Freshest produce! I just love the dry fruits and snacks department here. There are plenty of options and the deals are also good. The organic department is also good. The customer service can be improved and it would be great if there are store people on the floor to help and guide customers. I was looking for a product for more than 15 minutes with no one to help me out. Not sure if they are understaffed. Overall an very OK place to shop.

You get evrything you would expect. Never had 1 single item expire or taste bad. They now have Sea Moss powder. Wooh!

Sprouts has a good selection of produce which tastes better than most other stores.They have a big selection of meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruit and bakery items as well as vegetarian and vegan options.They have a plentiful vitamin, minerals, supplement and health aid section is impressive and the staff is usually friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have.If you bring your own bags to pack groceries in you will receive a 5 cent credit for each. What a great way to be rewarded for helping out the environment.I especially love the Sprouts brand products which are as good if not better than other name brands. Sprouts brand ground flax seed, coconut water and coffee are all delicious and a great deal.Finally, on Wednesdays they honor the sales specials from the current and previous week for double the savings.I love my local Sprouts store!

Customer service! I love when I walk through the store shopping and employees greet me with hello or may I help you. Its refreshing and helps improve your mood while shopping.

The produce was fantastic, and the shrimp too, but the swordfish was perfect cut, quality. The store is very clean and not crowded. 1st time there, I will be back.

I typically visit the sprouts in Frisco off El Dorado. I decided to stop at sprouts in Plano because it was on my way home and it made more sense sense. I encountered an extremely rude cashier by the name of Deborah. In fact her badge said she was the head cashier. There are no pens near the bulk area so I was not able to write down the SKU number for the organic rolled oats that I wanted to purchase. When it was time for Miss Deborah to ring up my bag of organic rolled oats she asked me what the sku number was. I advised Deborah there was no pen for me to write it down she looked at me, then rolled her eyes, and said she could not ring up my bag without the number. Deborah then stormed off stomping her feet to get the SKU number. I did not have a chance to tell her that I could let her know what the product was or that I could walk over there to tell her… she was huffing and puffing all the way there and back. She came back to the cash register and rung up the product. I asked her if I did something to upset her or what was wrong and she said no she was not upset but it was visible that I irritated her or upset her in someway. You would think that the head cashier would have more decorum or a higher level of customer service. She was so rude I will never come back to this location.

Clean indoor farmers market. Carries a lot of organic food choices, along with fresh produce. They accept all forms of payment as well, and the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed to find certain items.

Its what I expect from a Sprouts. Clean, well stocked, produce thats fresh, and people who are available to help as needed. I bought a few things and didnt have to wait too long they seem good about opening extra registers as needed. Overall going there again as its a store I frequent.

Store is nice it’s the deli department for me that gets 1 star . It’s happened a few times and always the same lady . I wait for her to finish doing whatever she’s doing, she sees me does not say hi or I’ll be right with you . I had to wait a few minutes then have to ask her can you help me . Then she acts like she didn’t know I was there . So rude September 19 around 230

Great store has so many options and so many healthy options from gluten free stuff to vegan stuff has so many healthy things that are expensive but not to expensive they have a sushi place in the store and deli and pretty much most things food related that you would find in a Walmart overall its a great healthy place to shop I would recommend it

Always a great store for health options

Sprouts is one of the big grocers selling fruits vegetables etc directly from the farms. From medical supplements to breakfast bread, everything is available in sprouts. Especially I found nuts are sold with high quality. Though the price is comparatively high, sprouts sells incomparable quality products.

I never leave reviews but I left this store raging. Everyone is incompetent nonsense of urgency, deli girl took 39 minutes to finish 2 sandwiched with no other customers in line Is this the kind of workers y’all want? And the cashiers just as slow and gossiping. Gross never coming back

This place is hit and miss on service and prices. I found an online coupon for the store. I wasnt sure how to use it. Instead of helping me with the coupon the clerk rushed me through the line.

Sprouts vegetables and fruits price are favorable, for example, today the Red Bell Peppers, only 3 for ＄1； Black Seedless Grapes,＄0.98/lb; Sweet Corn, 3 for＄1；etc.By the way, they service are nice.

So today at around 10.45 am I went into your Sprouts to pick up a few items because I was in the area, I am from Frisco! I was a little raddled because I slipped on the ice outside on the street! I didn’t grab a cart on the way in and decided it would be Ok, I just wanted eggs and bread and lettuce. However as I made my way to the back of the store with the produce I realized I wanted more!A very kind tall handsome black man saw I was struggling and he asked me if I would like a cart.I said yes I should have grabbed one, he said wait here, he went all the way to the front of the store to retrieve a cart for me!!It was so thoughtful and I appreciated it so much!I always think that those that go above and beyond and are alert to customers needs should be recognized!!Please let this kind man know how much I appreciate his thoughtfulness!Another reason I will always stop at your Sprouts when I am in that area!!Thank youDeborah Thorne

I generally love Sprouts. It used to be my go to grocery store. I dont know if this location is just really poorly managed but literally every time I go there is wilted ot highly browned lettuce, peaches are always brown inside or mealy, weather I select them ripe or unripe. The chicken is constantly leaking juices onto other chicken. I could go on and on. They seem to always be behind on putting out produce/food because everytime they put things out its close to on its way out. This store needs a reevaluation of what items they need, how much of them, and when to take spoiled food off the shelves. Unfortuntely, I can only go on occasion now to get things I cant find at other stores because Im constantly going back to return bad food.

One of my favorite stores, great prices too

Great selection, really helpful staff. Their prices are significantly higher than the other stores in the surrounding area. Are their products with the higher costs? Thats up to you. I find their fruits and vegetables to be very high quality, and so I spend the extra money. Their vitamins and supplements are quite expensive, and I have never found them to be worth the higher prices.

Very expensive!!!!!!! A lot of products cost even more than in the ‘Whole Foods Market’ - milk, butter, eggs, most of fresh veggies and fruits, meat, poultry. Very often they sell spoiled food. And their ‘Sign up and Save’ is a total cheating. I wouldn’t recommend this store . I spend much more money in Sprouts, than in other stores like Traders or even Whole Foods buying the same products. Very disappointing!!!!!

Bulk coffees are on sale till March 30th 2021. $3 discont per lb.

They offer a wide range of fruits and vegetables at reasonable prices that my local Tom Thumb does not carry, They also have a decent selection of bulk (now premeasured due to covid) items.

The great selection of excellent vegetables and meats makes this a weekly destination for us.

Terribly humiliating experience at this store. Dyana V(cashier) forced me to take off my mask while in the vacinity of other shoppers to verify that it was indeed my ID. Trust me, its extremely difficult to mistake me for anyone else and Im 39. All this happened after she rang up my beer and placed it in a bag. After that I placed my ID back in my wallet and she gave me a look like, how dare you presume?Then she went through a tsa style ID check. She first tried to take it from me and I refused since she handles cash and and had no sanitizer at the register. Then she had me place it on a counter (which I asked her to wipe), and asked me to take off my mask with a family standing right behind me. No regard for safety. Just a power trip. How difficult does it have to be for me to give you money and you give me beer?

Its a place to shop the only issue is that I cant find everything I need here so I always end up going to a different store after. The portion of beans they sell compared to other competitors are too expensive.

Good store & seems like good reviews. went there and waited in the checkout line to simply ask a question because there were no workers on the floor knowledgable about their products. when i reached the end of the line, the supervisor on shift continued to help other people BEHIND me without acknowledging me. i asked her my question and she payed me half attention with an answer to brush me off. it was not busy at all 🤷🏻‍♀️ wish i ran into workers who know about the products their job sells/workers who have skills in customer service. great store otherwise.

OooRah! They are open during the Wuhan virus crises. We have shopped here and the other Sprouts stores in Collin county for years. The place to go for fresh fruits and veggies. And lots of other items. They have the signs up and plastic shields in place to reduce the virus risk to staff and customers.

Clean location, really enjoy coming into the store and checking out the manager specials.

The Whole Foods Market in downtown Austin on Lamar is an excellent healthy grocery shopping location. This is the flagship location so the selections are always fresh and new items and services are launched regularly. The Downtown location is also very convenient to the city and has easily accessible parking.

Always has great selections of fruits and vegetables. Store its always clean and bright.

Sparing the details but bottom line is the employees in this facility could take some customer service tips from the Whole Foods team.My wife was yelled at by an employee and humiliated in front of other customers. Will NOT be returning here

This is close by the house so I frequent this Sprouts fairly often. I find that coming earlier in the day ensures better selection. I have had to return a few items that had gone bad prior to the expiration date but did not have issues returning them. Vegetables and fruits are generally in good shape(again be sure to go earlier in the day) and the cashiers can work through the line pretty quickly. It can get very busy during the weekend!

The produce is great. I would just suggest the cashiers pay more attention to the customer when checking them out and less to their cell phone. A young lady with the name Bizzy on her tag (I believe) did not say how are you or even hello. She just scanned, took my payment and handed me the receipt. She didnt even look me in the face. However she was in tune to the coworker she checked out before me. My son even said, she must not like her job. Now her yellow nails were beautiful, but her customer service was non existent.

I enjoy going to Sprouts. I trust their produce, meat, dairy, and appreciate their reasonable prices. The only department that needs improvement is the deli . They are slow with a specific deli clerk having a bad attitude . It is for this reason I remind myself to go to the Sprouts in Frisco or to Market Street as they too well Board Head.

Worst customer service...They have no respect towards customers and especially to kids. We have a toddler who usually sits in the stroller or shopping cart. She once got down and took a vitamin pills box and all of a sudden a customer service person(whom you can never find if you need assistance )came from back and shouted saying ‘are you going to buy those. Those are not for kids to play. She ruined the order’. She in fact took one box and kept it in our cart. She was so shocked and frightened by his behavior and was not willing to get down from my lap for an hour from then. It’s definitely not the way to treat a kid. I hope you guys teach your sales person some manners . On a separate note, the organic produce (tomatoes, Avocados) are rotten most of the times over the weekends. I tried right from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening on different occasions. Never found fresh produce. There is no fun in paying premium price for such organic food. Please clear them, even if you don’t have fresh produce.

Could be an honest mistake but certainly NEGLIGENT. I am usually very disappointed when this happens at a grocery store. This is what they do for a living. They should have someone checking to make sure theyre not selling expired cheese. Should I go back to the store for $4? Ive never had this issue at Trader Joes or Costco in several years... I guess I got used to trusting my stores. Getting sick is far more expensive than the expired $4 dollars I paid. I usually only post positive reviews to reward great efforts but, in this case, its about safety.

I would not recommend to buy their nuts and other stuff from those “Scoop yourself containers”. I am tired to fight with people and explain to them that they should use the scoop and not their hands! It’s disgusting! No manners and respect to others! Sprouts should put the camera over those nuts and candies and big sign “DO NOT USE YOUR F... DIRTY HANDS”! And if they do that just ask them to leave and never comeback! So annoying! It was my favorite fresh market.

Used to be a 4+ star place but has declined during the Covid era. No Covid precautions in place - no sanitation of carts, no hand sanitizers, high prices etc. Wake up Sprouts.

Awesome place to shop! Produce is always fresh and they run great deals weekly.

I frequent this location for groceries and have been generally happy except for one aspect, the butcher department. We eat a lot of fish which they dont have out and prepackaged so you have to ask the butcher for a cut. It usually takes 5-10 minutes to have anyone even come out (not exaggerating but no big deal. Maybe they dont see me? ). When they do, they are always very put out to have to help you. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt for a while, but after about 30 trips this remains true for every employee Ive dealt with in the department. They roll their eyes, throw the fish at you, and walk back to the back without asking if thats it.The past 3 times, theyve mislabeled what Ive bought which led to a price difference in their favor. Each time salmon was listed at $8.99 per pound and I assume they just keyed in the first salmon that came up (pre-portioned) for $11.99 per pound. Add I mentioned, they dont speak and just go back to the back annoyed that you made them exit their hole so by the time I realize the issue, Id have to wait for them to come back out which is not a quick endeavor so I just pay more. Its so bad that Ive started getting my produce at sprouts (love the rest of the team) and heading across the street to Tom thumb for any meats. Ive seen about 10 different employees in this section since using this store and this seems universal so either sprouts treats their butchers very poorly to the point that they hate their job or they have a significant hiring issue.

Improvement is needed for cashier line management. With about 30 minutes to closing time on Sunday night, there was only one cashier with long line while rest of the staff (quite a few in sight) were stocking up. Finally, one staff came around, made a soon-to-close announcement, then told us that she can help us since we are next in line and we have been waiting quite a while. Before we could make it to her lane, people behind us with much bigger load cut to her lane first and she proceeded to help them.Not coming back since trader joe is much closer.

This is very nice place to buy fresh local vegetables and other local made groceries. Freshly made cookies, bread and other snacks items. Vegetables are fresh most of the time. Some of the items are only available at sprouts. Plenty of parking outside and checkout is also not too bad.

Only place to buy good quality natural and organic foods that you can trust.

Love the fresh produce choices here and the prices are great! Nice location and parking is generally good. Meat dept is also filled with great selections and good prices. I love the large variety of supplement and vitamins they have!

I went to all the sprouts in my surrounding area and at this day and age they still have OPEN bulk bins! There is a nation wide virus going around and 100s if not thousands of people are touching and DROPPING the scoops on the floor! Kids AND ADULTS are putting their nasty naked hands directly in the open bins! Talk about spreading and contaminating the food while the staff does nothing! I wont be shopping here no time soon after this, highly irresponsible to the public to not fix this issue.

I didnt bring the bag since I am only picking up milk so I carry it with my hands and try to save 5 cents. The cashier Hallie said that she cant give me the 5 cents bag discount because its the policy that I must bring a bag, and started arguing with me. I am not sure how this works, but its not making sense to me. I cant believe she actually argued with me over 5 mintues about a bag discount.

Honestly terrible customer service... no help anywhere... prime grocery time and all the registers just closed... I had to search to find a guy who apparently worked in the supplements just to have him “point” in the direction of what I was looking for... had to ask him to show me to get any kind of real help! Sorry sprouts teach your employees some service 🤔😒
