My husband had an appointment with them for 11a.m. we showed up at 10am and still had to wait 6 hours for them to do an oil change and an alignment then when we Finally! got the car back they did Not put the rim cap back on the front passenger side, they didnt give him an updated mileage sticker and, they messed with his lights even though they didnt have. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Horrible Service!Came in to have a tire patched, they told us we could drop it off & that it would be an hr. Few hrs later we still hadn’t gotten a call so my husband drove back up - tire still wasn’t fixed! No one even bothered to acknowledge him, so he grabbed our tire & left.We were going to have them do other services but not anymore!Take your needs up the road to the Hispanics shop, we were in & out and better customer service!

Just had an amazing experience at this Tires Plus. We had an appointment set for Saturday and we dropped off both the cars for some new tires. We were able to eat at a place within walking distance and do some shopping right behind the shop, at Walmart! James Caulder, the Store Manager, was prompt, kind, and gave us a great deal! The crew was very busy, but they made time for us and were highly efficient. Our cars now drive like a dream! I highly recommend this Tires Plus to everyone, even if you have to make a drive… you won’t regret it!

I went a few months ago for a tire patch. When I got there, the young Spanish guy at the desk told me I needed my mask. I told him I was vaccinated and didnt need it, he was very rude and told me its our policy. There was a guy seated without his mask and when I said then why does he not have one? He continued to tell me that its because he wasnt talking to him, I was. Such a double standard, either way I put on my mask. He went out to check the tire, told me I needed a new tire that it wasnt in good condition to patch that is was about to explode. Went to the tire shop on 92 to get it checked out, Dominguez not only patched it but told me it had no problems with it. Not sure why this guy would lie, they will do anything to take more money from you. Dont trust them. They are rude and crooks!

This location was awesome. I dropped my girlfriend’s car off for an alignment, which I was in no rush to receive. For anyone complaining of a repair time, you should understand that things come up and bolts get stuck. It’s just that simple. Regardless of anything related to time, these guys did great. While waiting to pick up the car, the manager met me outside the vehicle I was waiting in. He was very helpful and kind; showing me to the vehicle of mine that was being aligned. I was shown to my own eyes an issue that worried him and the tech working on the car. This issue was an extreme safety hazard and needed to be addressed immediately. I’m very familiar with cars and maintenance; I simply don’t have an alignment rack. However, these guys showed honest, extensive care and quality service. I really appreciated the heads up and I highly recommend that you take your business to this location.

After waiting for two people in front of me, the kid behind the counter insisted I put on a mask. I was told that because it was private property, Floridas full reopening didnt matter. Long story short, Chucks Tires just north of them was a much better experience without the attitude and liberal leaning fear of a fake pandemic.

Went here a few times with one of my cars liked the lifetime alignment but last time I had them change the oil in one of my cars tried to sell me radiator service new radiator new cap new hoses and new water pump maybe should have suggested engine rebuild I did all of the other work myself and had to continue to put water in even after all the work did research on car and found that the type of gm motor has issues of overheating because of a defect some have will not be buying another gm car that has the 3100 and 3700 motor in it likely they have done away with those motors had low pressure in tires today and passed this shop on way home and kept going to tires choice where I have always had great service. Have been offered job here at this one no thanks I dont work with crooks

Tire Choice Auto Service Center is the “BEST”!!!! I am extremely please with the Manager and Mechanic excellent customer service.I went to another tire shop before stopping at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, on James L. Redman Parkway. The other tire shop wouldn’t give me the time of day, because they were too busy to even give me the courtesy to hear what my issue was, therefore, I left and stopped by Tire Choice.I am extremely glad I did, because the Manager, while on the phone with another customer, still acknowledged me and said he would be with me in a moment. He immediately, assist me after getting off the phone.The Mechanic was also, attentive and friendly as he collected my keys and actually listened to my concerns about my tire.I was in and out in no time!I highly recommend this location to everyone!! I promise you will not be disappointed with the customer service.

I went to Tire Plus in Plant City to get an alignment. I accidentally left my gun under the seat. When I picked it up, the gun was gone. I called back to let them know and was told that they aren’t responsible for items left in the vehicle. They are thieves!!!

Took my mustang here with aftermarket rims told them my problem and they said my tires are unbalanced so I proceeded with the balance when I got the car back it was shaking worser than when I brought it there I don’t even think they work with aftermarket rims if they didn’t they shouldn’t have taken my money . Something couldn’t been right when they also gave me a discount

Tires Plus in Plant City provides excellent service! They are always responsive and explain issues clearly and professionally. We always feel like a valued customer. We took our Jeep in for a diagnosis and the tech suggested we check with the dealership to ensure our specific issues weren’t covered under warranty. Sure enough, he was correct. This suggestion saved us hundreds. We’ll be long term customers.

I have used Tires Plus for years. The Plant City crew is good and honest. Had a light vibration at high speed on the highway. They found the issue and showed me what it was. 2 front tires and an alignment later and no more vibration. These guys are no BS and they get it done quick.

Went in for tires. They did a great job, especially telling me I needed a front end brake job which I had done, it needed it. The estimate they gave me was reasonable. When I got my final bill, it was almost $100 less than the estimate. What a wonderful surprise and experience.

Amber the tire manager was incredibly friendly and worked hard to beat the competitors price. The store was very busy with a long line and the phone was ringing non-stop. Amber impressed us with her professionalism and resolve handling the situation. The guys who put on our tires were also very friendly and were fast and reliable. If you need new tires dont go anywhere else. Ask for Amber she will get you the best price and treat you right. I recommend this Tires Plus to anyone looking for great service and a great deal, not just on tires, but with many other services as well.

This review is for Dave Duncan who works at this tires plus. His customer service skills are definitely lacking. He is such a lazy pos that he looked more for a way not to help me then to help me and make his company money. I have a fleet vehicle that looks heavy and without even try to lift he said he couldn’t do it. All I wanted was a meaning one tire switched out from my spare to the front where he could have used a floor jack. Dave you need to be fired.

I went in to get an estimate to get my truck fix. I went to pick my truck up after I dropped it off in a drivable condition. I couldn’t start my truck because they pierced a hole through my transmission lines. There was a giant puddle of transmission fluid on the ground and all over my engine. They probably ruined my transmission. They sabotaged my truck so I would have to get it fixed at their shop. They wanted to charge me 1,000$ for 200 $ in parts that would have taken an hour to install. Save yourself some time and money go somewhere else.

I came in today (in a hurry) to see how much it would be to replace my break light bulb. My son was at the DMV to take his test for his license and it had to be done. The guy who helped me was, Rick. He was so nice and immediately came out to help! Thank you Tires Plus, he is definitely an asset to your company with his prompt and friendly service!!!

The shop is accommodating and efficient. The mechanics are great. Jim & Junito in the front office are the best. I trust THIS shop with my vehicle over any other TP shop or other company for that matter.

This store does great work but making an appointment is a joke! I made an appointment for 2pm Sunday and arrived at 1:40. I was then told my vehicle wouldnt be done until 4. I understand waiting for 30 to 40 minutes for the next tech to free up but nearly 2.5 hours is unacceptable. I made an appointment for a reason. To be the next in line when I get there.

Having had some bad luck with tires and nails, we wanted to investigate when the tire pressure warning light came on before continuing to Sarasota. Amber and her team gave us excellent and friendly service, going out of their way at closing time to check things out carefully. Much appreciated!

I have been a good customer of Tires Plus and bought 2 or 3 sets of tires and always gone in for my oil changes. However, I made an appointment for 5 pm Friday and had my car there by 4:55. When I returned at 6:30 my car had not been touched. I am not happy! Apparently appointments dont matter.

Told us they couldnt help us within having our vehicle 10 minutes. All we needed was an alignment. Now we go to tire kingdom, they had no problems giving us our alignment

Junito & Luis ordered my tire that was under warranty. Its just I cant really actually get my tire back because the warranty that replace my tire doesnt really replace my tire. It was just something I bought and cant do nothing with. So now Im driving around on a donut, while my rim and tire is up at Tires Plus. Dont by the roadside warranty. Its 100%, not worth it. Im adding to this post. I went back up there, they stayed respectful. I still had to pay $40 for the tire. And Luis put it on himself asap

This place is amazing. I was stranded on the side of I4 and AAA dropped my van off here. They went above and beyond, to help me get in and out quickly. I am not from here, and they were heaven sent.

Well, I took my car there in may of 2016 to have my front brakes done. They called me and informed me that my front brakes, front rotors, and BACK BRAKES all needed to be done. I told them to go ahead and do it all. Still have my receipt in my glove box. Here it is a year and a half later and not even 10k miles later...I take it to another shop to have a tire repair done. Only to find out that I need new brake pads in the back. He even showed me because I questioned it. I could see that my front brakes were still nice and thick but back were worn down severely. The only thing I can gather from all of this is, I was charged for back brakes and they were never done! Also makes me believe that they were never bad in the first place if I just drove around for another year and a half on these so called bad brake pads. Very disappointing. I will definitely never be back!!! What a rip off!!!

Purchased tires and paid everything, after the tires were installed the service rep advised they could do the alignment that day but it would take over 2 hours before my vehicle could be done as they were behind. Rep said I could come back the next day. Upon my arrival the next day a different rep was there. I advised him what I was told to prior day and he tried to charge me $103 dollars. I advised him I was never told any additional charges would apply and was just told to come back to finish what they could not get done the prior day. He stated only the alignment check was free. I advised him to then just check the alignment. He became very rude and appeared extremely irritated that would not just pay, he stated they could but if it needed an alignment I would have to pay $103. Regardless of what they say I will not have any services done here again. Especially the alignment, of course they will tell me it needs an alignment, before getting one I will get someone else to properly check it. Do not go here unless you enjoy feeling taken advantage of and belittled. Go to the Lakeland location. Yes its about 20 minutes away but at least they wont try to take advantage of you and talk down to you.

Had an issue with a valve stem on a small road trip to Tampa for a concert and stopped at this Tires Plus. The employees that I dealt with were fantastic, honest, and quick. Thank you guys for fixing my valve stem fast to make sure we made it to the concert in Tampa.

What is the point of making an appointment when my vehicle is still waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time? New post, Ordered Tires from Tire Rack, Called and made appointment. Arrived at garage and no appointment in their system for me. Guys asks if I want to drop off and I said no, I made an appointment. Bottom line is I had to make another appointment for tomorrow. Been using these guys for 10 years, but after this no more.

I love coming here. I trust them unlike some places! Definitely recommend! And a plus is if it takes a while there are places to eat and shop nearby! 😊

I called several tire shops here in town and got a much better tire, road hazard, lunch, and an oil change for $50 dollars cheaper! I dealt with Amber through this process and she is wonderful! I will be back for all of my future automotive needs!

Very slow with the service, and with appointment made. Last time I went there, did the rotation and balance and it took them 2 hrs. Then, gave me an estimate for new tires and no too much specifications about warranty and or coverage. This is ridiculous. I am a long time client of Tires Plus, but lately, their service is making me to look for somewhere else.

Liars n cheats. Lisa was disrespectful n has no customer service attributes. Luis the technician told me I could replace one oil coolant hose (which he lied) n she insisted to pay for two. Telling me Luis the technician told her both had to be replaced. Luis brings me back the truck n asks me what happened, playing dum. Watch out for these crooks. If ur installing tires ur good. Any mechanical work, watch out for these crooks.

Informed me that my cv axel was totally damaged and a boot was destroyed. They attempted to persuade me that it needed immediate replacement and wanted to charge $427.00. I took the vehicle to weavers in Brandon and they told me that the vehicle was completely fine. I will never bring my business here again. I would highly recommend you visit another auto shop before coming here, because a deceitful business will usually do more than one thing wrong.

They road tested my car for me. Even though they dont do transmissions. They were fast, efficient and had coffee and tv. No charge is sometimes good before someone else figures out what is wrong and going on.

They get 2 stars due to friendly employees in the front, but I have had some bad luck with this shop.Went in a few months ago to get a tire patched because I picked up a staple somewhere. Took about an hour to get it done and then came home. The next day, the tire was flat again and upon further inspection the staple was still there. Employee informed me that the tech must have patched the wrong tire (even though, to my knowledge, there were no holes in any other tire). They patched the correct tire and gave me a free oil change for my inconvenience. I went back last week to claim my free oil change as well as have them check my alignment and balance my tires. Come to find out I needed work done to the car that came out to $1400, and wanted to talk to my husband first to see if he wanted to do it, so they put everything back together and I went home. I noticed that one of my tires only had 4 lugs put back on it ( I am 100% sure I came in with 5). Makes me hesitant to get an expensive job done there with such important parts on my car.

Got a flat on I4 due to broken valve stem. Put my spare on and went to tire kingdom they said it was going to be 2 hours. So I came here and was out the door in 10 minutes. Big thanks for getting me back on the road.

A few months ago, My mom took out a use car. We seen that the tries were wore out. So we decided to go get all four new tires put on it. When we went they had the tires the fit my mom car. They said it was going to take one hour and then it ended up taking more then one hour. When they took my mom car out of the shop. The man that was parking the car was driving it fast while he was parking it and the front of my mom car hit the crub. We seen when it happened. The man just backed the cat and predend that nothing happened. When we were walking to the car. He just said if it was our car and smile and didnt even tell us he had broke the front defender of my moms car.

Took my car for an alignment, i make my appointment on the app at 2pm. I arrived at 1:40pm so they dont touch my car until 3:15 so they did the alignment and when i got home i find a brand new inner tie rod boot broken 🤬 was serviced by angel never going back again they sucks

Extremely disappointed dropped truck off at 4 pm was told to be be back before 7 pn simple oil change tire rotation and new air filter finally leaving at 730 pm. !!! I am an 8 year customer who will be looking for a new shop !!!!!!

Went there this morning to drop my car off for maintenence, the woman who was supposed to be behind the counter informs me just a minute and disappears for about 10 mins, then comes back and asked me about a car I did not drive, I let her know what I needed and while she was gone for 10 mins arranged for a coworker to pick me up, after asking for me about a car that I did not drive she then asked if I had an appointment, its 1020am, no I do not, she then tells me that to take my car in, her employees would have to skip lunch and be written up, due to the fact that she just booked 4 appts. Which could have been done while I was waiting for 10 mins, who knows. Had she told me they were booked instead of wasting my time it would have made for a better experience than making me stand there while she could have been making appts for others that called in after I arrived. Terrible customer experience

This morning 11/21/13 my aunt took her car into tires plus-- fire stone, in plant city. she asked for an inspection. by the time she got out of there it costed her 160.00 dollars. for a hose and 2 gallons of anti freeze. hmm! lets see here, i checked the car out yesterday before her an i went for a long drive. i didnt see any fluids all over the place. hmm, we didnt over heat or any thing. hmm, sir im curious,who do you take the most advantage, the elderly,the woman, or the mentaly ill ? because if you seen or talked to my aunt,youd have to see shes all 3.

Selling unneeded services to drive up pricesI went toTires Plus to ask how much to check my differential fluids and was told they did not check and top off fluids .my manual states that the diff fluids should be checked every 25000 miles .The people behind the counter told me they could not do the service I requested, however they would change the diff fluids and transfer case oil for $125.00 & tax .I refused and went a half mile down the road to TIRE KINGDOM and they did the job I had requested for $25.00,no problems
