Called and asked what time the store closes the lady on the phone said 5, I drove half an hour and I got there at 3:30 and all the doors were locked. A guy walks out and locks the door behind him. I asked if they were closed and he said yeah what do you need? I said to shoot and he tells me the range closed at 4. I said yeah but its 3:30 and he says oh well were closing early.

I’m a retired LEO from Hillsborough County SO after 33 years. 1974-2007. I’ve purchased several firearms from AAA and numerous accessories and have always found them easy but yet very professional to work with. If they don’t have it they can get it. They have an on site staff person who can walk you through and guide through the process of suppressors for almost any firearms. Give them a try great place and family owned.

I went today to shoot for the first time with my son and all the employees were very friendly. We were greeted quickly and got help offered to buy a loader and then to sign on for the range. Great Range, Family owned and operated. the range aspect was very nice and spacious. If i had one complaint it was that it was warm in the range room, but that is to be expected when guns are firing. The other half of the store is to buy guns and ammo, cases, etc. it was very nice and they had a wide selection. And if they didnt have it they can order it. There wasnt many rifle options for sale because it was a smaller store, but they are a smaller shop so that is to be expected. Anything can be ordered though. All in All, great shop, great family, and a good place go shooting. I frequent their shop multiple times a month .

My girlfriend and I visited and were greeted immediately. We browsed around for at least 20 minutes or so all the while holding a conversation with owner. I decided to purchase a handgun which I did and left. To my surprise 5 minutes later I received a call from the shop stating I was accidentally overcharged and should come back to recieve a refund. This happened to be my first purchase in this shop and will not be the last. Welcoming and honest people are what youll get on a visit to AAA.

Best range in plant city and definitely the best Ive been to. The staff have the plant city kindness Ive been looking for and their prices are very competitive. Though one complaint is availability of used guns. Besides that, this place is amazing.

The employees were friendly. eye and hearing protection provided. lanes are 15 yards. not really long enough for a rifle,but they do allow them. motorized target lanes were clean,cool,and ventilated. it is quite a good little shop and i will definitely return.

I would definitely recommend AAA Gun & Ammo. If you are looking for an indoor range, this is a great place to go.The staff is nice and friendly. They have a pretty decent selection of firearms and accessories. They also offer courses that are informative and inexpensive.

Fair pricing for a cerakote job. Gave me pointers on what parts to order for my 9mm PCC build. They actually say hello and ask you how they can help you. Ive been to plenty of gun shops that dont have the common courtesy to greet a customer walking through the door.They have my business for the foreseeable future.

Pricing is what I expect of just about any local family owned gun shop. The range (though not too long) is clean and cool inside. I have had some parts installed and upgraded by the gunsmith twice and this is where AAA is special. In both cases the turnaround was incredibly quick (like I went to eat lunch then returned to get my rifle). The rates are fair, and I have never been ignored, or irritated by the staff. That says a lot to me. There are other shops around that I like, but for gunsmith work I check with AAA first. Im not related to these guys. Im not friends with these guys. Im not even over friendly with people I dont know.

Purchased 2 guns from AAA gun, a S&W M&P9mm and a bodyguard. Store rep was knowledgeable and gave us a good deal.Weve also had good experience shooting at the gun range. Its also a nice well kept store.

Me and my stepfather have bought several hand guns and rifles from here and we have never had a bad experience in fact when we compare their prices to the same gun else where we find that they in fact have it for sale cheaper. And if they dont have the particular gun you are looking for they can look it up and on their website and are even willing to give you the online price if its cheaper then what they have in the store.

I had a bad instance with AAA guns and ammo a while back. It seemed to be a mistake communication on the phone. I recently went in there to try it out in person. I have came to the conclusion theese are very legitimate people with a honest and fair bisenuess. They helped me out on trades and was more than fair on prices and credits. They went above and beyond for costumer service. Very friendly, patient and openly communicated. (If they didnt know, they found out). I will be looking forward to bringing my needs and money here. I just shopped around the area at more than 5 other shops, yeah you can shop till ya drop, also shopped online at 4-5 sites...AAA is more than willing to work with you for both buying an in stock item or ordering you one. I also shopped for trades at all the local shops I went to, it is always way better to sell outright and then buy...I sold 2 pistols on Gunbroker, and then bought 2 from AAA...I would always recommend shopping around, but I can say I will talk to AAA before buying in the future, they were knowledgeable about the guns I was looking at, and were fine talking internet pricing. Also, they were more than willing to be your FFL, if you bought online....

I see these rip-off artists are still in business after stealing about $4000 worth of firearms and equipment from my wife and I when she was in a very desperate situation 2+ years ago on 12/28/13 for a mere $1000. I also see all the 5 star ratings given by family and friends to try and boost their average. My advice to anyone dealing with these jackanapes is to FLEE, turn your butt around as fast as possible and DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! And telling someone It was a really good deal is hardly true when AAA Guns and Ammo was the only beneficiary of the transaction!!! The sale (Secondary Firearms Transaction) paperwork was also sloppily done with the several of the firearms models listed incorrectly (Colt AR-15 SP1 as just Colt AR-15 and Sig Sauer P228 listed as Sig Sauer P226). I guess reading is NOT their strongpoint. I wonder how ATF would have felt when paying a visit to fix their stupid mistakes??? Oh, and opening your mouth about someones alleged legal problems when its none of your business is SO CLASSY!!!These are just my opinions, so please take them as you see fit...

I went into the shop with the need to sell some firearms and knives worth a lot more(unknown to me) than I thought and did not realize that I would be ripped-off, in my opinion, by an unscrupulous businessman who would only give me $1000. They took advantage of someone who was in a desperate situation. They got all this merchandise for a song and then when they were called on it they said too bad... When I realized what had happened and that they didnt even give me an itemized receipt I knew I had been had when I found out the true value of the items (around $4000...) I hope whomever reads this will reconsider doing business with this place unless they are certain they getting a good deal, because I did not!!! They also did not fill out the second hand buyers form with correct model numbers for the Colt AR-15 SP1 and Sig Sauer P228/9mm. The AR-15 was not listed as an SP1 and the P228 was listed as a P226. Their sloppy paperwork could have potentially caused a problem with the authorities.
