I bought goat today. Normally it will be soft. But today I felt like very rough meat.. abnormal red.. felt like beef. Disappointed.. I guess this is the time to stop buying from there

Used to be regular. Meat quality has gone from bad to worse. They keep old meat in the bottom of the package and fresh on top. The meat appears abnormally red and oily recent times. Would advise to stay away

It is an okay location for your needs.I would to see a bigger branch even bigger than sarah bakery too.I live near frisco near colony and little elmSo it is 30 minutes drive.I’m kind of disappointed that the Indian stores covering areas more than them 10 minutes away Anywhere you live.All Middle Eastern stores are almost near Richardson, Dallas area or Irving near their religious house (mosque).This stereotyping I wish for to change.I have moved around the states and I saw the same problem every where I lived!

I used to be a regular here for the halal meat. More expensive than other places. Then I noticed the inconsistent quality. The meat dept personnel are the worst.. rude, arrogant, unwilling to do anything, shows off their disgust if you ask them. The management doesnt care enough to make things better. I stopped going there.

Today I call them and ask them to keep me some fresh pita bread that I pick up in the afternoon but the owner answered me and he was so rude to me, he said he doesn’t keep bread and he hanged up the phone, I never ever go in this store and I am so sorry to them with this customer service, but good to me for knowing them and spend my 200 $ a week in other store not them for ever.

Haram what you guys do. I spent 18.00 for a packet of goat meat. Hidden beneath was over 60 % fat. They used to be good. But with expansion comes greed. They became just like those other Pakistani and Bengali grocery stores cheating people by hiding fatty portions below and nicer pieces on the top. Disgusting !!!

I love this store because their poultry really fresh daily. They also have marinated chicken with unique spice and was really easy to cook for hurry days. I will keep shopping here instead of going to Richardson. I just moved to McKinney from different city that doesn’t have this huge selections. Thank you for the good goodies. 😊🙏🏻

Oasis cafe is the worst in town and they sell 2 day old rotisserie chicken, they lie to your face saying its fresh. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY FOOD FROM THIS CAFE. I will be reporting this problem to city of Plano to investigate further violations

Great place to shop! Meat is clean and there is no smell to it. The butchers are nice and accommodating to your preferences. I have always had a good experience shopping for the things I need here. I have tried the cafe many times and that is good too.

BAD MEAT FROM OASIS INTERNATIONAL MARKET!!!!!I bought meat from Oasis last week and immediately upon getting home, realized that there was a smell in the meat bags. I didnt think too much and put the meat in the freezer (within 30 minutes of leaving Oasis). I took one of the meat trays out to cook, and there was definitely a strong smell. Rather than risk cooking it, I threw that meat tray in the trash. I also called Oasis and explained to them that I had found bad meat and asked them to check their freezer to make sure it was cooling.The next day, I took out another meat tray and upon thawing, the same smell was there. Not sure which trays were bad, I decided to return all the meat I purchased on that trip to Oasis.I called the owner at Oasis and he said to bring the meat in and he would return it. I drove back to the store and was expecting the owner to return (or at a minimum exchange) the meat. The owner asked for a receipt, which I did not have (I dont normally keep meat receipts). He then asks me how did he know the meat was purchased by me and further, if it was from his store. I told him was he accusing me of stealing the meat? Further, the meat trays have Oasiss sticker on them!He then proceeds to smell the meat and says he cant smell anything. I made him smell it again and also told him he should cook it and eat the same meat tray. He refused. The smell was grossly obvious!I was now getting irritated. The owner refused to exchange the meat and only credited me the price of one meat tray. I told him I wasnt sure now which trays were bad so I wanted all the trays exchanged for fresh ones. The owner refused.This was a pathetic example of customer service and for approx. $40, the owner is risking getting someone possibly sick with bad meat. I told the owner that I will be posting this on social media and also calling the FDA for a complaint. It seems that he would rather deal with the FDA inquiry than deal with customer satisfaction. I am a small business owner myself and to me customer service is paramount. I personally would have handled the matter very differently.I would only advise everyone to make sure they smell the meat trays before exiting the store.

First visit, I like to check out ethnic markets to see what they sell. Small but varied selection of items. Halal meat dept sells precut and premarinated items which looked tasty and they sell several kinds of middle eastern breads. There is an oasis cafe couple doors down i recommend too.

I used to buy groceries here. Most of the time they deceive on poultry packets with 70% fat and bones. Today I bought a Rotisserie chicken it gave awful stinks could not eat that. Fortunately I tasted before my kids. If you cant eat please dont sell it, this is food. We dont take anything To grave.

Amazing selection of foods from the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent. And the prices are very reasonable and usually cheaper than what is comparable at Tom Thumb or Kroger.

Most of the stuff is overpriced compared to the other international markets, hopefully they consider that and try to match up their prices like the other markets in the Richardson in Area.

Great store with a lot if arabic groceries and Hallal meats. Cold cuts and other arabic and indian spices and goods.

Friendly, helpful staff actually walked me to the item I was looking for ( soap made from olive oil and bay leaf, which doesnt dry my skin like other soap). Medium size shop with good selection of middle eastern grocery.

Good selection of middle eastern and Pakistani groceries, but the shelves are too close to each other, some of the goods looked old, there is no one to sanitize shopping carts.

This is actually one of the best international markets I’ve ever been to. And that means a lot considering I’ve lived all over America as well as in Syria. They have everything I could ask for. Their customer service is absolutely the best. Even better than these big stores like Walmart and target. Their meat is so fresh and delicious. I will recommend this store to everyone.

You find everything you need

I bought 3 boxes of falafel and they were rotten.

Good little market to get halal meat, just be cautious with the expiration dates and packed dates, they are not always current or fresh. I prefer to get it freshly cut but their butcher isn’t always open. Good selection of veggies but you have to pick through as sometimes not so fresh. Good little market if you need to make a quick stop.

I went for a shopping with my family Ones at 05/17/21 at 6:40 pmOne of the Short bald head cashier he was looking like we stealing some thing or something is wrong with us and then when I get on the cashier to pay out he was thrown out my items like trash I don’t know why or what’s wrong with him I never experience that Type crazy situation in other stores

Worst service ever starting with the owner to the last employee, the owner wants to force his customers buying the bread he started making ( it should not even be sold as bread)by stopping to carry the previous kind he used to have...if the bread he started to make is acceptable quality wise,I would not have a problem with it, but it falls to peace’s when you try to make a sandwich + it is NOT eatable.......TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA ABOUT THE OWNER AND HIS (I DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE ) HE NEVER CARED TO ANSWER ANY OF HIS REVIEWS.....

Nice little store we visit once in a while for quick things. They have meats and a produce section, dried goods, candies, frozen and cuts of meats. They also have some other things for sale like bowls and some house stuff. A good variety of dried and canned Indian food.

I was patiently waiting in line while the cashier was dealing with a credit card issue of the customer in front of me. A stocker noticed that I was waiting for a long time, so he called the manager to open another lane so that I did not have to wait longer. The manager (white) started yelling at the stocker (black) about being inconveniened and without asking me what the problem was yelled at his employee that it was his fault I was waiting because he thought I thought he was a cashier. They started arguing with each other in front of me.The owner should have better trained managers who arent judgemental and care about customers as much as their employees do. Also, the manager wasnt wearing his mask when there is a sign at the door asking customers to wear a mask.

This rating is not based on products or prices but merely on hygiene, cleanliness, and the current situation of the Covid19. The store has no paper towels or sanitizer for customers to use. I complained to the front line associates multiple time but nothing has changed. It would be a great gesture to open one of the big sanitizer gallons sitting in the front of the store “For sale” for customers. This way customers can feel a little safer after touching carts, etc. This is something that doesn’t cost much but it’s a sign of caring for your customers and the community at large. Please do something to change this Inadequate situation if you really care.

Saul is a rude worker and not suitable to work as a butcher since he has attitude when you need something done a certain way... owner and all other staff is nice, but needs to get rid of this guy, I know a lot of people who are unhappy with this guy, and I buy a lot of meat and they lost all my business. Meat prices are a bit higher than others nearby but quality is good.

We came here for Indian dresses exhibition and sale. There were related accessories also for sale. I found the hall and the amenities good here. The shops surrounding are very good. Only thing I found f hard was parking. Hardly any space left for parking. Which means this place is very popular.

Great grocery selection. Love the pita bread. I drive 25min once a week just for the bread! I’m also really excited about the cafe they opened! The chicken and meat shawarma were flavorful and the red rice is delicious!

0 sanitation. So went in to get some meat, almost everything was wiped out which is understandable. Went to the meat department which had somethings stocked up as there are 2 ladies there working. The first one on the left was eating with her gloves on while cutting raw meat and I can clearly see where her fingers are touching the gloves while the other on the right side is deep scratching her scalp (head) with both her hands while having the gloves one and continues to work with the Same gloves on. ALL THAT while the manager standing RIGHT THERE at the window.. which tells me how they enforce sanitation there. Am sorry but with all this going on with the world... this is the last place on earth I wanna step in...

I bought 20 lbs whole lamb tonight,I weighted the meat in a scale in the vegetable area,I found it 3 lbs less .the fat cleaning did take whole 3 lbs,which doesn’t make sense, I talked to the onwer’s son,but this son doesn’t respect the customer claim.it seems to me :they pull customers leg by making the meat price/lbs less than other stores,but they cheat in weightlessness.i will not go back to buy meat from this store.i will tell all my friends about what happened with me tonight.

Great place to get Halal items. Sometimes the chicken is not as fresh as the other place. Its still fresh, but not as fresh. Most of the times its fresh. Beef, lamb and goat is always A game though.

This is the closest halal store to me, and I love the meat options here. They have turkey slices, beef sausages, and salami. I enjoy coming here and seeing if theres anything new to try! Also came to buy samosas, naan, some produce, garlic paste, and ginger paste and found everything I needed. The produce was fresh.

Have been going there since they opened and always liked them.but lately I noticed they are price gauging. Rooh Atza bottle today was $4+...a week before Ramadan..hand sanitizer small bottle for $6+. modjul dates box $66+. Shame on them for taking advantage of people.

Over priced!!Went up on prices when demands for some stuff increased during Covid-19.Sold me a broken display set two months ago. I never opened the set till today and When I opened it today I found the weld broken. Went to the store to return it but the store manager and clerk seller refused to return it!!
