Terrible experience! Do not use this location. Ordered an edible arrangement for a co-worker, expecting it to be delivered during work hours. It never arrived. Called the store, did not get an answer. Talked to customer service and they were also unable to help.I paid $150 for same day delivery and that did not happen.
Love their chocolate and white chocolate. The strawberries are different sizes hope they can fix that but cant complain cause it is so delicious!

Got an arrangment for my boyfriend and they claimed they tried to contact him, but he never received any communication from them, nor did I. Customer service could provide NO information or assistance. I couldnt speak to anyone directly at the store. Its not difficult to communicate, but it makes a world of difference. I wouldnt use this location again.
Really like the product, but it is pricy even with discounts. Would like to be able to customize which fruits are used more
The manager had been so busy due to lack of employees no one was able to answer the phone; thus I couldnt let the store know Id be in. He comped my order and told me to please return again. I definitely will be going back.

They were great I forgot to put my name on the card sent an email that night and got a call first thing in the morning that it was taken care of the delivery driver Kriste stayed in contact per my request and everything went smoothly had two arrangements delivered same day I will be back 10 thumbs up you guys awesome job

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I placed an order for delivery on 7/26 and they never delivered it. Definitely a birthday FAIL!*they left a message asking to deliver it the next day. I did not get the message until after they closed. I have received ZERO refund.
It was my first time to order an arrangement, and you ordered one online for your sisters birthday and not only was it beautiful and delicious but the young lady who brought it was very sweet and patiently waited for my sister to get home picking up the kids from school, so that it wasnt left outside in the Texas heat.

My Daughter ordered a Fathers Day arrangement. It included the edibles and balloons. The balloons were missing. Couldn’t get through to them by phone for 2 days now, can’t leave a message since mailbox is full. What kind of business conducts business this way. Do not waste your money here. Bad customer service.
I live in NJ and ordered an arrangement for the following day. I checked the “track order” for an update and it said “arranging now “ By the fourth day, I called the store. I could not imagine they were still “arranging” my order. The girl who answered was nice. She said she guessed it went out for delivery and no one answered the door. I guess if I would have never called I would have assumed it took weeks to “arrange order” Because they don’t do any follow up. Terrible Service. Instantly requested a refund

Do NOT order from this location! They will STEAL your money and refuse to refund for products they do not deliver. Then you call customer service who says the store does not answer and they will also not refund my money. The location LIED and said they attempted delivery and they did not.
Very disappointed with my order. I had an arrangement delivered to my moms job for mothers day and it was not fresh at all. The fruit was mushy and warm, like it had been sitting somewhere, unrefrigerated, all day. (Delivery time was 3:30pm) It looked like it had just been thrown together, nothing like what the picture online looked like. Definitely not worth the money spent!

I placed an order for an arrangement for my aunt who lives in Plano. Her birthday is Valentine’s Day & I wanted her to receive it on her special day. I received a call a few days before the delivery for a reschedule due to the upcoming Arctic 🥶 blaze coming to TX. I was Truly disappointed but I had to accept it due to the danger ⚠️ coming ahead. Fortunately the arrangement was able to be delivered Sunday 2/14/21 & I was Sooo Excited & Super Satisfied that the company delivered the package when it was originally scheduled! Big Shout out to Plano Edible Arrangements! Give ‘em a try despite the low ratings they’ve been given! They Rock!!! 🥳
Ordered a fruit bouquet on the Edible Arrangements website for Mothers Day delivery (extra $15 delivery fee btw). Order was received by the store per website tracking. Order was NEVER DELIVERED on Mothers Day. Whats more, received NO CALLS, NO EMAILS, NO UPDATES and calls I made to the store always went to voice mail, which was full and unable to even leave a message.The next day, no calls to schedule a delivery- the driver just showed up around 2 pm and texted he/she was at the door- being a Monday/work day...of course no one is home to receive the order. I attempted to reach a staff member over the next THREE days to reschedule a delivery, what seems to be 30-40 calls and could not get through to anyone. Attempted to call corporate, they dont even have an operator answering calls AT ALL, you will just get redirected to the store phone number.Finally reached someone and cancelled the order. Needless to say will never be ordering from Edible Arrangements again.
Ordered my daughter an arrangement for her birthday. It never made it there, and a week later and they wont answer my call or return my phone call.
Ordered a box of Chocolate Covered Strawberries online. They were delivered to the wrong person. I went in to pick them up and there was no message or anything. Just a box of strawberries. A very sloppy way to run a business. I would not order online.

My mother purchased a birthday basket for me and delivery was horrible, then the fruit was old, mushy, and not sweet. They never answer the phone and half of my basket went to waste. It cost too much for this gift to not have great quality and taste.
I’ve been calling this location for 5 days straight no one answer and I can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. When they deliver the arrangement nobody called me to let me know no one was home. They haven’t tried to go back to deliver. Horrible services I’ll be asking for a full refund.
I placed an order on Oct 2nd and it was supposed to be delivered the next day. The delivery person texted the recipient and asked them if they will be home. They were told they wont be home for another 2 hours. After that, it was rescheduled and was falsely marked as delivered. When I tried to call the store, their voicemail states they are closed due to covid. If that is true, why are they supposedly delivering? After calling corporate, I was told the store will call me back. I called back today and told them no one contacted me, I was told the store had accidentally marked the order as delivered and they had a note that they were out for delivery since Oct 20th. Today is the 22nd. I asked for a refund and was told that the store will contact me once the refund was placed.I mentioned to the representative that the store has yet to contact me about my order so how do I know they will refund me? I was told to call back. This is just a bad way to run a business. This is my first and last time I will ever use Edible Arrangements.

I was very satisfied with the customer service and delivery of Edible Arrangements in Plano, TX. I wanted to send a birthday arrangement from Utah to Texas. I spoke to Matt on the phone and helped me place the order. I had specifically requested the delivery be made before 1 PM and Matt assured me they would try their best. The day of delivery, the arrangement was delivered at 11! (2 hours before the time specified) I am very impressed with their work and I will definitely recommend this place.

If I could give this location something than 1 star I would. Do not order from this location. They cancelled on me at the lat minute and they refuse to give me a refund because they suggested free delivery the next day and since that did not work for me then they said that I was refusing the order and it was not their fault. Fortunately a different location was able to help me out.
HORRIBLE customer service! I placed my Valentines order 2 weeks ago, selected a specific window for delivery (why offer time slots if you cant honor them?) Well that time has passed and I even tried to give grace being that today is a holiday. When I called to speak with someone at the store they answered the phone Can you hold? and I sat on hold for 33+ mins only to be told its on the truck. I couldnt get a word in due to her speaking over me and repeatedly stating its on the truck. My recipient will be leaving work soon so there goes that idea. Never will they ever get another dollar of mine. Long story short, if you want to waste money/time & not have your loved one receive their treats choose this location... its on the truck
I ordered an arrangement for my friends birthday yesterday (Saturday). She lives in Plano, TX, but I live all the way in Illinois. I received a voicemail stating that they wouldnt be able to deliver the arrangement until Monday because they stop delivering at 3pm on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays. William really seemed to want to help me and make the delivery possible for my friends special day. He said, Let me see what I can do. A little while later I received a call from the delivery driver (Zapata Mendez - sorry I only have the last names from my caller ID). He said that he was at my friends house with the delivery, but that nobody was home. I asked him if he could please hold on a minute while I texted her because I was almost certain she was home. He patiently waited about 3-4 minutes, but unfortunately, I did not receive an immediate response back from my friend. I told the driver that I was extremely sorry that my friend wasnt home at the moment, but that I appreciated them getting the delivery there on her actual birthday versus Monday. I stated that all we could do is try again on Monday for a successful delivery and the phone call ended. About 5 minutes later my friend texted me back and said that she was indeed home, but that she had been on her treadmill and didnt hear the delivery guy. I called the delivery guy back right away to see if there was any way possible that he could return to my friends house with her arrangement. The driver didnt answer his phone, but I left a voicemail. A couple minutes later he called back and said that he left already, but that he could backtrack and go back for me. I was SO HAPPY that they could go above and beyond so that I could surprise my friend on her special day. Hats off to both of the fellas that understood that it was my first time ordering from the company and that I didnt realize that deliveries were cut off at 3pm on Saturdays. I am very appreciative that they were able to get the arrangement made from scratch and get it delivered on my friends actual birthday and not two days later. I am extremely grateful to the two guys that put the effort forth to get the job done. I know it was an inconvenience to both of them, but they could tell that I really wanted to surprise my friend on her actual birthday. I am very impressed with how the whole thing played out because they could have told me too bad, so sad, delivery times are not guaranteed, but they didnt. The driver didnt have to make a special trip and go back, but he did. Thanks so much to the both of you :) I hope you see this review because you truly made my day and deserve the kudos!! Thats how customer service should be!

I place an order for Valentines and it never got delivered the phone rang busy all day so I finally was able to get a hold of someone today to make sure they didnt charge my card. Horrible service I was really upset since it was my first time doing this and it will be my last. Why have a business if you cant provide the services you sale.
I wish there was an option for zero stars! I placed an order for Valentines Day which was $100, of course I was charged but my order was not delivered! I called, spoke to the same guy (Todd) and he couldnt locate my order at all?! He placed me on hold forover an hour!! When he came back to the line he says, oh my god, I forgot you were waiting I am PISSED! I will never order from edible arrangements again! What did I get for my inconvenience? NOTHING! I spoke to the manager Anthony for a refund, who says its Valentines Day, were busy. I ended up having to reach out to the general manager Rachel...overall the worse customer service ever!
Service and delivery horrible i place and order a week before valentines. And they didnt delivered at all they didnt even call very very poor service dont. Recommend at all and i hope they will return my money !!

Just got a call from the delivery driver that he wont be able to make a delivery schedule for today. Gave no real reason except that he didnt know why the arrangement wasnt made in time. It was for a birthday today and the recipient will be out of town the rest of the week. Pick a different company that can deliver on the day that your schedule it!
