhone screen replaced and was kinda short on time. He fixed it in a grand total of 8 mins. And it works just like new. I’d highly recommend anyone needing any phone, tab, etc repairs to see them for an estimate.Phenomenal job and very happy with the service.

Screen quality for IPhone is terrible. Replaced 2 in 3 weeks. My OEM screen lasted years. First replacement lasted one week and cracked. Never dropped. I thought maybe it was just a lemon. Second replacement lasted a week. Both had protective tempered glass and neither had been dropped or impacted. I think it’s just a weak glass. I will have apple use an OEM. The Tech is very nice and turn around time is outstanding.

Super nice, very helpful. When I had to unlock my iPad they made sure I knew my Apple ID they knew even if they unlock it if I dont have my Apple ID the iPad is just a paper weight. They could of on locked it and took my money. So they are great.

Took my iPhone 7 there to get the screen fixed and when I picked it up the home button was broken and he didnt know what he did to it so he couldnt do anything because he couldnt test it before he replaced the screen and so many more problems occurred after that and now the phone turns on a diff constantly wouldnt recommend this place.
