My experience with Top Fitness in Plano was great, from start to finish. Matthew was the first person I dealt with and he was professional and knowledgeable about the merchandise. I also had an opportunity to meet the G.M and he was personable and enthusiastic about the opening of their new store. The delivery drivers were on time and gave me pertinent information about placing my equipment. Since I purchased a floor item, some additional items needed to be ordered. The technician that I dealt with was courteous and professional as well. I highly recommend Top Fitness for your workout equipment.

Went into this store a few weeks ago to get quotes for a home gym. Reece was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the products I was looking at (squat rack, cable machine and weights). He was very thorough when pricing out every item that would be needed to make our goal come to life. Once we had quotes in hand, I went home to measure out the room and verify it would fit and not look overcrowded. Top Fitness does have the equipment to do this on site, but I was at the beginning stages of figuring out what all could fit and what we wanted.After some research and discussion, my husband and I returned to the store to get a cable machine and test out some treadmills. This time Dan helped us. He helped us understand the differences in treadmills and their pricing points so we could make the best decision for us. He did this all while juggling other customers at the same time. We never felt like we had to hunt him down, he was extremely attentive. We ended up ordering everything that day.We cannot wait for the delivery and install this week! I would confidently recommend their store to anyone looking for a home gym. I have already told all our friends about the service we received here!

Reece at Top Fitness provided an unexpected great purchasing experience. The guy is knowledgeable, straightforward, and low pressure. But what set Reece and Top Fitness apart was their service after the sale. I ordered a bicycle online and I needed one with better back support (after having had back fusion surgery). I spoke with Dan and he suggested I come in and look at a few bicycles. He was extremely knowledgeable and understood how important this was to me. He made the exchange very easy and Jay in their shipping department was just as nice and made the return and delivery so easy. The customer service is amazing. Plus when you walk in they have an amazing inventory.

The folks at Top Fitness in Plano are awesome! I was able to purchase equipment (treadmill) over the phone and they set up free delivery to the house (within a weeks notice!). I would have driven an hour to the store and picked up the treadmill, but given the current circumstances with the covid threat and having a high risk family member... I didnt have to. They were VERY accommodating! I will make every effort to visit the storefront in person when the covid threat dies down and do business with these amazing folks again! Saw the post on facebook from Kent. Went today, I did not know the name of the store, just the address so was unsure on the time they opened. I arrived at 9:45 and they open at 10, Kent greeted me at the door and let me come in immediately! So grateful for that. He walked around the store with me and answered all my questions. They have a wide selection of weight options, bumper plates, barbells, wallballs, and workout machines. I was nervous the prices would be high, but they are very competitive and actually less than bigger stores that I went to, plus they actually have STOCK! I would give this place 6 stars, but google wont let me :] Ill definitely be back to get a few more items to complete my at home gym. Thanks Kent, you rock!
