I went to a few stores before luckily finding this one. I had no clue what kind of outfit to get for a wedding I am attending. The owners are the most helpful and gracious people. They helped me pick out an outfit in less than 10 minutes. The clothing at this store was also much nicer than any of the other stores I had been to and much more reasonably priced. The clothing is their brand and you can tell the quality is exceptional. That combined with the best customer service, I would highly recommend it. I even came back two days later, for another outfit! They are truly wonderful here.

Friendly, attentive service. Took care of the boys and kids in my family. Tolerated my screaming toddler in a very patient and loving manner. Provided us with the perfect outfits we needed and all done in under an hour!

I love this store. I was looking for simple, everyday Indian outfits. They had exactly what I was looking for, in my size. They do a a variety selection as well. If I need a fancy outfit for a special occasion, they have that too.I thought the prices were reasonable.The owner was accommodating and friendly.I will be going back.

I came in looking for a lehenga that I needed the same day for an event. He found me a beautiful outfit in my size that fit perfect. He even threw in a head piece. I received so many compliments on my outfit. I recommend stopping by for all of your Indian clothes!

The owners, Shalini & Promod, are wonderful and helpful — they have an exquisite eye for design and helped me find the right options.They have kurtas, sherwanis and more - with lovely work and design. Reflections is my absolute favorite Indian clothing boutique in the TX area! I live in NJ but I still shop at Reflections whenever I am visiting TX. The owner and staff are super friendly and they know their business well so if you’re a first time shopper, they will be more than happy to help. They have a great selection of men’s, women’s, kid’s clothing and accessories too. Their collection is always the latest (I believe they visit India often to get the newest trends and styles). More than just a store, shopping at Reflections is an experience, which they make super easy and fun. Reflections is certainly unlike any other boutique because of their superb service, collection, and unbeatable prices!

Amazing owner, who I personally felt like I was visiting my mom. Great selections of men clothing; I was traveling from Chicago for a wedding and forgot to pack my churidar (mens pants). Very friendly, sweet, and cool owner. I actually took my cousin with me and she wanted to purchase sari clothing for an upcoming event after visiting the store. Definitely my go-to place for all Indian clothing.

Way Overpriced!! An average salvar says $499.99 then a sale sticker on top for $249.99....this is something with not much beading or embroidery. I found one item with an original price of $1800 and sale price of $899. You can buy much better quality for cheaper at other stores or online.

I bought jewelry (275) dollars. Necklace with earring and a head piece. I bought this all in April. Literally two weeks later diamonds were falling out. Now I know why they said the no refunds. Unbelievable. Also the fact that they were very pushy and rushed me to buy things. Will not be going back

I chose to visit this store purely based on proximity and reviews. Im happy I did. The ladies were patient and fully invested in making sure that I walked out looking great for my friends wedding reception.

If you have ever been to India you know we Indians have good eye for fashion and keen sense of styling. The reason why our blouse designs, kurta designs change by the month, THIS STORE is on the lowest, Delhi haat or Chandigarh street marts or even Mumbai-Ahmedabad street stores are much much better than their ‘collection’. When it comes to clothes, I wouldn’t personally care if the owner or store managers are asking me for water/beverage or being super nice to me, I’ll care for my purpose of being there- The indian ensemble. The clothes here are extremely poor in style, fabric and price. Just because someone working at store says “This style is very in” doesn’t mean it’s true !!!! It’s their perspective totally. I can’t write a marvelous review because the people were nice, I’m spending $$$ for the clothes!!!

I wen to the plano location, the Owner lady was very unprofessional, she was busy with a bridal order, when I saw few dupattas I liked, I approached her and asked for prices as they were not marked. But seemed not dousing on my question, so thoughtcome back later. As she is busy making more right now.As I was leaving I over heard saying to her customer, “ she was just wasting my time “ she said it loudly and I could hear it. I left her shop and decided never shop there again.Very impolite and unprofessional way of doing business . That’s how she looses customers.

Been to all three locations and this one was by far the best. I would not recommend the other two.

Worst experience ever. I was looking for a fancy dress so i called them to see if they had dresses in the size that i was looking for, but the lady who picked up the call had no manners to talk.Long story short, since this place is an hour away from my place, I asked her if she can share some pics of their dresses with me just to have an idea about their collection. She didnt let me finish and hung up on me ☹it was very embarrassing.I just wanna let them know that its alright if u have a policy not to share pics of ur outfits but you should at least listen to ur customers because customers happiness is ur business.

I often visit and shop from this place. Owner Shalini is a very nice lady, down to the earth very respectful to her customer. SHE IS NOT RUDE OR UNPOLITE AT ALL....They have beautiful and varieties of collections to choose from. Shalini always treats everyone as special and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place ! Go see their collection and they custom design the bridal outfit & I love their designer saree. Awesome place 👍🏻👍🏻

The owners and the people who work here are absolutely obnoxious and rude. The lady walked outside to argue with us in front of my 2 year old son. And the cheap sales girl was vulgar and called me names in front of my son!

This is the only store where I get lucky almost every time and find something! You pay for quality but all of the pieces are very unique and Shalini aunty has an eye for design!

Good collection of indian dresses

Went there with my 1 year old daughter.... Greeted with a I dont care look.They are very very short on varieties and have only a handful of items that you can choose from. But the bad part is they are even shorter on manners and courtesy.Staff will not even come to you to assist and will be busy in their never ending housekeeping and every question will be answered with a sarcastic comment. For example.... I asked the salesperson that I am looking for specific kind of ear rings. I got the following reply without her even looking at me.... whatever we have is already there in showcase, have a look yourself... The price is way high for the quality that they are selling. I was still trying to make my mind for a jewelry piece and the lady there reluctantly pulled one piece out for me to see. I asked politely if I can try that piece and someone from inside shouted NOOO. That was it. I am never gonna visit this shop again and have already circulated message to all my friends around about their behavior. There was not even a thankyou (or a reply to our thankyou) when we left the shop.

Not your average Indian clothing shop. Every item there is beatiful and wearable. NOT like other stores where you sort through the entire store and find maybe two outfits that are close to what you wanted. The price on the tag is what you would have to haggle other stores down to. The friendly atmosphere is on par with nicer Western boutiques, better than the service you would get in department stores. The store smells GOOD (anyone that has visited other indian boutiques knows why that is a big deal). The whole experience makes me wish I had other events to shop for! The store has a smaller selection, but its only because the owner keeps the nicer stuff. Imagine one of those bigger boutiques on Beltline and cut out all of the outfits that make you wonder what kind of villager would wear them. LOVED IT!!

My wife and I needed outfits for a garba on 12 hours notice. The sales clerk was super friendly and walked us through everything and gave us good deals on the outfits we picked.

I went to this store as a first-time lehenga buyer and I had a great experience - the women running the store were so welcoming and personable! Shalini, who owns the business, personally helped me pick out colors and try on the saree pieces. The prices were very good for the items I bought, which were very beautiful. I believe the saree shape and colors match me very well and Im very happy with them.
