My husband and I have been going here for years. They are reasonable and dependable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Probably one of the only places I’d go to have anything done on our cars. We’ve never had any issues, they are fair, and they don’t give you the run around. I just came by today for a screw in my tire. I had kids and groceries with me. They were fast, efficient, and thorough. I was outta there fast even though they were busy, we appreciate that!

If I could Id give them 0 stars! My mother I law spent over $700 and has roadside hazard assistance. She has a nail in her tire where they cant patch and instead of telling her the truth they lied to her and said they pulled the nail out and she has a slash by her rim and she has to buy a new tire. Im sitting here looking at the nail they said they patched!!! We will be back to make sure she gets what she paid for and I will be recording to post a video of the results!!!

Horrible service. Took it in for an alignment and new tires, they sold us two tires and a $60 lifetime install package and allegedly did an alignment. 3 weeks both tires are shredded 3 weeks later, my steering wheel is at a 45 degree angle and the lifetime install package purchased magically no longer applies while they tell us they never did an alignment. Attendant was unhelpful and uncooperative. Why would you sell someone a warranty package if you voided it yourself?

Pleasant experience and a solid job on my brakes & tires.

I am not comfortable with what I was told about an alignment on my vehicle. I have a hard time believing I need an aftermarket part on a brand new vehicle in order to properly align it. I felt like I was being taken for a fool. I will know for sure on Monday when I take my vehicle to the dealership.

I was driving south from Central Florida.....4 hour drive.....when my tire pressure alert light came on. I tried one other tire facility in Plant City, but it would be a 3 hour wait before they could look at the tire. I then went to Tire Choice, Plant City, and they said maybe 45 minutes! Very polite and helpful. The gentlemen got to me earlier than expected, found a screw in between treads, and got me back on my drive in under an hour. Then they refused to let me pay for it! What a generous group. I highly recommend this facility in Plant City.

These guys are awesome. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I take my cars here for everything and have never been disappointed. They are customer-centered with high quality work, whether it is an oil change, headlight bulb replacement, tires, or seriously major auto repair. These guys are the best!

Eky was very professional and accommodating, I was rushing to work and had a nail in my tire. He was so understanding and expedited the patch job as much as he could. I was out in about 30 minutes. I was very impressed and appreciative of his customer service and with tire choice as a whole!

I went here to have two brake lines replaced which should’ve cost approximately $200 which is still high, however the manager Jośe Sanchez charged my card $400 when it was only supposed to be a free estimate. He charged my card $400 and then wanted an extra $180 for the parts which are only $75 at the auto parts store which I purchased and did my own work. They charged $69 for brake fluid and $66 for a line flush. So now I’m trying to get my $400 back because they did absolutely no work at all and charged my card. Jośe did not want to give me a receipt saying that I would get the refund. I had to really show out to get the actual written estimate stating all charges and that I would get a refund. I called corporate and they really didn’t help a whole lot either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m going to call “Better call Benkin” so they will stop ripping people off.

Had a nail puncture while out so managed to swing in to the garage in time. They did agreed to lower the price to the initial price they told me that morning. They also had services on the receipt I didnt ask for, that they said would be given at a cheaper rate then the receipt showed. Pricing seems very suspicious. I will not return.

This was the best experience I ever had with an automotive shop. The mechanics were professional and knowledgeable and I bought a set of 4 tires. The tires were perfect. As I was about to pay my bill, John offered a Tire Choice card and with in 5 minutes I was leaving with my money still in the bank and 6 months to pay with no interest. Ill be coming back here any time I need services for my vehicles.

First time going to a tire shop by myself, my dad was out of town and I needed my tires balanced. Everyone was very friendly and so efficient in their work ! They took me right away, no wait time.

Sam was amazing and the staff was amazing as well. Friendly staff, clean shop. Walked in for a tire repair was out in 10 min and they were busy.

Went there for my AC and the guy in there Jose did an awesome job had me apply for a payment option for the repairs because it was a very expensive I did and I was surprised to find out I got approved I just needed $200 when I explain it was going to take me a few days to get the money up he called me back and told me he gave me some discounts and only owe $100 today he got the parts in quick and they did a great job repairing the AC when I arrived he said I only owed $53 because I paid $47 this morning this morning started out as stressful but my day ended up as a huge stress reliever thank you to the guys at tires choice

I walked in 20 minutes before they closed for an emergency tire change. John Carter helped me (more like saved my life) with no hesitation. They guy who changed the tire did it fairly quick. Thanks guys. Youre the true MVPs.

Very disappointed in this place. My 19 year old daughter had a bad tire and i advised her to come here. They told her she needed two tires at 73.99 each. She walked out paying $292.00 and being clueless because shes 19. Upon reviewing the receipt, it showed that the MANAGER Jose had placed a couple unnecessary things like road hazard and a life time package instead of a basic. I confronted Jose and he said she agreed to it ... she disagrees, and again, shes 19. I further more checked the valve stems that Jose charged 31.99 for two and both were still the old stems. I called Jose and confronted him on lying about changing them and demanded my money back. My daughter went in and got her money back for the valve stems. I do not recommend this place because they take advantage of young women and lie about services rendered.

Visited the store today in hope to purchase a set of tires well after 20 minutes of standing there not being helped I gave up the Spanish guy behind the counter had no problem helping anyone there that spoke Spanish but I guess the white guy just dont. I never write reviews, but this place deserves it. They run a honest and professional mechanic shop. I came in for some routine maintenance, and was curious about a weird noise. They ended up finding something that needed replacement... needless to say they did a great job and my vehicle is running great again. Ask for Paul, he’s very helpful.

A Christmas Miracle.These are the best mechanics in the area, if not the state, hands down. I was driving long distance when all of a sudden my emergency brake light came on, I pulled over, looked under my car and to my surprise a huge puddle of brake fluid had formed under the car. I looked around for the closest repair shop, and luckily stumbled upon Tire Choice in Plant City. My car was immediately inspected and the professionals at Tire Choice diagnosed the problem. Customer associate Matt was helpful, informative, and laid out the plans to fix my car. They clearly show you the options available to you to fix the problem, and also the prices as well. Being between my next paycheck and also just moving, I exclaimed how I only had a finite amount of money to fix the problem. I was assured that the mechanics at Tire Choice could work with me for that price and proceed to work on my car. Long story short, they not only did the work promised, but even MORE, all within the price range promised beforehand. Having negative interactions with mechanics in the past, I was truly astonished. For honest, professional, and pristine work on your vehicle, I would recommend Tire Choice to any and everyone. It ended up truly being a Christmas Miracle.

Will break your lug stems and then deny it.Went in for 4 new tires, let them overcharge and upsale me, told me everything went good and Im good to go, rushed me in the car as they were closing, got home and noticed 2 broken lug stems,called them the next day, told me it came in like that, I know 200% it didnt.

Rick was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was in a time pinch and he helped me get my car safe and drivable for a trip to GA. There was another man there who was very upset Cutters restaurant in GA is now closed 😂They were just funny and helpful. Love this place. I’ll definitely be going back to get valve cover gaskets done. Happy customer and my car stopped on a dime on my trip with my little girl...thankful for that!

Oil change. This was my 1st visit and I will definately make this place my #1 source for all my cars maintenance . There was NO hidden fees and everything was explained before my service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. You can tell these guys enjoy their job and that made me feel confident in my choice. Did I mention they have fresh popcorn?! Yum!!

Another shop trying to rip you off. Went in for an oil change and they said I needed all new brakes costing $1200. I just had new brakes put on a few months ago with 2 new calipers. The guy tried to point out one of the calipers was discolored saying it was bad but it was a new one. He tried to say perfectly good rotors needed to be replaced and kept going down on the price for an air filter to get me to replace it. They were perfectly fine charging me double the price for one earlier. Do not go here.

Great customer service!! The young man at the counter took his time and helped me find tires that were great and reasonable in price. He also made a point to help another elderly customer find her car that was actually at another place. Once my car was done he checked it again to make sure everything was in order. Walked into the store it started as a nice atmosphere until a young man named Julian asked if he could help me after that my visit went downhill fast because he was more interested in his cellphone and whoever was on the other end Im sorry but at the front desk is not the time and place for that then the manager came out apologizing but he helped me as much as the young man because it was his time to leave I guess because within one minute of me trying to get help by him he literally just walked away from me as I was asking for a price on tires at this point I had felt like they did not care to sell me tires so I went across the street to tire kingdom where I bought a very nice set of Michelin tires for my dodge stratus and they were even nice enough to check my alignment and go out of their way unlike the tire choice will most definitely not be back I would strongly suggest tire kingdom over them over there they go out of their way for you

I didnt know anyone in town and didnt know where to take my vehicles for quality, professional auto care, then by chance, I found Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. Ive since shopped around trying to match Tire Choices prices, service, and efficiency of work, but I couldnt. So, let me save you the headache, some money, and more importantly, TIME. When you go, just ask for Jose or Paul, those guys will take care of you. Listen closely, dont waste your time dealing with some shady auto care company, trust me, go to Tire Choice Auto Service Center.

Awesome customer service! The first time I used this company I had a flat tire. They not only had me in and out so I could get to work, it was also very affordable.Which is why I returned and again had the same experience. I came in for an oil change but got much more. For the same price of an oil change Todd had them check the battery, brakes, and rotated the tires.One of the reasons I love living in Plant City is because companies like this and their employees.

Little to long for an oil change in my opinion. Friendly staff and very courteous. Didnt get the name of the front counter person. He explained the reasoning behind the hour or more oil change and tire rotation. In this day and age of time management environment we live in I just felt it took to long.

I stopped by to have my oil changed without an appointment, and they were able to get me in within a half hour and have my car back to about an hour and a half later. A couple of other places I called said it would be two to the horse before they could even get to me. They service was great, and the staff was very courteous. The manager even worked me up a quote for new tires while I waited even though I told him it would be a few weeks before I was actually going to purchase the tires.

Great customer service! I was there with my children and it started pouring rain right as my car was done. They left my vehicle in the garage and walked us through so we wouldn’t get wet. They even had an umbrella to shield the water that was getting blown in by the wind. I definitely recommend them.

Been here before and thought they were decent. I was wrong. I went in a few weeks ago for an oil change. I get a call before my car is ready about a long list of other things thats wrong with my car that totaled to over $700. Of course I expected this, but wasnt I going to pay that much. I told them just do the oil change. One of those things was I needed a new battery. I wanted to wait and get a second opinion. Advanced Auto Parts did a test. Turns out the battery is just fine.I dont appreciate being misled just so you can make an extra $200 for a battery that didnt even need to be replaced. Also, I managed to replace both cabin and engine filters myself for less than $20, while Tire Choice wanted $65 just for the engine filter and $28 for the cabin filter. Both were on Amazon, and I got them delivered the next day. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Unacceptable.

Bill is great! He found us the best tires for the best price. We came in for an alignment, and he explained that we didnt need one, our pulling problem was something else, and referred us to a body shop instead, where they may be able to fix it. He and the other gentleman at the counter (whose name I dont remember) were very friendly and personable. Even though theycouldnt fix the pulling issue, the tires they put on helped tremendously. Ive been a customer for about 3 years now, and I highly recommend them.

I had brought my vehicle in for an oil change just before closing time on a sunday night. The Manager, Jose, who Im sure didnt want to deal with doing a last minute oil chance, but had it done for me even past closing time. He also had to call another auto service store to change my headlights because they were currently out, free of charge. I was in Plant City last Sunday and my car was making alot of noise i stopped at your store in plant city at closing.I explained to the man Paul about my fear and that I had two babies with me and was on my way home in another state. Mr Paul stopped what he was doing and got a light to look. I don’t know about there work considering they had my car for four hours and never moved it. They tell you it will be about a hour. Then if you call to check on your vehicle it’s still an hour or we a pulling it in next. After four hours they will say come get it a lil before five. If you have my car at 11:40 am and it’s 4 pm you still haven’t touched it something is wrong with managing time. However they have time to just stand around talking and joking. Customer service skills suck at least from the old man. He say three people standing in line at the counter and one being me. You look and just stand there and your manager isn’t any better. He could’ve came out his office knowing he saw a line forming. If you value your time and need work actually done to you car this isn’t the place.
