I love going here for my eyelash extensions. I had never gotten any before, and they were great from me booking my appointment, to the session itself. For my first appointment I had my first appointment with Debbie and she did a great job explaining what to expect and how to take care of my lashes before my next refill. For my refill I got Shelley for my appointment and she was super sweet and did a great job as well. I’ll definitely continue going there for My eyelash extensions.

I have been wearing lashes for the last 4 years. I am no rookie. My lash girl unfortunately moved away & I was in need of a new place. I was recommended to Lash Lounge @ Shops of Legacy. Although I do not typically like corporate ran places for my beauty needs, I needed a new set bc I was going out of town. The original lash artist I was referred to was out of town, so the front desk receptionist Abby gave me a few options of lash artists available that week I needed to get in. I was booked with a level one lash tech, which I didn’t think anything of, bc Abby said she was actually better than the Senior lash artist Debbie who had been there 10 years, so I figured I was in good hands based off her confident recommendation. The young girl was nice & friendly, but very unenthusiastic about doing lashes. I was never told initially by the receptionist that when you book with a level 1 artist for a new set, they are only allowed to cover 60% of the clients lashes. So bizarre! She was literally counting lashes. The artist told me after she had started and my eyes were taped shut, that had I booked my appointment with a senior or master artist, I would’ve gotten 100% of my lashes covered & that they would’ve been able to achieve the look I was accustom to. Well it was a little too late for that info! Apparently it’s all about money here and quantity over quality. I showed the girl 2-3 photos of MY Previous lash extensions not IG photos. I was very straight forward about the look I wanted. I spent at least 10 min discussing what I wanted in our consultation. She seemed as if she fully Understood. I laid there for almost 3 hours, which I thought was a little excessive. When she was finished and showed me my lashes, I was confused. It looked like I had a very basic classic set. I expressed to her my concerns and said she didn’t do a bad job, but that they did not look like a hybrid set at all. She really had nothing to say. It was at that moment a master artist walked by named Hillary and asked if could come back tomorrow and she would add more fans when she gets off at 3:00. I said yes I would appreciate that. They didn’t actually schedule me bc I was coming after her shift and obviously it was going to be complimentary. The following day I called to tell them I was on my way and to ask if she was running on time. The receptionist Abby put me on hold for 5 minutes & came back and said your appt was replaced by a client. She can’t take you anymore. I was genuinely confused, and obviously very aggravated at this point. I was trying to get her to explain to me how they would book someone when she was taking me after her shift etc..Abby talked in circles and deflected the conversation several times to make it look like this was all MY FAULT, which was super unprofessional. She was talking over me, and had no interest in trying to accommodate me. She said it was my fault for choosing a level 1 technician. Anytime I questioned her about the situation & how this needed to be resolved, Abby interrupted me and told me if I didn’t stop talking she would hang up on me, which she finally did. She said corporate would contact me. That also never happened. They clearly do not care about providing good customer experiences. I had to go to a lash place the next day and pay more money for someone else to add lashes. Even she agreed, my new set was NOT the standard hybrid look. She ended up feeling sorry for what happened bc I had already dropped 170$, that she gave me a discount. She said the girl barely put any fans which she thought was odd bc I paid for a hybrid set. She said that’s why you steer clear of franchises, bc they have no interest in resolving the issue or making a Client happy. I emailed corporate 3x!! I work in the service industry, & I cant believe how poorly this was handled. Please reconsider going here, go find someone who is independent & support their small business!! I remember now why I don’t go to these types of places. The attached picture is my lashes the day after. $170 down the drain….

I am new to the area and needed to find a new place to get my lashes done. Abby at the front desk was really nice and welcoming. She was also helpful in answering all my questions. Megan did my Classic lashes and did such an amazing job. Megan was so gentle and the results were everything I hoped for. I will be returning!

Hayde always does such a great job. I leave with full lashes that dont look fake! Always on time and clean. Its a great hour to relax!

I have been a customer at Lash Lounge for years now, and cannot say enough good things about the ladies! Regardless if you want shorter, more natural lashes or longer, dramatic Volume, you’re in capable hands! Allison and Abbey at the front desk are quick to answer questions, and often will know you by name if you’re a “regular.” Most recently, during my appointment time there was a power outage, and instead of sending me home, Megan finished the appointment while Farrah held up a cell phone light. In the seven years I’ve been getting my lashes done, I’ve tried several different studios, but Lash Lounge is hands down the best and worth the investment!!

Second time I went to get my eyelashes lifted done and wow, I love it. First time was amazing and now second time even better! I totally recommend this place. The session was so smooth and relaxing that I slept, the professional was super delicate and took her time to do this amazing job! Thank you!❤

The woman at the front desk was warm and welcoming and even gave me a new fabric mask. My technician, Ty, was so nice and made the experience so comfortable and lovely. I got a lift/tint and LOVE the results. I would defenetly recommend Ty to anyone looking for a cute new set or a fun lash upgrade. Love this place! Will be back!

Haley is a great eye-lash technician! My lashes get compliments! She is super sweet, calm and fun to talk to; I highly recommend her services. As for the overall experience, I am freaked out by the NWO requirements of masks and temperature taking. Also, the prices are double what I used to pay. I will continue to go to this salon because I hear the technicians are good and Haley is excellent.

I had an eyebrow tinting and threading and honestly it was $50 dollars thrown away. It was not worth it at all and came to another place to get them fixed as soon as I left. The worker was sOOO SWEET which is why I didnt say anything. But save your money.

Service received: Lash LiftOverall the staff was friendly which is why I leave 2 stars. But there is basically no noticeable difference in my lashes after receiving a lash lift from The Lash Lounge. There was also still glue on my eyelid when I got home that I had to remove from my eyelids. I would not recommend getting a lash lift here, but based on what I’ve seen and what reviews say, they are great at lash extensions.

Ive been going to Hillary for almost 3 years now & i LOVE her. This place is a bit far for me now (I used to live at the shops) but I cant go anywhere else. Ive tried a handful of other locations for convenience sake but have had some pretty bad experiences. I always make it a point to always come here. Call quick though because getting an appointment is pretty tough!

I got my lashes done initially for my daughters wedding - who wants mascara in those photos! I have been a client at the Lash Lounge for over 2 years and just like my daughters marriage, I have nothing but great things to say. Debby is my stylist and she is very skilled. Not only with the lashes, but in making recommendations based on my changing needs - stress diminished lashes? She shortens the extensions to minimize damage and makes suggestions on how to strengthen my existing lashes. A big event? She will go the extra mile to make sure they are full, eye popping and spectacular! I also had Brittany do permanent eyeliner make-up and I wish I had done it 10 years ago. Between the liner and the lashes, I wear no eye makeup but my eyes look amazing!

Tennia is amazing so my 1 star Does NOT represent her at all! She gave me what I wanted and was very professional. My rating is for the establishment as a whole. Was disappointed during check out to hear that the discounted rate I had hoped to receive was only discounted IF you signed up for their monthly service AND you dont get a master stylist AND you dont get anything other than the classic. None of this disclosed upfront. The 2 ladies at the front desk lack empathy,professionalism and are a bit sarcastic and borderline rude. While the lashes were amazing $340 of my money Nope..... there are plenty of places that do amazing work, with better service than here.... Its sad as I was hoping to return for Tennia but not now. 1st ans last time.

Ive dropped my girlfriend off here 3 times to get her lashes done and each time she has been very satisfied, the team here is very nice and do a very good job on the lashes i think they look very beautiful on my girlfriend.

Lash Lounge is the best!

This is my first time to have lash extensions. I went elsewhere for my first set and knew nothing about how application can affect the growth pattern of your natural lashes. After just a month I realized I had a lot of glue at my lash line which I came to learn once I moved to The Lash Lounge....was very bad. I have been an esthetician for 12 years and I think The Lash Lounge is the only place anyone should go to get their lashes done. Everyone is licensed in esthetics like myself. Anyone doing lashes without an estheticians license has only been trained via at home video and has no idea about true sanitation etc.
