Carolyns Review................... As we walked towards, yet another, what seemed to be exciting food layout. There are always lavish food displays for all to see and aire.

Doughnuts are great. The Kalachis are good to but too munch dough if they could add some more Sausage it would be awesome.

They have a friendly staff the donuts are tasty and the apple fritters are super yummy! They go fast so you got to get there early!

I could taste the oil in every bite. Probably the worst experience in a donut shop ever. That said, I’m very picky and critical about donuts, and these were too expensive for the quality I received. Sadly, it’s the closest donut shop to my house, but I will still drive the extra distance for a better donut. 👎🏼

Love love love this place. Reasonably priced and nice staff. Best donuts Ive found in the area. Just avoid the fruit filled ones, the rest are amazing. Bavarian cream is so good and the bear claw is to die for.

How could you say anything bad about donuts? A wonderful assortment, fresh, the Bavarian cream is tops and its in an eclair and a sugar donut. The kolaches are about 5 inches long, bigger than most with 3 kinds to choose from. Sausage w/ cheese, sausage cheese jalapenos, and ham and cheese. Ive been back many times and theyve always got a great selection.

This is by far my most favorite doughnut shop. Super friendly staff, they always make me feel welcome. IMHO its better than Shipleys and Southern Maid (which I grew up on in west Texas). When we moved up here from the Odessa/Midland area, I was so excited to see there was a Southern Maid in Plano. Imagine my disappointment when they didnt have the same flavors or quality as their west Texas shops. We discovered Shipleys, and they were similar to the Odessa Southern Maid, but more expensive, but worth the $ for nostalgia. When that specific store closed on west Parker, Charlies DoNuts took their spot. We werent sure about the new shop, but we decided to give it a try... And we were hooked. The doughnuts are fresh, warm, buttery soft and melt in your mouth delicious! Chocolate, Cherry, Plain, Maple, Doughnut Holes, Cinnamon Twists, Apple Fritters. Oh My! Its definitely worth a try!

Not fan.. simply because I do not eat Donuts but my daughter adores Charlies. If I am not taking here here...she is not interested.. Always clean, fast and friendly.

Undercooked across the board: glazed, sugared, bearclaw, fruit filled and cream cheese topped, doughy. Never trying this one again.

Got a half dozen of assorted donuts they were light, airy, fluffy, buttery donuts that are “melt in your mouth” good! Nothing better than freshly made donuts and friendly service!

This place is great. Delicious fresh donuts, friendly staff, and you can see where and how donuts are made. Nothing is hidden from the customers.

The product is excellent. If youre familiar with the Shipleys brand, this is their old location. Very friendly staff. My only complaint is that they need to keep a closer eye on their jalapeno-cheese & sausage kolache inventory.

Donuts are more expensive than most donut shops in the area! Donut holes were stale, with very little frosting!
