Huge selection of industrial supplies, tools and electrical parts. Kind of like a Home Depot or Lowes on steroids. Two drawbacks. One is that they dont stock everything, so if youre in a great hurry, you may have to wait for them to get a shipment from their main warehouse, usually the following day. The other drawback is pricing. Their prices are a bit on the high side. Customer service is generally good, perhaps occasionally lacking in the friendliness department. Not rude or anything, just a bit cool.

Busy store but employees care

Vendor Managed Inventory from Grainger is AMAZING. If you have a small business and constantly have to order supplies Grainger will come in and stock your supply shelves for you... Cant beat the service, and its very much worth what ever little they ask for cost.

Why can’t they just let the customer call the store? Central Customer Service is clueless. However, once I became aware of how their system works, it was a great experience.

BE CAREFUL AND WATCH FOR UNAUTHORIZED EXTENDED WARRANTY CHARGES! After I purchased an electric motor for $102.00, I was, without my permission, charged $40.59 for an extended warranty. I never asked for or authorized this purchase but was charged for it...

I am choosing not to use Grainger to supply my company with tools and supplies due to the automated answering service that is trying to sell roadside assistance and other services when I am calling to inquire on tools......Bad form Grainger.....bad form
