I had a little bit of a lot of chocolates and they were all so delicious! I think the chocolate covered espresso beans might be my favorite. And the big ball of peanut butter and caramel was unlike anything ive had ! That wS amazing!

Good locally made chocolates. Small candy shop but with great selections. Pay by the weight. Your kids will love you when you take them here. Directly across the street is a little park with a gazebo to sit and enjoy the chocolates. Well worth the visit.

The lady behind the counter was nice. Kind of expensive. The buckeyes were good.

Best gelato in Dade City. The gelato shake is delicious. They need a better sign on the street side promoting their gelatos.

Only been twice. The first time I got a sampling of different chocolate candies. Everything was delicious and I really enjoyed it. The second time I went in there was a very chatty customer in the lobby and the gal behind the counter obviously was too busy to help so sadly I left without anything. Not sure if I’ll be back.

I live locally and anytime I have family in town, I like them to see and explore Plant City. There’s not a lot here but I enjoy supporting the community and small business.Yesterday my nieces and I had a girls day and went to down town to explore and see what’s new. Of course I remember the Kandy shop and go in. The person in the store that day just said hello and kept to herself in the back. Didn’t interact with us at all, I had questions about things and I looked up and she was still in the back on the phone (not talking to anyone) just on the phone and with papers. Mind you I’m looking and looking at her and she doesn’t even check on us to see if we had any questions or if we were interested in something specific. At this point I just want to leave but my niece found something... so I have to actually say “excuse me” then she finally gets up from the back and checks us out. NOT the best experience. I definitely wouldn’t go back and won’t be in Inviting my family and friends to go there. She’s not very welcoming and just ignored us. So poor customer service. Doesn’t matter what kind of day you have always be your best.

Very nice staff ready to help. They have a nice variety including some good sugar free options. Seasonal molded sweets available as those times come around, including chocolate covered strawberries. Gift boxes are always available.

The chocolate was good. The experience was not. I asked the young lady with the jet black hair to arrange some chocolates in a heart box and she sloppily threw them in (come on, presentation is everything). When it came time to pay, she basically jammed the credit card receipt in my face and repeatedly tried to hand me the pen like it was a hot potato, followed by a hearty HERE, not once but twice, all while l was busy fixing her sloppy arrangement. The have a sweet day! she sarcastically sent me off with would have been better had it actually been preceded by some actual sweetness. Maybe she should eat more chocolate...

Amazing staff, definitely something to remember every time I walk in. All their chocolates and caramel are made in store. This is family owned and operated. havent seen anything like this being successful in a while. Though I do miss the old store name, that still doesnt change the quality of the candy. I highly recommend you give it a try!

Great décor, service and best candy around. When you cross the threshold, you feel as if you are in a Walt Disney World or an old time candy store, a family owned business, without the charges of some of those nationally known candy shops. I am sure they have a very loyal following, with great repeat business, as they are great in all respects. Definitely a place not to miss and has became a favorite over the years. My parents grew up in the town where the original Neumeister bakery was located. It was just a few blocks from my grandmothers house and my dad would always get fresh cinnamon rolls for breakfast when we went for a visit. The candy store was also a treat. The bakery closed quite a few years ago and eventually the candy shop was only open for the holidays. I dont think the original candy store is still open now.I was very excited to learn that there is a Neumeisters store very close to Tampa. Im going to load up before my trip to see my sister for Christmas.

Excellent selection, all fresh and made on site. From chocolate covered cherries to buckeyes, even chocolate covered gummies, all superb.

Gourmet chocolate! Really, what else do I need to say? Located in historic downtown Plant City. Ok, so they do have more than just chocolate, but once that delicious aroma of chocolate hit me, I was done. 😉

The gentleman at the counter (I assume to be one of the owners) was extremely rude and condescending. They don’t compare to the old owners. I was told they weren’t the nicest by some locals but I didn’t want to believe it. Never buying candy there again.
