I was impressed that their indoor seating was closed. The staff all wore masks and were taking temps of incoming employees. They got my order right and were delightfully attentive. I don’t like the reserve locations best. UPDATE: returned for second morning- even nicer staff!

Great atmosphere and great coffee. Ordered a salted cold foam nitro cold brew. Got tons of foam and the coffee tasted great.

Very disappointing visit !I heard so much about this place but with my high expectations I walked in there but totally disappointed.For some reason this place was not anything exceptionally inspiring. I ordered a cappuccino and they used a special reserve blend. But the cappuccino was not good at all.Lots of space to hangout and do work. But they need to up the game in coffee making … I know what you are thinking 🤔! Sorry I had better coffee/ cappuccino/flat white in other regular Starbucks better than this place. I was planning yo buy couple of bags special reserve coffee beans. But abandoned that plan after tasting the first zip of my badly made overpriced cappuccino. 😏😕😫😣☹️☹️By the way, this store is located in the heart of Legacy West, Plano— a trendy and modern shopping and residential township.

I mean come on, it’s Starbucks. I never had an issue with any of the locations. The people here are always nice. They never get my order wrong and guess what? They’re covid guidelines are in place. It’s a cool place to hangout for a coffee or tea if you’re needing to get away from the house.

Drinks were fine. Got in line. No one there except the people being waited on. The girl told me I had to go around to order. Really. ? I just pushed a wheelchair with my 90 year old mother in to get her a drink. People that had then come in after us told us to go ahead but no thanks we will goAround and not mess with her flow. Thanks customers. Get some compassion girl at the register

This place is outstanding for a Starbucks visit. Coffee is the absolute best and perfect every time. Staff always super nice and accommodating.

Our neighborhood cafe place, as usual they are great and Post COVID the has been updated with new interior and with lighter color tone.

Only the reserve coffee actually is full bodied and fragrant and that is why we stopped in here. Nice atmosphere

Super friendly staff

Great looking place and great coffee BUT the design (which I usually don’t notice at coffee shops) is not very smart. There’s no way to get to the restroom(cause it’s blocked by the line of people paying) and getting out of there requires a lot of maneuvering around people. The baristas area is way to big (bar is insanely deep too) and could have been half the depth in order to increase seating for customers.

Im not going to pretend that Im a coffee expert - I grind beans myself at home and use a percolator, but thats where my expertise ends. Thankfully, Starbucks Reserve exists, so I can try coffee flavors and combinations that I wouldnt otherwise know about simply from brewing at home. I highly recommend the Cold Brew Malt, which is essentially a coffee-flavored milkshake. Its pricey at 9 bucks, but worth it.

Great service but inconsistent drinks unless you get the best morning barista (she is usually at the fancy part of the bar, she is the best!!).

This location serves regular Starbucks drinks and Reserve menu. Hazelnut Bianco latte and Dark Mocha latte are my favorites from Reserve. They still use whole milk for Reserve drinks, thats how I like my latte. I love the creamy taste, not the skim milk on regular Starbucks menu. The shots are stronger and bolder versus regular Starbucks has shorter shots. I have always added an extra shots and reduce syrup on my regular Starbucks drinks but not on my Reserve drinks.

Cozy Spot, Nice Music, either you are looking for a good coffee and chill place or a place to work/study in legacy west area. Starbucks reserve is something to try too. The Cold Hazelnut Blanco Latte is my favorite.

Really not sure why some have rated this store so low, it’s easily the best Starbucks I’ve ever visited! Excellent service, manager and baristas were happy to explain different menu items and brewing methods. Try the House Affogato!

Had hot chocolate, coffee yesterday. Service was quite fast. Loved the ambience and courteous staffs. Colorful ambience of legacy west was an add on.

The BEST Starbucks location I have ever been, staff is warm, welcoming, knows me by name and knows my drink, such a great way to start morning here!

Starbucks Reserve is now open at Legacy West...the store that all remaining Starbucks should be.It’s a beautiful store, lots of wood and dark tones, comfortable chairs, and spacious. Serves alcoholic drinks, too.The coffee creations here are competent and bold, but expect to pay a higher price.This it the kind of coffee store where you could hang out for hours and hours... the employees were all smiling, the WiFi is fast, and the people watching is quite good.I’ll post pics later, my iPhone won’t do this interior justice! It’s spectacular.

First time i went to w Starbucks Reserve with my friends. We trued something new and ordered Classic Affogato which is made with two shots of Starbucks Reserve espresso poured over a scoop of ice cream. It was very good.

We have been wanted to try reserve for a while, I had it with ice cream and they serve it in these reserve plastic cups. It was so good! I loved it! Staff was super nice. The lady that helped us took time to let us know a little about reserve before we ordered. I saw a barista go around looking for trash and removed a ladys cup and asked if she needed anything else, she said water and he brought her some! A+ service! Oh please recycle : )

It was a misty brisk day. After an afternoon at legacy hall, we walked to SR. We ordered the salted caramel mocha and the caramel ribbon crunch. The service was excellent with a short wait time. Both were delicious! The atmosphere was warm and Covid friendly. I love the area.

Fancy Starbucks. They have some menu items not available at regular locations. Always seem busy due to the area. Staff were friendly and professional. The few I talked to, all were informative and helpful. My drinks came out exactly as ordered and not a long wait especially considering the amount of customers there before me. Would recommend.

Each time Ive been in the staff is extremely slow. Its taking 7-10mins to get a hot tea while one person works and 4-5 stand around laughing.

Drove an hour to get a special reserve drink for my daughter that she had got at this particular store a few months back and they said that it didn’t exist. No one would even try to accommodate. All she wanted was a malted Frappuccino in the reserve cup ! They make all kinds of other drinks that aren’t on the menu.

Good selection of coffee, the reserve drinks are always good and the staff is very friendly and gets things done quick. I wish they would call out the mobile order drinks when theyre ready though. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting when low and behold my drink was sitting on the counter behind the barista getting cold.

Neat place! Expensive though, so this will be a rare treat.

Nice atmosphere. Nice selection of reserve beans. Watch out for the Jamaican Blue Mountain bean. Order the House Affogato, Nitro Cold Brew, Nitro Cold Brew Float (comes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream) and the Cold Brew Malt.

Sheikh, sleek and cool is a great way to describe this Starbucks location. The layout is different from any other Starbucks that I have visited. Lots of seating, hustling and bustleing crowd, fast efficient service and an overall great atmosphere to relax and in my case get some work done.

Just change the concept for Starbucks to Starbucks Reserve. I see no reason to pay more for coffee that tastes the same as a regular Starbucks. And since we cant enjoy the interior due to Covid, put some heat lamps outside to at least enjoy sitting outside.

Ordered ahead in the app and it was a little busy on a Saturday afternoon but the staff was very prompt. The line for 2 bathrooms was a little long. The facility was big, open and very inviting. Lots of space to sit but most closed due to COVID-19.

Oh my gosh I love visiting this location! It feels very upscale.I order the nitro cold brew which is a 10 out of 10. It is smooth with an insane amount of crema, no sweetener or dairy added, and no ice to make the cup sweat. My new favorite indulgence.

Tiffany (the barista) makes the best Reserved Cappuccino ever. Just perfect, and consistent everytime. She only works on Friday. Highly recommended !

Friendly staff and I enjoy the coffee workshops on Tuesday. Can’t think of the man’s name who always does the workshops on Tuesdays for the past couple years, but he is always a joy to speak to and is always attentive to customers.It’s always pretty packed in there, but if you’re lucky enough to snag a spot, there is a table with charging outlets you can work at. Appreciate how they are open later than the Starbucks Reserve in Dallas.Just wish the bathrooms were cleaner, but I’m assuming plenty of non-customers use their restroom due to the location.

The house affogato was supposed to be sweet, but was instead bitter and the cup was half filled. My friend came with me and ordered “pink drink,” which was filled to the top with ice. I don’t know about the food, but the drinks are impressively dissatisfying. Don’t order the drinks, or at least don’t order the house affogato.

When I visited Texas, my niece, who knows how much I love coffee, wanted me to have the coffee experience at a Starbucks Reserve. Very different from a regular Starbucks. There is a special technique used to brew this coffee. The barista has been trained in this process and watching him at the coffee bar was amazing! The coffee we chose was the best I have tasted and I consider myself a coffee connoisseur! But, it is pricey. There are only several Starbucks Reserve in the country and I was fortunate to be able to visit one. The atmosphere was upscale and very pleasant. Most of the clientele had their laptops and, I have to say that both the staff and the customers were friendly. Would love to visit again!!

This is a great place for the coffee enthusiast. I am no expert, but going to the Starbucks Reserve allowed me to try a few new and exciting options that are not available at the standard Starbucks location. The staff is great and knowledgeable. Pricing for unique drinks can be a bit high, but it is worth the experience. Recommend for anyone who loves coffee and wouldnt mind trying new things.
