I came last Wednesday morning. I bought 4 each. cherry and apple fruit kolache and 4 ham and cheese. The fruit Kolaches were outstanding. The ham and cheese good. The filling beaten in flavor by the pastry surrounding it. A very satisfying replacement for donuts. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have never been much for Kolaches, as most in my opinion are not that great. Kolache Factory changed all that. The fillings are fantastic and the bread is light and delicious! I am in there at least 3-4 a week and am never disappointed with the food or the service.

We went in and bought a dozen! Just to sample a little bit of everything, And let me to tell you ..It did not disappoint! The country gravy is HEAVEN!!! Its peppery and savory and I could eat them as my last meal this place is not afraid of flavor ! Many places make their breakfast bland .....But not here ! Cannot wait to come back and get more!

Ive never had kolache factory before in my life until now. But now I feel like Ive missed out on a long lost lover that I can never be without, though this is outside of my drive to work I would easily make this stop every morning because my taste buds have never been so happy.

This place was really good the service was fast and i loved the jalapeno creme cheese kolache and the barbeque kolache the mocha frapp was great too!

Went to kolache factory and the heifer handed me the coffee and didnt have the top on all the way. Didnt even say sorry. Was worried about getting me another coffee. Like at this point, I dont even want the coffee. Coffee went everywhere, all down my wrist, all in my car literally everywhere. Then she hands me another coffee, the top is on but its filled to the rim to where now the coffee if coming out out of the top. Wish I could post the pictures of my wrist.

The kolaches were excellent. My order was correct.

Pastry dough filled with goodness, you cannot beat that. They have a variety of sweet and savory fillings. The store itself is quaint, has a small dine-in section and a drive-through.

The folks working here are so very nice and so very professional the coffee is better than any of the surrounding restaurants and I stop by for that if nothing else and all of the product is always prepared correctly its always nice and hot and I really enjoy the basic kolaches like the sausage egg and cheese

The customer service was good and so were the kolaches! They were out of a few of them and the wait time was around 20 minutes. The bacon cheese is okay, but the bacon isn’t crispy. The Philly cheesesteak and sausage and gravy so far are my favorites and I will definitely be back!!!

1st visit: Kolaches taste good... BUT, My order was incorrect and I got shorted 1 kolache...Accidents happen... but when I called to explain what has happened, the employee, refused to acknowledge the mistake... THEY GAVE ME SAUSAGE and I cant eat PORK... so for sure I didnt ask for it! What happened to the customer satisfaction idea?P.s. employee was not rude... just not helpful...

Cheeseburger Kolache of the month is trash! Burnt burger meat wrapped in a Kolache. Manager never called me back to address the issues hence the 1 star review.

I went to the Kolache place for the first time this morning, and planned on getting my whole office breakfast. I heard great things about the food, and wanted to try it out. Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the customer service was AMAZING! A gentleman at the counter by the name of Ismael at the Plano location helped me out, and he was the sweetest young man! I looked him in the eyes and told him thank you! Thanked him for being nice, and to continue to be that way with people. I will definitely be going back, and I would definitely recommend this place! And dont forget to ask for Ismael! I go to the Richardson location almost every morning for jalapeno poppers, but they were out this morning, so I decided to try the Plano location.They tasted a little off. They werent bad, but they were not even close to the quality at the Richardson location.Plano may do really well with some of the other flavors, but the jalapeno poppers are WAY better in Richardson.

What a disappointment. Obviously this establishment enjoys providing their customers with old kolaches. I made an online order for 6 Cream Spinach. I was informed after placing my online order that my order would be ready in 45 minutes. So I go through the drive thru to pick up my order and I noticed that my kolaches were COLD. And obviously not made fresh. What was the point of me waiting 45 minutes for my online order if I was just going to get kolaches that were just sitting out? Smh. This should be common sense.

Good kolache, good price. The interior is dark and doesnt look very clean however. Id hesitate to bring a friend here due to this alone.

Just stick with the classics, hot dog bun. The other stuff is interesting but not necessarily good.

Great selection of all your favorite kolaches from breakfast to lunch and dinner. A lot of variations are made in a different way and the flavors are unique, for example the typical sausage and cheese or ham and cheese, uses chopped Meats, making it easier to eat... and the bread is always soft.

If youre looking for an amazing breakfast option at a great price, this is the spot. Also the best cold brew coffee Ive had without the added cost of most higher end coffee places. My wife and I go almost every weekend, and we are BIG breakfast people.

“Kolache Factory” is the hidden gem of Plano for Kolaches. I was recommended by a relative to try them and ever since then, I’ve been a regular and loyal customer for about 4-5 years now!! Absolutely love it here!The owner is fantastic and the employees are beyond stellar! In particular, I’d like to recognize Ismael and Marely as two of my favorite employees! Absolutely fantastic customer service, cohesive explanations on every Kolache, and very attentive with customers, even going above and beyond for me many times. There are moments where I have been left in astonishment based on how far they’ll go to have a happy customer. Employees like Ismael and Marely deserve recognition and I expect by my next visit, they have been recognized for this because I WILL inquire about it on my next visit. And my next visit will be very soon since I’m there three up to five times a week!! Thank you Ismael and Marely!!Lastly, the location is clean, serene, and comfy for those wanting a quick bite, college students looking to put in a quick study session, or for the general public looking to grab a coffee and pastry on the go. If you’re a newbie to the place, I strongly recommend the Sausage Egg and Cheese as well as the Pizza Kolaches. No cons here, only pros and nothing but great things to say about the location. It was a little busy but worth the wait. Food was fresh and tasty. Would have given the fifth star but they really need to do a better job in cleaning and keeping the area stocked with utensils.

Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes in the front with no other customer in the store. Employees did not acknowledge us while we were waiting at all.

This is a great breakfast, brunch, and lunch place. The atmosphere of the place is just like a fast food chain restaurant, but the food they serve is very unique and delicious. Also, the service is very quick which makes it a great “on the go” option that is healthier than burgers.

Kolaches are a new love for me. My first experience was with the Kolache Factory and since Ive tried many sources of these delicious morsels. The Kolache Factory is consistently at or above par for the kolache course... Each month I look forward their choice for their kolache of the month... not always their best, but always interesting.

This place has great food at great prices. I love their kolaches and wish it was nearer to my house so I could pick up some for breakfast in the mornings! I would definitely recommend this establishment for a quick bite to eat.

The best way I can describe it is as a donut shop except instead of fluffy fried donut batter, its replaced with dinner rolls. The coffee is ok. Didnt love it but it is unique and I think its worth trying at least once.

The kolaches at kolache factory were delicious. I picked up a dozen sausage and cheese kolaches. I was on a trip to Texas from Louisiana, and my wife just had to have some Texas kolaches. I can admit that I got carried away with their tastiness, and ate more than my share on the trip back to Louisiana. If youre ever in the mood for kolaches, you cant go wrong with kolache factory!

Been going to this Kolache Factory for years and the food is generally good with a lot of selection for pastry and coffee. The staff turns over a lot, but are mostly friendly. Drive thru is handy if youre in a hurry.

I am so glad that I dont visit this location anymore. Every since that so-called manager tried me & suggested that I was lying about my soggy spinach kolaches I havent been back here. I emailed the owner, explaining my situation (because Ive spent over $100) here clearly he doesnt care about.

If youve not tried Kolache Factory stop what youre doing and go. Get some for breakfast and order a few extras for lunch. The sausage and gravy is my favorite. The cream cheese kolache is pretty great too. These are not pigs in a blanket like what most donut shops sell as kolaches, they are spheres of delicious.

Kolache Factory has been the highlight of my college experience, though the closing at 2 pm is certainly annoying sometimes. The staff is always very friendly and I’ve never been disappointed by my order. The brisket kolache is the best, I usually get one plus one or two extras. It’s a bit pricey for breakfast but I prefer to view it as a light lunch. Definitely would recommend, especially their specialty kolaches.

Went in...was out of flavor that it wanted...cool. young lady said give us 10mins it will be ready. Cool. I told her ill wait and make a delivery at 1221 coit rd and come back. Came back up in 13mins...give us 10 mins. I said you told me that 13mins ago...she shook her head & suggested i buy something not even close to what i wanted.never again
