You really need BETTER professional person to manage this store in Plano and provide better customer service. Otherwise, your customers will no longer come back again. The current manager you have is so rude. She doesn’t seem to like her job and really needs to learn how to talk/respect people.

I was pleasantly surprised by this store. I had never been before this visit. There is literally just about anything that you can think of in the store. They had everything neatly on display for Christmas presents, aisles were set up nicely and there was so much to look through and find. I honestly didnt get to look through everything since it was super busy for holiday shopping. Will definitely be going back again

Extremely rude check out person, very bitter older white lady who hates her job and takes it out on customers. I told her that a particular item was discounted, and she said why would I say that. I took a photo previously because there was no discount tags. I tried to show it to her but she didn’t want to see it. This is after she didn’t believe me that the item was discounted.

The store was clean and organized. Fast and easy to get the things that needed. Cashier was very nice.

I honestly had a disgusting experience today at the store, I saw the manager involved in an argument with a customer, they were yelling one another. It seemed as if I were at the fighting ring instead. Come on, this is a super market! an the worst part is that it happened in front of children. Management should have look for a wiser way to deescalate the issue with the costumer.

Nothing is 99 Cents anymore! Almost everything is $2 or more and you must exactly you must have a quarter in your hand to get a cart and if you dont have a quarter they dont show courtesy to give you a cart even you have heavy items such as Water. I will never ever come back 99 cents store ever again.they are not customer friendly at all and there are not many options to buy so you have to buy what they have not what you need. honestly Id rather go to Walmart because right now I spend around $16 for practically six items so I dont see what is the difference from here and Walmart

Everything you possibly could need for under two dollars

Its gotten better..........a bit.Last two times I went to the store, they had Grace at the register. She apparently knows exactly what shes doing! She greets people when they come in, she looks at you and talks to you when you are checking out, and she KNOWS HOW TO PACK A SACK CORRECTLY!FINALLY! They hired someone professional!

You can get a lot of good stuff here that youll never find at Dollar Tree. Some might be less than 99¢ and some might be more.For example, they usually have Monster energy drinks for 99¢/can. They also have Spider energy drinks for 79¢/can. I decided to try Spider and found that I preferred it to Monster. Now I save big on my energy drinks!Also, this store has fresh produce, bread, and more dairy items than Dollar Tree.Go check it out, youll probably find more of what you need for less!

In LA everything was 99 cents, great stuff.. now it all ends in 99 cents. So its more expensive here, but very affordable anyways. I would say everything is under 10 bucks but most things are about 2 to 5 dollars.

Good style that is losing its identity. Store name does not describe the store. It just means that most items process ending with 99.9 cents. Many items are now more than one dollar. Also, if you go, check the dates on food products as some items will be past the expiration date.

Not everything is a dollar, but its a dollar store with some slightly more expensive options. They even offer some produce and alcohol. The hardware section and electronic accessories are amazing for the price and great for small projects or for tools you only need a few times. Its replaced many runs to both hardware stores and grocery stores with the selection.

Went in there on 8/26, some employee standing by the front doors smoking...GROSS! At least they FINALLY got a decent cashier! He was nice, friendly and actually SPOKE to me! What a complete opposite of the other cashiers they have there.I know they sell a lot of expired foods, but come on.........food products expired in JANUARY!!!!!Yeah....they REALLY have this old food on the shelves and selling it!!!!!If you buy food there, LOOK AT THE EXPIRATION DATES, because obviously THEY DONT!!!!!Update: Went back to this store on Labor Day weekend, the SAME old, expired foods STILL on the shelves!!!! Dont know what happened to the friendly guy that was cashiering, but there was a black girl there and she never looked at me, never spoke to me, NOTHING! I though cashiers were supposed to AT LEAST say hi to you and tell you how much you owe!

This store is awesome! They have a great big selection of decorative items for all holidays. You can definitely save a lot of money here. Most items are a dollar but they do have other items starting at five dollars and up.

Normally I would have rated store higher but, the cashier Christian # 4752 changed that this evening.I stated he had shop lifters in the store and his response was they are homeless... the guys in cashier lane 4? Evidently he knew them...He said, that it was okay, he didnt care... it wasnt his store...Regardless of their lifestyle doesnt give them the right to break the law nor does it give the right for the cashier to permit it.He acted like it was no big deal. Let me tell you those guys were not homeless.. broke maybe but not homeless.. they drove off in a perfectly nice car.As for the cashier... how much have you taken your boss for??? how much have you let others walk out because you thought it was no big deal.. ???Dishonesty is dishonesty any form shape or fashion.... its still against the law...That cashier should be fired...Stealing is stealing... there is no right to that no matter your situation.

This is my favorite dollar store. They dont just have products made cheaply for them in China, they buy name brand products at close out prices and pass the savings to us. They sell lots of breakfast cereals from sell know manufacturers at discounted prices. Often they are in experimental flavors they use to test out the market.Ive used products from the store to help our PTA raise $3000! It only cost $73 to buy everything and run a carnival fundraiser!Please like if this review has been helpful to you.

A great store to shop in

Think of a grocery combined with a dollar store, and youll get the picture of the 99 Cents Only Store. Much of the merchandise is $0.99, some is less. I didnt see anything that cost more. You can do much of your grocery shopping here, as the store has bread and produce. There is a vast range of snack items and canned goods galore.If you prefer energy drinks instead of coffee, this is the best place to buy them. You can get a few different flavors of Monster for $0.99/can and a few different flavors of Spider for $0.79/can. The Spider cherry limeade is really good!

Have purchased a few nifty items for cheap. Some of table wines here a not bad. Produce & milk is sold here as well.

Store is clean, they have all types of merchandise and produce. I am giving only 3 stars because customer service is severely lacking specifically with the cashiers. They do not greet or even smile at customers and slang your items on the counter as opposed to handing them to you. I thought this was a fluke but have gone two times and recieved the same treatment. I am not going to call people out by posting their name but think that management needs to hire better cashiers. It seems like they are hiring people with disabilities to work the cash register, which is a great thing but I believe they need to vet and train them on how to provide customer service.

Im always amazed at the variety of items I find here. The produce is okay, but needs to be used right away. The wine is inexpensive, the products are solid for the price. Many name brands for 99.99¢, thats worth it!

This has the best produce in the north Dallasm/suburbs area. Its a huge store but i think the seasonal sections should be larger.Also, Ive found some really great red wines here.

Their produce and seasonings are at a better deal per pound than I can get anywhere else... Even lower than many restaurant venders that I work with. They kind of hose you on the meat and eggs, and their proceeds on dairy are part with competitors.Their service is pretty good compared to other discount grocery markets and they run later hours than Aldi, the Dollar Tree or the Family Dollar, which is convenient. I do more than half of my shopping there.Beware of their housewares and general supplies, as they tend to fall apart after a single use. Pretty much assume everything there is consumable or disposable.

I was in Plano, Tx store on Parker Rd. on 7/2 and I have to tell you about the disgusting and UNPROFESSIONAL employees you have at that store!There was 2 black guys standing there behind the register, talking to each other instead of paying attention to the customers or doing their job! One of them was wearing goggles and a visor, which was idiotic, not to mention unprofessional! Even though one of them was scanning items, neither one of them were paying any attention to any of the customers, as there was a line and only ONE register open, but TWO employees up front!And on top of this, the one that was scanning items WAS EATING FOOD!!!EATING FOOD WITH HIS MOUTH OPEN!!!!EATING FOOD WITH HIS MOUTH OPEN AND IT WAS DRIPPING DOWN HIS FACE AND DROPPING OUT OF HIS MOUTH!!!!!Disgusting is far, far too nice a word to use, but that is the one I will stick with for now.I will NEVER set foot in ANY of your stores EVER AGAIN! There is NO excuse for hiring disgusting, nasty, filthy, and unprofessional people like these two!!!!

There is always something here I can find that I want. Clean, well organized store. Love it.

They have started locking up the shopping carts and charge a quarter to get one unlocked. They give you back the quarter after youre done shopping (which I didnt find out until I finally checked out) but if you dont have any quarters on you then you cant get a cart. The employees need more training in quality customer service too. I asked an employee to help me find something. She just blandly said Try aisle 3 as if I was a bother and walked off. I never could find what I really came for in the first place and had to lug my other stuff I got around all over the place trying to find it. So this trip was not good at all. They have some decent products but I dont expect this store to last too long with such poor customer service.

This store is the worst lazy workers don’t do nothing and get mad at everything I felt today and nobody helped me I hurt my head hands and legs and the manager only said are you ok and left to check the cameras to see if it was true that I felt down. There was a lot of soap and water spilled on the floor and the lazy workers didn’t clean it and left it there I’m so mad and never coming back I will give this place 0 stars

Fruit, vegetables, bread, frozen food and even canned food should be checked for freshness before purchasing. Cutlery, plates, clothes, garden products, kitchen accessories and plastic containers are of average quality. Prices are low.

Today I went to MetroPCS off Parker Road and Avenue K in Plano, Texas. Then I noticed a new Thrift Store and a $99 cent store across the street from MetroPCS. I bought safety pins for $99 cents. At the Dollar Store and at Walmart they cost $3.49. The store is well stocked, clean and full of amazing deals. The new Thrift Store was hard to control myself in. I found 2 really well made long sleeved tops on sale for $99 cents each, a small black leather light weight hand bag to carry my valuables in by hanging the hand bag around my neck and it cost me a mere $1.99. What I really love is the unique hand knitted black hat that I found For $5.99. Id hate to think what some uppity mall store would charge for such an attractive hat. I should mention that many of the dress shoes for men are brand new and extremely good looking. They need more womens shoes though. They have a huge variety of things to buy and nothing look tired or worn out to me.
