I was searching online for already customized jeeps and I kept clicking on the adds for Bayshore Automotive. Their jeeps were the best looking and most bad @ss I could find online around Florida. We drove over an hour to Tampa and wow, we spent a few hours looking at all of the customizations that Bayshore had done to their many dozen Jeeps they had in stock. We narrowed it down to about 3 and left for lunch. Why build your own when its already done for you? Coming back, we made the decision and pulled the trigger. Kevin helped us with the paperwork and we were done within a few minutes. It couldnt have been an easier purchase. My only regret is that I couldnt buy all 3 of them!

Its unfortunate that April isnt there any longer.Her attention to Customer service was outstanding.My biggest problem with them is their total lack of responding to a problem. My car as demonstrated had actve cruise control. Tesla removed it since the car was sold by a third part. Look it up on Google. It costs 3,000 through Tesla to add it back.I have called numerous times. Their ansawer was they didnt know that. They are the dealer and they should have known that.I did speak to Dave who i believe is the GM who was very nice,he was checking what they could do. Since then i have never heard back from them. I would have expected a call from the owner by now. Sorry to sayhas never come.I also have had a problem with the wrap on the car from the very beginning. April called Rob at PCA to take care of it.He has told me some of the stuff could not be fixed and that it was not made to be permanent.Now he tells me it is between me and Bayshore.To say the least I am very disappointed in them.

This company advertises on EBay and specifically says they offer nationwide financing and shipping. I submitted a credit app and received an email saying that they don’t offer out of state financing due to “Covid” which is ridiculous. I asked if they ran my credit and was told no. Then I get a hard inquiry on my credit, which I really try to avoid unless I plan to buy a vehicle. I was lied to and this company was deceptive about its practices.

I bought a 2011 BMW 328i XDrive from Kevin at Bayshore Automotive in late January and the overall experience was awesome. I had never purchased a vehicle over the Internet like this and I was a bit nervous about the whole thing, but the vehicle was exactly what I expected and exactly what Kevin has described.So, first and foremost, Kevin can be trusted. And to me this is a critical point.My impression, throughout the buying process, was that Kevin was mainly focused on selling the car quickly and without too much drama. This makes good business sense but it also favors the buyer. At least the buyer that knows what he or she wants and doesn’t need a lot of hand holding. The no-frills sales approach helps Bayshore sell more cars quickly, and that helps buyers like me to get what they want for decent, fair price.Overall, my experience was very positive. When we walked into the warehouse to look at jeeps/cars/trucks that Bayshore Automotive has available for purchase my first thought was WOW this place is awesome! Ive never seen so many bada** jeeps in one place. The pictures are really good on the website but in person these jeeps/cars and trucks look 100% better! Kevin let us browse through the warehouse as long as we needed and answered any questions we had about the jeeps. I will definitely be back in a couple years to purchase another jeep or truck. Good service good price

April was great but the jeep itself not so much. I bought my jeep here in November 2017 2 weeks later i spent nearly $2000,00 on brakes, rotors, calipers and brake hoses but yet they told me it was mechanically sound and that they had a technician go over it. I trusted in the jeeps outward appearance and Bayshores reputation. My bad!! Ive only had it for two months but i am starting to see, that they put a lot of makeup on this pig that i bought!!!

I ordered the vehicle offline and had it shipped to Utah. The truck was beautiful and the mods were done very well. There were a couple things where miscommunication happened on what features the truck had but Kevin went the distance to make things right and made sure I wasnt disappointed. Would definitely buy from again.

I wasn’t going to do a review, until this past weekend. Bought a Jeep 2018 JL Sahara. Four days after we drove off the lot with our vehicle, we experienced a vicious death wobble! If youve ever experienced this, especially when your family is in the car...you will stain your pants. The culprit - a bolt was loose to the touch on the Trac bar. Kevin told me to drive the vehicle back (harrowing journey, they should have offered a tow truck to get the car) to the dealership and they fixed it by checking the vehicle once again (this should have been done beforehand!). He told me that he now has new standards for every sold Jeep. Really? You think of this after selling over 300+ Jeeps? Here’s the one that sunk the ship…I called Kevin about a weird smell that was coming out of the AC from day one. He said “that’s never happened before” (he said that about the death wobble too). It ended up being a major antifreeze leak and now my car sits in a real dealership for over 7 days. My family has been breathing toxic air for over a month! If I could do it all over again…I wouldve never gone to this place. The Jeeps may look good but its all cosmetics. BUYER BEWARE!

This is my second vehicle Ive purchased from Kevin Champ at Bayshore Automotive. 2 years ago we got our custom Jeep for my wife from Bayshore Automotive. My new truck was still in the middle of the build, about 2 weeks away from being ready for delivery.
