Do not go there at all. Slow service and they don’t pick up the phone if you call. I remember calling more than 5 times and no one answered ( I am talking here about the pick up service) I wouldn’t buy anything again.
The Manager (Kwami) is extremely helpful and courteous. I dont live anywhere near this Walmart but I will continue to get my prescriptions at this location because this manager has always been helpful, kind, and courteous to me. He takes the time to explain things and I really appreciate that. I’ve never seen him be unkind to anyone ever. Kwami will go that extra mile when it comes to helping his customers.
Rude service for pharmacy... cant even know where tooth pain relievers! And you work there?
I would give no stars if i could. Pharamcy techs always have an attitude for no reason especially when you call them. Like i’m sorry you hate your job but please I just called to get a refill, be a bit nicer. I’m not tryna make your day more difficult than it needs to be.
Walmart Pharmacy provides best facilities and good rates as compared to many other medical stores or pharmacies around the town. Their staff is cooperative and professional. I had wonderful experience with them. Recommended for any kind or prescription drug/medicines purchase.
The worst customers service Ive ever experienced, ever. Once they take your money, the services go down hill. I paid for my RXs, then stood for 10 minutes waiting for someone to counsel me on the med. I was just standing there watching everyone just sitting, doing nothing. No one NEVER acknowledged me. No one NEVER said, Ill be with you shortly. Then, I got mad and told them that, my husband is sick and he needs his medication now. And that I was leaving without counseling. I walked up to the front of the store looking for a manager, or anyone who could help me. So, I called the Pharmacy, asked for the manager. They put me on hold and never came back to the phone. So, I walked back to the Pharmacy and saw where they had waited on all the White people who was in line behind me. Apparently, they didnt have to wait at all for counseling. When the SLOW India lady came to talk to me about the meds, she had an altitude. She told me that she have to counsel you on the meds. I told her that I had been standing forever, waiting. I saw the gentlemen tell her X2 that I was waiting and she just sat there. Never once said, Ill be with you shortly. Never acknowledged me at all. I have to go back to Walmart today for another Rx but this time, Im not paying for it unless some one is ready to counsel me on med. If not, I will immediately transferred the RX to another Pharmacy. The ratings should be on a scale of 0 to 5.
Good service, greeting, cool w me.
This pharmacy is UNPROFESSIONAL. I don’t know how they are still in business. They told us OVER THE PHONE 3 prescriptions would be there. We showed up at the appropriate time and walked up to the line and got our medication. However, now they decided to tell us they only had two prescriptions and the other prescriptions was out of stock. Never called to let us know. This was pain medication and my mother was in a lot of pain the rest of the night, not getting any sleep because of the pain. We called the next day and the MANAGER was more unprofessional than his staff! Instead of admitting his staff was in the wrong, he told my mother rudely she should have medication left over. Um, no, it’s four days later why would she have medication left over?! And by the way, that’s NONE of your business, at all whatsoever. I’m taking my business elsewhere and so is my mother.
The only pharmacy that could get the discount coupon for my husbands medication correct!! I tried 2 other pharmacies and neither could do it properly in order for me to save the $$. Great customer service!! Carolyns the best!!
Absolutely worse walmart pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Every time it is some kind of issue
There are some very helpful people that work there but nobody ever answers the phone. You have to drive to the store to get any help. Which often means a long wait in the store or a second trip to get your prescriptions.
Tried them twice in last month. First time they said 30 minutes it was an hour. Today stood at dropoff window behind a customer. There are two dropoff windows. Meanwhile for 10 minutes me and another guy stand there in clear view while three other pharmacy associates remained glued to their PC screens... Time was up for me. Going elsewhere for good.
If you want to wait 3 days for a prescription go here. You’ll be in line an hour to drop it off, then maybe They’ll let you know when it’s ready. Inconsistent staff, unknowledgeable pharmacists. Gave me a drug that I was allergic to and ended upIn the hospital.
Worst costumer service ever waited 3 hrs and asking for prescription and its not done yet. Until I overheard one lady telling another lady why is he still here. It was done and left on the counter and nobody knew worst services ever.
I can only say my overall experience was middle of the road. The staff are friendly, but the wait I’ve had every time I’ve gone kind of requires that the staff be nice not to make you go off on them. However, what made me write this review is a great experience I had with the pharmacist, Dr. Kwame (maybe that’s his name?).Alright - so I got SMILE (another LASIK) eye surgery and needed to pick up eye drops. I picked up my prescription the day before surgery and went on with life. Well, I ran out of be antibiotic a few days before I was supposed to stop taking it, so I called and did a refill using the automated system. Went by the next day to pick it up and the lady at the counter seemed surprised that I had already gone through the drops and said they didn’t fill it “because my insurance wouldn’t pay for it and it’s too expensive.” It was $142 without insurance. Now, I am going to look past the fact that these Walmart employees made a decision not to fill my prescription because they simply assumed I could not afford the medicine without insurance. Uh - seeing as I just dropped nearly $4k on vanity, I’m not going to fret over a $150 prescription to make sure I don’t get an infection. That drug insurance is a blessing, but it’s certainly not a mandate for me to get the drops. But I will leave her to live her life in assland...Anyway, I was wondering why she was so surprised by the drops being used up - I followed my doctor’s instructions on how often to use them (often), so I called up the pharmacy to ensure that I had received the whole script. The pharmacist was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He reviewed the prescription and found the issue. I actually hadn’t gotten all of my original prescription. He said he’d call my insurance and it would be ready for pickup that day. Sure enough, it was and all I paid was $10! (see why I said I’d look past her remarks?) I appreciated the doctor’s willingness to assist and actually investigate the issue. Then fix it! Awesome job.Now I can’t say I’d want to go back (hopefully I won’t have to - unless I get more elective surgery...), the wait was long every time I went and just the hassle of Walmart - goodness! BUT I’d recommend others go for cheap meds and a darn good pharmacist!
I love my pharmacy. Always helpful
Great people work there. Always friendly
I dont recall any troubles with this Walmart pharmacy except for the customers that want to check out with a cart full of groceries or have umpteen questions at the drop off window. They usually have my RX in stock and are very friendly toward me and meet my needs. Ill keep going back until something changes.
Completely inept will never come to this pharmacy again. Save yourself the time and trouble.
Poor customer service. Worse still they wasteed my time. 3 trips there and nobody knows anything. Go some place else.
By far the worst pharmacy I ever been to.Was told that it will be ready in an hour, no response, next day show up and then they say do you have insurance? Omg, then they say ok give us 10 mins, two hours later show up, they say: we were close for lunch brake, then they say give us like 30 mins again. Im still waiting, Is been 24 hours already!!!!Believe me, you really wanna go anywhere else.
Wow they NEVER pick up their phone. I know pharmacy can get really busy but really? I called three times morning, afternoon and late in the evening and they mever picked my phone up.
Im with the other reviews, that African American pharmacist is a joke. He is EXTREMELY RUDE and acts like he HATES HIS JOB!!!!
Slow, incompitent staff. Male pharmacist is rude and makes you feel like a burden to him. Pharmacists are always busy. Only highlight is Ruby. She is always hustling and s still keeps a smile on her face.
Wait long time to answer the phone, and never help well
Great customr service ....
This is a joke ...I had to have my Dr office send the prescriptions over 3 times and they still dont have all of them ....called to make sure they got them and when they would be ready girl said in an hour.I gave them two then they get upset with me when I asked how much longer...they need more help
They have messed up my tiers twice now Ive had to buy bearings for them too expensive
Worst customer service
