They need to update their menu on their website. Prices vary greatly now, but everything tasted good.

We order biryani frequently, it has good value. The halwa puri does not have the same value. We made 2 orders of halwa puri and there was barely any given to us. Good biryani, but dont visit for the halwa puri.

I think the chef dont have taste buds to taste salt 🧂 threw all the nehari and haleem in garbage

This place has consistently made some really good food. Was going to give 4 stars because the Nihari this time had a more runny consistency, but Im giving 5 stars for the AWESOME paan I had! Also, punjabi tikka was delicious.

Rediscovered this place and have made multiple visits to it. Being originally from Delhi, it is hard to find good consistent and reasonable Mughlai food in DFW. Very glad to find this place where every dish I have ordered is delicious, made with care and brings fond memories and flavors from my childhood. Keep it up guys!

Just throw away most of the chicken. It was old, smelly, rock hard and spoiled. They knew about it, because I saw them talking about it. I did not recognize they were talking about my chicken.My question to the owner. Why do you sell food when it goes bad? You could just sell me a fresh food and make me a happy customer. This one star is for Chicken Rost. I never tried other items from the menu, so I dont know about those

This place used to be so good but lately quality of service and food are getting worst by the day. I ordered food at 4:00 PM today for 6:15 PM pick-up so that food is fresh by the time we eat. When I picked up, I found food to be cold and dry as if were two days old. When I complaint, girl at the ordering desk had a blank look as if she has no clue what I am talking about. Owners, if you dont want to own the quality of food and service, go find another line of business as this is not for you. Totally disappointed.

The food is marginally better than other restaurants that offer similar cuisine. The naan was excellent as was the chicken tikka. The curried chicken was forgettable. Good quality basmati rice was served but had a salty after-taste.The place is a little unkempt with ZERO effort in cleaning the tables after the customers depart. The table behind us was in such a state with dried leftovers (possibly for more than an hour or two). Noticed two other tables in a similar state.The interior is malodorous to the extent that it became an unnecessary distraction while we waited slightly under forty minutes for our meals.My recommendation is that one should order by phone and have the food delivered through ones preferred mode (service or self-pickup).

At the first moment you arrive in this place they give you an excellent feeling. Very warm crew, it is a lovely place to pass time with friends or with your date. Excellent meals, specialist chef, good price and attentive service. Highly recommended.

We took the buffet and it was absolutely delicious. They let us get started right away and the food was warm at the right temperature and tasted beautifully. But it was so good we had difficulty eating all of it. Would recommend 10/10

Had a really bad experience by ordering food from this location. Nihari was prepared using old meat and tasted bad. Food taste at this location is no where close to the Irving location.

I really enjoyed visiting Plano Village. The staff are very friendly and after ordering, we received our food extremely fast. We were also very satisfied with the food which was reasonably priced and delicious.

If you’re white don’t even bother coming to this restaurant. The service is awful and they don’t even try to hide that they’re racist unless you’re Pakistani. We ordered their naan and the guy said it would take 45 minutes, which he frequently says even tho it’s only supposed to take 10. I asked if he could just make it as soon as possible and he said no and that he already told the chef 45 minutes. Why is he telling the chef 45 minutes? Shouldn’t the chef be telling him that? He also said that they were very busy when there was literally no one in the store and that is always his excuse. There was one woman working there and told him it was ridiculous and even told us to just go to another restaurant because it is horrible here. We went back and said if it’s not done in 10-15 minutes we want our money back and are going somewhere else and of course after that he agreed. So how can you magically change the time from 45 minutes to 10? He was lying to us the whole time and in general gives terrible service. My family and I are never eating here again.

We did our sons event at this place last month. The owner Adeel was very cooperative and flexible. He has an Amazing staff and outstanding service was provided to us and our guests. The food was served fresh and delicious. All their items were really mouthwatering. The staff would constantly refill the dishes. The ambiance was very nice and our guest really loved the food. They also have a party hall next to their restaurant. I would always recommend this place to my friends and family.

No complaints about the food. 75% of the time it is excellent. My main complaint is the service and their always been under staffed. They took 1 hour to get our order today even though they were not even very busy. I would go other places if there were other halal alternatives, but unfortunately there are not. If you want your food quick, order it to go. Otherwise, be prepared to wait one hour.

If you havent been to this place, please do. No one can believe that they serve a $2.00 biryani. Which taste nothing less than other places who charge you at-least $10.00 for it. The Mutton korma is the best I had. Their chicken Seekh roll is just &3.00 and its way filling and better than any other Shawarma and other rolls in town. They serve individual Seekhs mutton and lamb and trust me there is no place in this area which has this kind of taste. If you never been to this please go and try the hidden Gem in dallas metropolitan area which has been over shadowed by other indian/pakistani places. Also, the service is so nice that you feel like how respectful they are towards their customer. 5/5

Half plate size portion of chicken biryani is $2. Tastes okay. Not the the fastest service but okay. Ive been meaning to catch their buffet but havent done so yet. I got there a little after 3:30 pm. They like setting the tables right after clearing them out, possibly way before customers use it. I dont like that. Courteous wait staff.

We went there once coz Ive heard a lot about this place from a friend of mine.We ordered two items which are popular and they were out of both of them.We tried to order two more items and they were out on them too.When asked what was going on they said they had a huge catering order so they used up their supplies for that catering order.So I guess you want to run the catering business at the expense of diner who walked in with her family to have lunch at your place.Good job keep this type of attitude up and you will be force to close doors.

We have take away two halwa poori this Saturday. It was so bad. The pories were full of oil and with so much baking soda. Chick peas gravy was so oily and with bad taste. Its seems to be it was cooked so many days before and a touch up was done today. Aloo bujia was also old with bad taste and having bad used oil.Please if you are running a restaurant and charging good amount for food it is your responsibility to provide them good food. You are not giving it for free.Instead of selling old bad food just say we dont have that item. Highly disappointed.

Unfortunately the food varies each time you get it. One day it melts in your mouth, the next you need a hammer. They also often run out or just dont have things on the menu.

I wanted to try something different, and I used to pick up pizza for the family in this plaza and always smell something wonderful, so I have been meaning to try this place for awhile now. I walked in at 12pm on a Friday and there werent any customers, so I was a little bit worried.I ordered Punjab Tikka and Chicken Wings, but they didnt have the chicken wings, so I got Chicken Boti instead. I ordered to go, so I dont have an opinion on service. I was told it would take a few minutes and it did.When I got home, I had the Chicken Boti first, it was good, not great. A little spicy which I like. The Punjab TIkka was really good. the chicken things were incredibly tender. It was a probably a bit spicy for people who have more delicate palettes, but I would have this again and try something else instead of Chicken Botti next time.

Very affordable and delicious food and the service was great. Definitely recommend people to try Plano Village for tasty food and a great experience.

The place was cleen with shining colors 😄 and there is a good song play from the restaurant culture that makes you feel the difference 😆, the service was good too they take about 10 or 12 minutes to bring our order . I love the spicy Veges rice it so delicious 😍 in addition the chicken and the beef was good too . I love to go again and eat the spicy Veges rice😋 .

I usually order mutton korma and it is amazing 90% of the time. It is my to go place anytime I crave spices. Strongly recommend as it does not have typical restaurant taste. The spices are very well blended and gives the dish a homogenous falvor.

The food prep can be slow, so call ahead well in advance. Their food and prices are fantastic though.

This place lacks consistency. Food can be great one day and terrible the next. Dine or take out can be 10 mins to 1hr. and 10minsfrom time of order. And menu items can regularly be expected not be a available. I keep coming back because its close and not because its my preferred option.

Went for Sunday brunch. Its close to our house so we thought we should give it a try. The food was sort of average, the wife and kids gave it below average, Im a bit more tolerant. Service is minimal.The Plano desi restaurants still cant compete with Al Markaz and BBQ tonite for flavor. There is a market for a high end desi restaurant in the Plano-Frisco nexus, whoever comes up with one will make a ton of money.

They dont clean meat at all, it stinks. They might have tempting prices like 1.99 for biriyani and 5.99 for dum biriyani but, you will have the same quality as price. it is better to avoid this place instead of wasting your money and risking health. i would advice this place as not even a last option when you dont get food at all, its better to starve than eat their food.

This restaurant is big on customer service and hospitality. I have been to this place many times and always had an excellent experience. Togo Biryani here is $1.99 which taste so good. If you dine in its $2.99 and much bigger portion. Lahore Tikka is great. Had Kofta as weekly special and that was good too. Food overall here is good and owner & staff makes it great. WIll recommend this place and definitely go back.

Average food, not too pricey, be prepared for long wait after the order even if restaurant isnt busy, they usually have lots of carry out orders. Their punjabi tikka is must try; stay away from $2 or $3 (at times) biryani. Weekend brunch is very basic with very little offerings, channa masala would be like full of sauce and no chickpeas!

Service sucks so bad! Came back after a long time just to give it a chance. Sitting at the table for 15 mins and no one has even asked us for water or anything. They just take customers for granted. No wonder the restaurant is empty even during lunch time!After waiting for 15 mins, I ordered goat haleem (which is on the menu) but they tell me that they do not have goat haleem, they only have beef haleem (which is not even on the menu). They did not even bring the water by this time. There were 4 people in the restaurant and they pretending to be so busy that they do not have the time to take our orders or serve us.Definitely do not recommend this place! I will never be coming back for sure.

They barely have any food and the menu was basically half dead. The food takes longer than usual, and the workers are like total fobs and they can barely understand you. This place has nothing and in my words its trash like I rather go to funasia thats how trash it is. I asked for a falooda and they were like they didnt have it and the only drink they had were soft drinks. In my words I cant stand the place, and last thing is that this place smells worse than rotten toilet.

Plano village is killing it since its inception they have taken over as the Grill item champions in the Plano area.Pujbai Tikke - one of the best things to eat here and great marinationBihari Kebab - it is pretty good but Bundu khan in Houston takes that award but better than al Markaz.Chicken Charga - oh man it is tasty and mouth watering.Daal - ask for double tarka if you like tadka daal as the single tadka does not feel as good.Prices are perfect and not over priced you will just have to wait for the food to be cooked after its ordered and that takes a bit time, but it is all worth the wait when it is broughi out.Service is as good as any desi restaurant but way better than the competition. Worst buffet I ever had! We visited this place on Eid ul Fitr for lunch buffet with three other families and had horrible experience. No chicken item in the buffet and all the food items including Naan, Puri and Nihari were cold.

The guy at the counter convinced me to try Pulao, as it was the special that day. I got it to go and when I got home, the rice were all broken liketotta, with absolutely no taste at all.who thinks this is ok to sell broken laddoo like rice at a restaurant? probably overcooked to a point that rice were a mush!!!
