Called and was able to verify they had the part in stock. Ordered immediately online and part was shipped same day. Very friendly and helpful lady who answered my questions in an efficient manner. Dealer wanted $1000 for part and got it for $550. Cant believe the LED tail light rope light costs so much. You cant just replace the bulb, you have to buy the whole piece. So far new part is working great.

I shopped around for an 08 Chevy dash and found Stingray Chevy. Most places were charging a ridiculous amount of money just for the part not to include shipping. Anyways, I ordered from Stingray drove up and picked it up myself. The location and facility looks great and well maintained. The parts individual that assisted me was very kind and friendly. The staff in the warehouse who helped me inspect the dash and assisted in loading it with me were amazing. Truly will be doing a lot more business with Stingray from here on forward seeing as I own all chevy vehicle.I want to give a big shout out to everyone in the parts/warehouse department for doing their job and being really friendly and polite. Part I needed and works well.Wish upper tailgate button wouldnt have failed so quickly on a 2021 GMC Denali. Decided to repair it myself and forgo a trip to the dealer and the wait.

Fast and friendly service

Ordered about $2k in parts from them online all for a single order. Over the span of 8-9 weeks, got about 6 different boxes of random parts and had to figure out which were sent already and which I still had allocated to me. They lost my last box and blamed it on FedEx, which could be true, but when it finally arrived 2 weeks later I received duplicates of one part and completely missing some others. Extremely unorganized and still havent received a few parts, a couple of which they refunded me for. Not even going to bother trying to correct their mistakes anymore. Ordering from my local Chevy dealer instead, the savings are not worth the hassle.

Not a good experience at all.Lady messed up on my order did not apologize for it.Also got smart with me and tried to talk down to me the customer when i am spending money with them.I was very disappointed and shocked by their service,being a business owner myself.

Worst dealership I ever came across. I bought parts from the parts department that turned out to be wrong. When it came to sending them back they wanted ME to pay for the shipping and they were not refunding me 100% of what I paid. Makes no sense since it was not my fault. The managers did not want to help and were unresponsive to calls and emails. Never have I had such horrible costumer service. Never will I shop at stingray Chevrolet again. Take your business else where and avoid problems people

I call to verify that they had the part in stock that I had seen online. They said they had one available so I order it, after 5 day i didnt recieve tracking number and part hadnt been delivered i called back to find out what was going on and was told that the one they did have in stock was for another customer. I wish they would of told me that from the beginning I would have purchased it from somewhere else.
