This is the best grocery in the Metroplex. The employees here are the nicest people Ive ever met. They bring your groceries out to your car, the food selection, freshness, variety and options are wonderful. This is my new store. I made a Turkey Club with all products from here. It was delicious.

First time at this location, positive experience. Clean store, friendly workers. Forest was eager to assist in checking my items. I would go back.

Where do I start! I haven’t been to a Market Street in over 10 years because there was one by me where I moved to. Now where I’m leaving I’m close to one and they still have King Ranch Casserole and it still tastes the same.. Delicious! I realized how much I missed this gem of a store and it’s a great place if you want to pick up something already cooked for a party of one!

Ive never visited a Market Street store before, and it was amazing! I was probably more amazed by all of the non-food items you can find there! I bought a Swan Creek candle and its probably the best candle Ive ever burned! The scent is strong and the scent lasts for hours after it stops burning. The produce selection is fabulous. And lots of Mud Pie home items too. Fun store! Very friendly staff! Cant wait to return.

This is our go-to grocery store in Plano. A little higher priced, but quality meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, breads, etc. Half-sized carts, friendly, helpful checkout service, and convenient optional eat-in seating area are also attractive features.

Market St.....What to say?Lets start with the fresh food kitchen; the fresh pizza, chicken, wraps, seafood, and so on...How about the variety of organic foods, fresh vegetables, and meats/cheeses.There is a section of household goods, flowers, and wines to top it off.5 stars all the way! Bob at the deli counter was awesome!! He was super friendly, and he helped me select 2 deli meats that were new and delicious. Very patient, gave recommendations for great meat and cheese pairings. Overall, a fantastic employee! He also didnt mind shaving 2 lbs of meat for us! Great job. We love Market Street in Plano! Its very clean, great produce, and has really good to go meals you can cook yourself. Great store!

Nice place with insane deals. I got the buy one get on free spare ribs and baby back ribs. Plus I grabbed all the chicken skewers they had in the window because they looked so good. It was worth the drive.

Excellent customer service.... Always go beyond... In bakery is the best... I picked up my cake today and it was awesome... I live in Frisco now.. but I had to come way to Plano to get my cake made ... The bakery manager is the best in her team...

Loved it!!! Always get wonderful customer service. I am especially always impressed with the help out to my car with my packages. I am in my late 70s and park in the Handicapped area because of equilibrium problems and knee surgery.

Ive been to Market Street stores in Mansfield, Colleyville, Flower Mound, Coppell, Coppell, Frisco and McKinney.The visit experience at any of these stores is more like a 5-star tourist establishment than a grocery store!

Superb market and great options for vegetarians. They even bagged and brought my groceries out to my car. Super clean and very polite.

Nice store. Great layout and love the prepared meals. The employees could use some additional training though. On a couple of occasions I asked for assistance and they weren’t able to help me. I asked one associate where the Icey Hot was and he gave me a blank stare. He told me to ask another employee. I asked another employee where the COQ10 was and he had no clue what I was talking about. You’d except a little bit better customer service especially since this is supposed to be more of an upscale grocery store.

I interacted with 4 employees during my first visit. All were friendly, attentive, patient, and attentive. I was impressed with the appearance of the store and quantity of employees working or patrolling various parts of the stores. I visited this store particularly for their wide selection of a frozen good. 4 things caught my eye that ended up being unplanned purchases. I intend to return for a regular rather than quick trip sometime.

This place is HOME to me and is very dear to my heart! It reminds me of my family, as the United/Market Street brand was what we had near where I grew up. I love the variety of groceries they offer, and if there is something they dont stock currently, they will do their best to add it in the future if they can. Everyone is very polite and kind natured. They still go out of their way by taking your groceries out to your car for you, and they make sure the customer is in good hands. I also love that this organization isnt afraid to hire people with special needs, and has programs dedicated to them!Todays visit was no exception! I accidentally locked my keys in my car. I was so embarrassed. I called for roadside assistance and after waiting for 3 hours and going through 3 different companies cancelling the request, I asked if anyone in the store could assist me. JACOB, one of the grocery managers, tried to help me with this task. He was so kind! He let me borrow a jacket and even called his brother to try and help me out.Although we were not able to get it open ourselves, they stayed by my side until a professional finally showed up. Jacob also offered to replace any of my groceries that had gone bad. If I could give him 10 STARS I would! Thank you for your hospitality! You were truly a blessing to me today! I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Their selection has dwindled over the past 2 years and they organize their products in a way that forces you to walk every isle to look for what you need. Flies stuck to sushi containers. Deli guy took time to flirt with a customer and refused to help other customers. They random stop selling some brands or popular options of that brand for no reason. Finally gotten to the point I drive 3 times farther away to go shopping.

The staff is usually always helpful and really nice. However, 9/10 times that I go I cannot get everything on my list which is really frustrating. They are frequently out of normal items. Yesterday, I needed Penne pasta and they were completely out?! I also hate that they dont have cart corrals because vary rarely does an employee help me to my car so I have to walk my buggy back into the store.

I recently had the pleasure of going to shop at Market Street due to a friend bringing me some food from here when I was recovering from surgery. I chose different dishes to take home because Im single and they were a great size for a single person and they had different sizes and a different variety. Everything that I have tried has been amazing! Seasoned perfectly! I am a new customer and very happy and satisfied! This place was amazing and had everything. I could pick up flowers, groceries, food already prepared, everything I needed it was right there. Ill be returning again and again!

It was on Monday evening June 8th when I had an amazing encounter with a supervisor at Market Street off Preston Rd in Plano, Tx. As I was in the self-checkout area a young black woman (a supervisor who happened to be at the self-service kiosk), whose name I sadly wasnt able to get absolutely made my evening with her warm personality. As I approached the area her kind words and bright smile really made me feel that as a customer I was valued and appreciated.I also wanted to relay another amazing experience I had today Thursday, June 10th and an update with a food recommendation by Malcolm at the Deli Meat & Cheese counter.On June 8th Mr. Malcolm recommended this deli-meat called All-American chicken (barbecue tasting), well the other day I brought some home to the family and it was a smash hit. Thank you so much Malcolm for this great recommendation.Todays compliments are for the amazing morning deli team at the meat/cheese counter area. Bruno (a 4-day old new employee) took care of my order with sheer precision that he was able to hit .98 lbs. on his first cut of my meat which in my mind is spectacular, considering how long hes been on the job. He also greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor which really put me at ease. During the same period of time when my order was being taken care of I had the pleasure of meeting Chase (Asst. Food Service Manager) who was not only ensuring his store looked clean and well taken care of but also provided me with pure southern hospitality. Helped me out with a question and took the time to personally thank me for shopping at their location (something I have never encountered with other stores). Low and behold unbeknownst to me that after conversing with Chase and as Bruno was finishing up my order; a gentleman by the name of Bob (Deli Lead and in my eyes a deli meat/cheese connoisseur) recommended and also provided a nice sample to taste one of the most delectable food combinations Ive ever had. A rolled-up Pitcraft Turkey thin slice with Boars Head thin-sliced Asiago cheese. These two rolled together is like backyard BBQ heaven, so much so I purchased both items, to add on top of my order. All the while Denise (a deli employee with experience under her belt) was providing exceptional help to Bob and ensuring the deli area was spotlessly cleaned along with humorous tidbits of deli meat information.By far the most knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic deli group/food service manager I have ever encountered. Wanted to make sure everyone mentioned got recognition.

I have been shopping at this location for many years and every time its been a great experience. My family and I truly love their homemade foods and bakery items. Now as far as all the whiny reviews about masks, I have one thing to tell you all. Its socialism when you try to enforce something like wearing a mask in public or grocery stores. A mask will not prevent you from getting any virus unless you change it out every time you touch it period and if it is not an N95 then wearing a cloth one or disposable one will not protect you much.

I like the good deals at this store, its clean, smells good inside, and the air conditioning works well. Got a great deal on New York strip steak - buy one get one free! The cashier and bagger were both very friendly and knowledgeable. The only bad thing about them is they charge $15 for delivery. I think thats a little high. The freshness of the produce was very good and the prices on many items were not bad.

Every single time I go they are the best! The selection of hot food is to die for, and let me tell you that the sea food and meat department is on point! Love my store❤

Best bakery for themed birthdays!!! My daughter had a birthday and we needed a cake with a Peppa Pig theme, I checked multiple places in the Plano area but no one had the requested cake besides Market Street. The employees in Market Street were so helpful, and patient. They have a great selection of cakes and on some cakes you can even add a photo. If you need a cake with a certain theme try Market Street first. Highly recommend.

Love this store at Preston and Park in Plano. The produce is awesome, their is always someone to help you if you cant find something. The breakfast burritos are yummie !!!

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered party trays 5 days agoTalked to staff 2 times confirming order and time I will pick them up. Trays were not ready and staff from Deli had NASTY attitude with me due to their mistake. Very unprofessional.

I live five minutes from this Market Street and had been coming every week for my weekly groceries. However, things are going down hill. I can no longer find the brands or items I need and I find the staff rude and aloof when I ask for assistance. Each week I bring three of my own canvas bags for my groceries. Today the girl bagging my groceries shoved all the heavy items in one bag, ignored my other to bags and put the remaining groceries in plastic. I had to rebag my groceries myself so I could carry everything to my car. In the future, I will be driving the 30 minutes to the Market Street in Allen where i can get better service and the items i need.

Manager said corporate told them not to ask customers to leave if they are not wearing a mask even though they have a sign out front saying customers should wear masks inside while shopping. I will not be doing my business at an establishment that does not follow through with their policies set in place for their customers own safety and health.

Market Street has by far the best meat market around! Those guys are 5 star all day every day! There is a custom burger meat that is my preferred choice and whether it was 50 lbs or 1 lb they have always accommodated it!

The catering staff is wonderful, friendly, and goes out of their way to serve the customer. It is quite apparent they are there to serve — the customer. Orders can be picked up or delivered, both options work great. The store is great as well.

Market Street is a very nice and clean grocery store. They are a bit pricey but less than Whole Foods. The customer service is wonderful as they walk your groceries to your car so they can take the basket back in and also to help you put your items in the car. I shop here for fruit, meat and seafood as it seems to be fresher than some of the other chain stores.

This store is laid out really nicely and kept very clean. The item selection is great and the prices are reasonable. I usually shop at night, however, and the employees at the registers really are not that great. They’re not very professional and they’re usually talking to each other while scanning my items, which is kind of annoying. My advice to the management team would be to mystery shop at a few other nearby stores including Trader Joe’s, then mystery shop at Market Street and compare the employee attitudes and professionalism. Just my two cents.

Absolutely my favorite bakery and they customize cakes to the T! The cakes are so moist and fresh and the artist knows what they are doing. I have always ordered cakes from here and will continue to. Customer service is so great that I keep coming back! Cant brag enough!

I was shopping for wine and the employees were very knowledgeable and help with my selection, they went above and beyond to also make cheese recommendations for my party.
