Quick, friendly, and helpful service!Facility is clean and well spaced out for when it gets busy.We got the cookie n time, mango tango, and mango fruit tea with mango stars. Everything was soooooo good! All depends on personal preference for sweetness, chocolate, fruit, etc.Excited to go back and try more menu items and also create my own.

First time experience with ice cream rolls and it was so great. They look great and taste better. Service at the counter was straight forward and my tasty treat was made timely.

Just ok. Kind of a novelty that doesn’t really enhance ice cream. It didn’t elevate anything just rolled ice cream. I would rather have regular scoops. Takes less time and you get more for your money. The real downfall, I think was that the cookie on top of my Sunday was so stale and nasty from being exposed to the air for who knows how long. If you pay $8 with tip for something, it should be good. I notoriously give everything five stars, and this was most certainly, in my opinion, did not roll out to that. If you want to have an elevated experience try Brusters or Handles for a truly boutique ice cream treat that takes less time but elevates the taste, flavor and overall experience. I won’t be coming back to Hi, Sweetie but I did like how they seem COVID-19 cautious so points for that.

Even right before closing they have fresh boba. Only one flavor for milk tea. Made with a milk substitute. Basic black milk tea. Need a bit more sweetness for my taste

This place has great rolled ice cream and black tea!!! I got the strawberry black tea with black boa! It’s amazing and the cup is sooo cute!! My daughter said their ice cream tasted better than regular ice cream 😂

The service was amazingly fast, and the icecream was wonderful! I will definitely be going back, especially if I am ever passing by and want a quick tasty treat.

We love their ice cream, it’s always great. We usually call and place out orders if we get it after late dinners and they always cooperate and make our order even if we call 15-20 minutes before closing time. Tonite 10/23/2021, Starting 10:40 I called at-least 30 times and phone was engaged the whole time as if someone deliberately left it. We made it to the store at 10:58 and they refused to serve us & when we mentioned the phone situation, I noticed the girl picked up the phone and put it to her ear behind the guy we were trying to explain the situation to. Love the desserts and will be coming back, but some of the new staff is not great.

These workers WORK. They are so fast and make great rolled ice cream. The rolls are so airy and creative. My family loved it and I love the little tea cups. I don’t even really like tea but had to buy one cause its so cute hahaI like how much you can customize the rolls. Overall, great place.

This place is amazing! They’re ice cream is literally some of the best tasting ice cream I’ve ever had. The shaved ice is also really good. I want to come back and try the milk teas! The service was also very friendly, and very fast.

Rolled ice cream is really neat if you have never tried it. Man do they have a large selection then you can also create your own. They run about $5.95 each and are huge and dense. Very filling and super sweet. Give it a try of you want something sweet and different. Seems to be family owned, nice employees. 🍨 If this helps please give a thumbs up.

It was fine. Not a lot of substance for what you pay. It is fun to try something different once in a while but I have had better ice cream and definitely better ice cream rolls. I didnt hate it but I dont know if I will go back.

I totally went for the robot boba tea and was not disappointed. The tea itself was great and it looked cute 😀. What a fun place! My mom and I got the mango green tea and my brother got the banana milk tea.

The tea is basically sugar water. Ice cream rolls taste (and look) like any other ice cream once you dip your spoon in there. More of a smart idea to separate rich suburban folk from their money!

Come here for bad treatment from staff members. Honestly, I used to love this place! I loved being able to get drinks out of a lightbulb with my friends! They dont even sell lightbulb drinks anymore even though its on all their cards. I dont know what has been going on lately but Ive been having really bad experiences here. Ive had a staff member ask me to leave cause the wait time was too long for an order previously. Today I had asked if they could redeem some of my points for 2 free ice cream rolls. Each one would have been 75 points. They told me they could not do that. I had seen that they took out 150 points from my account anyway even though they told me not to. I had 418 and when I saw the first 75 go, they assured me they didnt redeem it but I had to download the actual five star points app to find out they took it out twice. I had to go back and ask why they would do that if they told me they would not. They did not tell me why, they only apologized and refunded me 75 points instead of even giving me the ice cream I wanted (which would have been simpler cause they already charged me). Then when I put two of my drinks in my car, since I buy for my family, once I came back, one of the staff members asked me what I wanted, like I was there to cause trouble. I just was surprised and pointed at the last drink I had been made and said, that drink and ran away. Please do not come here

I love the cutie cup! It looks small but trust me, it actually is a good amount of tea and boba. Its plastic, so Ill be using it when I make boba at home now. The green apple green tea was very good and the boba had good flavor as well. However, staff was a bit rude and it was a little pricey. Overall Id recommend.

Went here first time today. Tried their rolled ice cream and signature light bulb drink which is something unique. The making of rolled ice cream is fun to watch and good to taste as well. They have a make your own rolled ice cream as well as their signature ones. The light bulb drink offers iced tea or flavored milk. The place was pretty crowded with constant inflow of guests so be prepared to wait a little on weekends.

Now, Ive heard quite wonderful things about their liquid nitrogen ice cream, so I decided last week that I would check them out. Quite unfortunately, I dont actually eat eggs (as per religious and ethical concerns), so, naturally, I called them up and inquired about whether their ice cream does indeed have eggs.This was where the beginning of my problems began: the answer was a curt I dont know. After pressing whoever was on the phone to check, I received the answer yes, albeit halfheartedly, and a disconnect of the call. Now, I was willing to give the place another shot, so I decided upon my second mistake: to drive down and order something, perhaps reaffirming that the ice cream does not have eggs with the cashier. Upon entering the store and asking, I was, again, given the answer I was originally provided: None of us know. Expecting the staff (who, by the way, were sitting upon the countertops and chatting to one another) to assist me in this request and find out from the recipe books they no doubt have within the establishment proved fruitless, as I was greeted with a blank silence for around a minute as I stood and waited.I asked a second time - does your ice cream have eggs? And was, again, told we have no idea. There was no effort to help me, just a silent judgement of my request to make them move from their positions and perform their jobs.All in all, I do not care about whether they have wonderful ice cream - their customer service is truly horrendous, and I would not recommend this place in the slightest.

I was just randomly searching for a dessert place and found this little hidden gem. It’s a rolled ice cream parlor serving up some delightful treats to satisfy your cravings. What is great about this place is you have the opportunity to watch them creat your rolled up ice cream. It’s quite something to watch so relaxed and enjoy the show. You can either order their signature items or create your own. Whatever you choose is going to end up a great choice. The place was still booming at 9:30 on a Saturday night so felt like a party. The prices aren’t outrageous pretty reasonable but I will say with the price you pay they should add more toppings to the ice cream. Other than that add this frozen novelty shop to your ice cream list. Enjoy my foodie connoisseurs.

Ice cream tastes fresh and authentic. Love the natural and pure taste. Many flavors and is exquisite. Tables were dirty. Banana milk fruit milk is a twist on milk. Rolled ice cream is a novelty. Very mediocre.The making of the ice cream is a loud ruckus that distracts from the great taste of the ice cream making coming here unpleasant. Take it to go. Going crazy with all the noise.Also uses fake Pocky.

Best place for Thai inspired rolled ice cream in the Plano-Frisco area. Ice cream rolls are made right in front of you and topped with every topping you ask for. One can customize your own roll or choose from the ones in the menu. Mango Tango and Pink berry are highly recommended. They also have a plethora of drinks that are served in light bulbs for you to take home. Though regular cup options are available. The place is pretty neat and they have board games for people who want to take a break from their phone 😉. This place has become our regular go to.

This place is so cool. How many ice cream places do you go into and see people banging and rolling out ice cream?I was totally fascinated by the technique of how I received my ice cream after I placed my order of a specialty strawberry concoction. It had koala bear cookies on top and strawberry jam rolled into the ice cream while my best friend ordered some oreo selection with M&Ms for the topping... can you go wrong? There was scooping, pounding, more pounding, and rolling with the results of the attached pics.

Just happened to be in the area and decided to look for a little dessert. This place was a wonderful find. I had the Miss Taro and my other half had the Thai Tea. Both ice creams were delicious. I think the real star, though, was the huge avocado milk tea with boba. It was amazing. I will definitely have another any time Ive in the area. The menu had a ton of options so I can see each visit being a new experience.

The drinks here are fair priced for boba & a little bit more if you want the little figure cup. Which makes for a really good souvenir. Nonetheless the drinks are definitely worth it. I chose the key lime flavor, and it was DEEELISH! The skittles are good, but I had no idea they get rock hard when cold! So chew carefully. The poki sticks are cute but didnt taste like much. However, the serving size is... sizeable, and the texture is rich and creamy, not icy. Its about $6 or so per order, so be prepared to spend $$ or share- its definitely big enough if youre not very hungry... But I have a feeling youll want your own once you try it. The staff is friendly, and the ice cream is yummy, and so this place was packed at night with some times long lines. I dont know if Ill be going back regularly because its pricey and far from me, but I do recommend it! Also, its hard to find on Google Maps- it takes you to a vacant spot, but Hi Sweetie is actually on the other side, so drive in a circle around the little section of building till you find it.

This was just an average place drink wise (I have not tried the rolled ice cream). I would not go out of my way to go here. The container, the bulb, in which the drink was served was the most memorable thing to me, and I wish they sold the cup. My only complaint is, at least when I visited, was there sign was so small I could not find them. That and the face that when I walked in for the first time it was not immediately obvious where the service counter was.

Worst place yet. For my first time being there it will also be my last. The customer service was horrible. I asked if I could get the flower pot, it looked so cute to try. And the boy there gave me an attitude and said they aren’t selling that. So instead I got the strawberry milk. As I waited a saw someone get the pot after me. I confront the cashier on how come someone else got the flower pot. He stated “ My bad didn’t know what you meant,” even after, him pointing to the menu they had on the bottom of the cashier, he knew what I saw talking about. On top of that, when I payed they threw the money at me. It only got worse when they gave it to me, it was sticky and had it dripping. I will not be coming back to this place.

Such a cute place! The milk fruit drink is pretty sweet and tastes like a melted smoothie (if you get milk fruit option, my milk honeydew tastes like a melona popsicle) with cool topping choices. The workers are very nice and they have free wifi.
