This store, and the Manager Josh is the best! After visiting a couple of other places he was the only one who sent me the information promised and returned my calls. He made me feel much more comfortable then the other gentlemen I dealt with. His honesty and kindness were much appreciated.

Busy Body is a great place to buy high quality fitness equipment at a reasonable price! The employees were knowledgeable about the products and guided me to feeling confident about purchasing a treadmill and rower. There were a few problems waiting for my order to arrive, but Craig Lewin with Busy Body is great! He was very responsive and made sure I was taken care of! The delivery crew did a great job installing and completely setting up my equipment!

This location has a vast array of fitness equipment and a staff that is knowledgeable about each and every product. I’m a price shopper, and found Busy Body had the best pricing. The delivery team arrived on time, worked efficiently and politely. Without reservation, I would recommend buying fitness equipment here.

This is the best Busy Body location. Way better than the one in Dallas Highland Park area. They dont have as much on display, but the service and respect is miles better. Stefan is great, and worked with me to find what I wanted from several locations and warehouses. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me his cell, and was able to text back and forth for a couple of days on questions I had. Walked out with over 6k in equipment, and am super excited to use it all. I will be coming back here from now on.

Like legitimately a great place. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Made a nee friend today. Stefan was a great guy, very knowledgeable and got me a good deal on an weight set. Wow will definitely return once the home gym renovation is done for more equipment.

The purchasing phase was very professional. The manager at the north Dallas store was knowledgeable and demonstrated a number of rowing machines and I purchased one. I was impressed as the store experience was on point.However now its a new ballgame ... the back office support is less than stellar. I waited about a month for the unit to arrive. I expected this delay as the store manger explained said that there was a backlog. So no complaints about this delay.Rather than get into the gory details, the delivery has been the downfall about how this company operates. Getting a delivery set up is a nightmare. No one proactively calls and follow-up is non existent. I believe that customer care is a figment of their own imagination. Perhaps this review will energize them to put their customer service hats back on and do something. After spending $$$, this is just unacceptable as I continue to wait and wait.

Selection was excellent! Was able to order the exact water rower that my husband has been wanting for months... And the staff was great! Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to start or expand their home gym.

Stephen is great. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you have all the info needed before making a purchase. I like they are local and will come to your house to do any repairs or maintenance. They also ship ordered items out of state if needed. These guys are my go to for all my fitness equipment.

Ordered a water rower M1 on May 15, 2020. Stefan promised delivery of 7 to 10 days. Delivery not as promised at time of sale.I have awarded this company with 5 stars. Josh came through and dropped off the floor model for me to use. When mine comes in at the end of the month we will swap machines. This is what makes me happy. Thanks Josh for personally delivering.

I don’t know who runs their social media (Facebook, Instagram) but they sure do love to ignore potential customers’ messages & comments. You’re supposed to reply. Is that so hard? To move your fingers on a phone/ keyboard.

I cannot tell you how good the customer service is here. Had some small issues (no fault of theirs) and they got me into a different machine that I absolutely love. The quality of equipment at Busy Body is health club quality. The machine they have me using could not be more perfect for what I needed. Thanks guys for all your help and for answering my texts so quickly! I’m down 17 lbs so far!

Great selection and super helpful!

We were looking to buy exercise equipment that the entire family could use and which would be comparable to those we have used at the gym. We did some internet search but the wide range available was quite confusing. We thought we would see the equipment before buying online. Went to Busy Body store in Plano over the Memorial Day weekend and we were very happy to receive a ton of information and patient answers to our many questions. The assistant manager of the store who helped us was very courteous, was not at all pushy and we ordered an Octane Q37 elliptical trainer right away. It was delivered and installed in a week’s time and we have been very happy with its performance.

After you make a purchase they will not answer the phone nor was its delivered as promised. They have our money and we do not have the treadmill.

Wow what a breath of fresh air! We just came from the north Dallas location where the guy working there was rude, sloppy(food stains on your shirt isnt a good look), and unknowledgeable. Came over here and the gentleman who helped us was courteous,professional, and very knowledgeable. Thank you sir, we really appreciate your time and sheer human decency.

Awesome experience! I came in with pretty low expectations of turning my small space into an awesome home gym with the same functionality of the mega gym I go to now, boy was I wrong. After going over possible space saving equipment the manager Josh even came out to my home and took measurements. After seeing the space and dimensions he made several layouts with the equipment we discussed so I could visualize the space and confirm what he suggested would work best. Im happy to say with his expertise my small space is a fully functioning home gym. Unfortunately you just cant find this kind of hands on customer service and experience anymore. Ill be a Busy Body customer for life.

HELIX HLT3500 Touch. 24 hrs later I was doing my first in home work out on my new best friend. This apparatus is everything that was promised and I actually enjoy the exercise. I am so thrilledI went with the Commercial version, it’s built like a tank, but takes up very little floor space.From the begging of this purchase till 4 days later, I couldn’t have made a better choice than Busy Body and I will be spreading the word!

After hitting several stores in the area I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I received from this location. The manager took the time to fit a product to my needs (cardio patient with joint issues) and not just try to sell me something. I came here a month ago looking for gym equipment... which I am still using by the way. They are a carrier for the PowerBlocks adjustable weight sets and they had them in stock. They sold out their display but the manager opened one of the recent shipments up and let me demo some of them. I really like that quality of service and he was good at explaining the quality of the products to me and telling me whether it was worth getting or not. I value that honest opinion and I would come back in the future. They only sell new stuff now, and not any used stuff at this location.

I visited the Busy Body Preston Town Crossing location today and was impressed with both the selection of equipment and the salesmans knowledge and help. I purchased a couple of items that I was not yet familiar with, and when I googled those items, I was very pleased with the price I had paid in store. I will definitely be a return customer.

Went in looking for a used treadmill thinking it would save me money but ended up buying a new one at a huge discount! I feel a lot better knowing that it isnt covered in anyone elses sweat and that I have a lengthy warranty if something went wrong.

Today, I bought some exercise equipment from Busy Body in Plano. The store had a wide and deep selection of high quality products and the sales support and service (thanks Natasha) was top notch. Highly recommend.

Great selection delivery not as promised at time of sale

Having a very bad experience with Busy Body. We purchased Gym Flooring and a fairly expensive Machine (+$5K) Flooring took three calls to complete, and over 5 weeks. Now the Octane Elliptical has broken after 4 months. Service call did not fix it.......tried to call store....no answer and no answering machine. We have purchased from this store for over 12 years. Latest experience is that they have 0 customer service, and 0 interest in even talking to me.

I simply cannot recommend this store / business anymore. I own some PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells and a recumbent bike purchased 10 years ago from this same store.These guys (the OWNER) sold my wife a row machine and failed to verbally tell her that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are some disclosures on receipts but they said they would work with us, etc.... by trying to upsell us or another product. I cannot emphasize ENOUGH what type of SLEAZY salesmanship they exercise.... Had they told my wife all sales are final she would not have purchased the item, as it was a gift and she wasnt sure if I would like the item.The item is STILL IN THE BOX and purchased the previous week.$1200 later we have a product we dont want that will be sold on Craigslist shortly at a price less than the store if you are looking for a good deal.
