This is the best Dollar tree I have been to. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and it is always well stopped. Mr Ron is an amazing person and he greets me and my kids every time we go in the store. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about where everything is. I can also tell that they clean the store daily because of the smell that it gives off it doesnt stink it smells like bleach smells like cleaning supplies. The restrooms are always clean. Always!!

Time to call out some good, no wait some great! The cashier Regina (sorry if I misspelled your name) is stellar and for being the only register rocking with a line she was very skilled at keeping composure and assisting each patron with out rushing. Very nice and very good at what she does. Give her a promotion and or a raise!!

Good store, wont be shopping there as much because of the stringent mask mandate on front door. But store is clean and big. Lots of options.

Had to post again, this dt is mostly clean and well stocked but the ppl working afternoon are just aweful. 1 register was open for 20 min.... no one should wait 30 min all together IN LINE AT DOLLAR TREE! same rude man as last time no greeting, mumbled, at least he handed us the recipt this time. This dollar tree needs new management and replace or retrain these ppl. I know they dont get payed well but thats every retail place and idk why they always gotta be rude.

Larger dollar tree, clean but was pretty empty. The man that checked me out was quite rude, didnt say hello or tell me my total, he rang up my things and walked away leaving me to retrieve my own receipt. Id suggest going to the bigger DT people are much nicer and they have way more stuff.

Great store to shop from. The food is fresh and items, food products well arranged. Drinks are nice cold and fresh, such as Canned Coke Fanta and energy drinks my favorites. I love the order in this store. Very professional.

This is the ONLY Dollar Store in town where (almost) everything REALLY IS one dollar. In other stores, items are priced like any regular store (ie: $4.99)Now, Ill contradict myself... Some larger quantities here are $3 or $5, but they are in their own section and clearly marked.The other thing, is that canned veggies are under a dollar, not over.My point is, that you can stroll the isles, knowing that whatever you grab is just one dollar. Makes it easy to know what youre bill is at any given time, say if youre on a budget or paying cash.WAIT...NOW, for the biggest secret, providing HUGE savings, that no one knows about...... They have designer imposter fragrances (clones/dupes) that actually smell AS GOOD if not BETTER than perfumes and colognes costing HUNDREDS of dollars!I sh...kid you not!I got Acqua di gio, CK One, Drakkar, Ed Hardy, Polo Black, Cool Water, and Euphoria... all for a total of SEVEN DOLLARS! These are 2.5 oz bottles.If youre a Fraghead like me, you know that a haul like that from a department store could easily put you back like $1,500 - 2500 depending on size.Unlike the dupes I tried back in the Eighties, that made you stink like a 3-day Vodka binge, the Cloners these days really have it perfected.They also perform well, like the originals... Longevity, Sillage and Projection are all comparable.For the womens perfume, I noticed they had Chanel #5, Britney Spears, and Glow, but I wasnt looking for female scents, so I cant report on those.Do yourself a favor and go buy one of each. Nobody can tell the difference!Plus, I cant find em online for $1. Amazon sells em for $16.99.The brand is EAD: European American Designs.SHhhhh! Dont tell anyone!

This is a huge Dollar Tree! I love it! I would give it 5 stars, but the cashier was not wearing a mask during this pandemic... i’m not usually one to complain, but being someone in the public exposed to everyone should wear a mask. i was surprised no one said anything.

I just want to say thank you to the staff here!!! I have watched people be AWFUL to the staff the last 3 weeks, and I know the associates are in need too. YET today .. AGAIN!!! ... I WAS PLEASANTLY SHOCKED. I observed an associate be fair to EVERY consumer ... INCLUDING FRIENDS AND FAMILY ... who HOPED FOR special treatment. We are ALL scared for our loved ones, AND I cant imagine how hard it must be, to be objective in this environment. But this associate ONLY sold her acquaintance the limit and even distributed the extra supplies evenly within the line!!! Im sorry I didnt catch her name ... but WOW. This store will always have my support!!! WELL DONE!!!!

The guy at the register at 9:19 am date 10/31/20 was not only rude but disrespectful. Waited in line just to buy my Halloween items and ask if I could have my own personal balloons inflated ( which is only 6 of them and has been done before by other staff members). I get a rude no, I ask why and he gets an attitude and replays with because we dont! Its Halloween day and as a shop manager i decided to keep my cool and buy my items and leave. Ive used this location for almost 2 years and this moment ruined it for me. Rather now pay part city to help me with my on going busines decorations. Thank you.

The customer service at this place is beyond terrible. I got to the register and was trying to find out if the lady at the register would be able to help out with balloons as well (in case I had to go to a different register closer to the balloons instead). She first ignored me even talking to her. I had to repeat myself and was then told that I wasnt allowed to talk to her because she was staring at someone paying for their stuff. I said that I just wanted to ask a quick question to which I was told that I was rude and had to patiently wait my turn. Mind you, the voice she spoke with was extremely disrespectful. I told her that she was the one being rude the way she was talking to me, however, I was not able to finish any sentence was trying to say. I had a birthday girl with me that wanted some balloons and she wasnt sure which balloons she wanted. The RUDE register lady continues to mumble under her breath how she couldnt believe how she felt that I was being rude. I had to remind her that I was the customer but that didnt matter either.Not once did she acknowledge my question but I was able to find out she could help me with balloons because when she was willing to finally help me she immediately asked which balloons I wanted. I had to tell her that I didnt know and that the girls are picking them out. Now, I know she heard me ask the girls, she just had to throw in extra sass.After she was done checking me out with an attitude the entire time, she turned to the next customer and thanked them so much for their patience and for being so nice. They had never even interacted with each other, so I know she said that to point out how she felt I was not being nice.Please please please understand that when someone is asking a simple question for help, THEY ARE NOT BEING RUDE, however, the person cutting them off and telling them they are rude for asking IS. This cash register lady who checked me out at 5:45 PM today needs some serious customer service training or move on to another job where customer service is not required.I would rather spend more money at another store or drive across town to another Dollar Tree than to have to go back to this location if she is still working there.

No employees had on masks. We are still in a pandemic. Most customers had on masks. That should be a clear enough message for them. The plastic shield rgere doesnt seem well placed either. And I still had to press yes or no if I want a receipt which is not contact less. So disappointing.

My daughter accidentally ran into one of their glass shelves and instead of checking to see if she was okay, they said that I was going to have to pay for the $1 product that had fallen and broken on the ground. I used to come here all the time but because of the rude manager I will never come back here again. They just lost a regular customer over $1.

Very amazing place. One can get a lot of stuff at a dollar each.I found cloth hangers, lemon extract and beautiful candles all for 1 dollar each. Very clean place and it is full of good choices.If you are visiting the adjacent Patel brothers then it is also worth visiting this place.However, hangers are cheaper in Walmart but there isnt that much of a difference. Never tried there cold-drinks. They were tempting.Overall a very unique and nice place to go shopping.

All of the employees were very nice and helpful, they went out of their way to help me find items I needed for a party. The store was neat and clean even though it was the end of the day and they were restocking. The lady at the checkout was fun and actually said thank you! Such a change of pace. This place is ok. Customer service is great but they do not have much of a selection on anything. I stopped to buy a twelve pack of waters but they only sell 1 gallon water. No bottled water by the bulk. This is a place to shop if you are totally broke and damn near need to pay in change. Could use a major upgrade!$$$$$

Really disrespectful. Somebody dropped a glass and it broke. so I went to one of their employees and asked there is pieces of glass on the floor he didnt even let me finish and he yelled at me, I am busy filling air in the balloon. It could have hurt any of those kid playing around, hopefully it didnt hurt anyone. Employee name was Quinton he was a black. Ill advice you not to go there if you dont want you or your kid to get hurt.

Great Service, Manager super nice,, some items are 3for $1.00 I love their theyre floral tape for $0.99 you cant beat it I do a lot of arts and crafts and it it just sticks it stretches its perfect I tried the Walmart one and it sucks its always dry and it doesnt stretch and it doesnt work and its just waste of my dollar the Dollar Tree is awesome especially this bigger story I think all Dollar Trees are pretty awesome with this ones bigger and it has more items you could buy bread eggs milk cheese breakfast items for a buck you cant go wrong

The worst ever dollar tree I visited. The customer service is here really worst. The folks here never encourage to help customers. I have visited to buy some sparlky color papers for my daughters art work. When I asked for help with one of the attender in Aisle, her response was what ever you see in aisle are only available without turning her face.This was like we sell only so much, either you want to buy or leave. I dont care. Understood, its a dollar tree we dont expect 5 star service how we receive in other retail stores. But as a customer, we still pay money for product/service they sell.*****THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE******

This dollar tree has everything basic that you need for just a $1, plus tax, on everything. the only cons about this place is claiming that they sell everything for a $1, excluding tax, and it has a really old feel to it, which makes me feel uncomfortable. I like how they sell basic toys in the store, and they somehow ripped of the Axe brand, I was not too happy with that.

I was able to find all the thinks on my list. The employees help so much Even though they were busy unpacking merchandise to put on the shelf.

The employees were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I was waiting in line behind 5 customers and the cashier was a bit slow. 2 left their items and walked out and I decided to go ask for help. There was two employees talking together, a man and a female I had to wait until they were done talking with their personal conversation so that I could ask my question! Although, they both saw me but did not address me in any way. I I asked if there was any way that might be able to have one of the employees who was available come over and help the cashier and the male named Derek R. responded with Its the cashiers job to call for help but someone will be over to help you soon !! Gee am I supposed to be happy since you were doing ME a great favor!!. The female named Parker came over shortly and as she was ringing up the customer that was in front of me and she then looked at me and said there was no reason for her to have to come over and bring anyone up since it was no real line and the whole time that she was taking care of the other customer in front of me and myself she slammed everything and moved everything in such a way as to really show that she was just extremely angry it actually having to do her job!!! Imagine that. I usually go to another store, thats the first time Ive been into that one but I will never go to there again.

I biked out of my way to visit this location, which claims to close at 9. I got there and they refused to let me in even though it was 8:49 and I only needed to get one thing.
