Had the greatest experience getting a new bed today. Walked into the plant city, Fl store to get a new bed, we bought a bed 6 years ago at mattress firm and the bed was sagging. We told them and they told us we have a warranty for 10 years. They could have just sold us a new bed and not say anything but they didn’t and walked us through filing a claim. My husband and I purchased our mattress at Mattress Firm in Dec 2017. We arrived to look at mattresses pretty close to closing time, by accident. I have never bought from Mattress Firm before now. Joe was our sales person. I have never been so impressed with a sales person. He was exceptional, patient (with my questions and my wicked sense of humor) and at no time made us feel rushed even though it was closing time. Due to internet being down my husband had to return the next day to finalize our purchase. That is when he also met Kelly. What a great team Kelly and Joe are. Today I returned to request to exchange my medium mattress for a soft mattress. Once again I was provided only the best exceptional customer service. Mattress Firm sure is lucky to have such wonderful employees.

I purchased a new mattress 90 days ago from Joshua and was very pleased with the customer service we received. I wasnt however as happy with the mattress we picked (too soft), so went back to the store to talk about the guarantee that comes with the mattresses. I was again pleasantly surprised how easy the Store Manager Kelly made the process of exchanging it. Unfortunately these days customer service is lacking in most businesses, not the Plant City Mattress Firm. Thanks guys!

Dont go here unless you are comfortable buying a bed without seeing it or touching a floor model. Most everything requires being ordered sight unseen. Best deals are online only specials.

Sales rep Kelly White promoted the FREE adjustable base for the bed we purchased during the entire process but when the order was delivered, I asked the driver about the free adjustable base. He said it wasnt on his ticket. I reviewed our receipt and it wasnt on it either, but our verbal negotiations at the store seemed to be conclusive that the free base was included in our purchase. I called Kelly White immediately. She stated that we agreed to take itemized discounts in the other items in lieu of the free adjustable base. This was not the case! My wife, daughter nor myself heard any such agreement.,............UPDATE: WOW, What GREAT customer service. The district manager Michael Kelleher called me and straightened the whole mess out. I couldnt believe how quickly this matter was resolved. Were now completely satisfied with our purchase!!
